Desiree Young, Kyron Horman’s Mother Speaks Out on Stepmother Terri Horman … will not stop until Terri Horman is “brought to justice”

Desiree Young, Kyron Horman’s bio mother speaks out on stepmom Terri Horman as she went on GMAand said, She will not stop until Terri Horman is “brought to justice.” Desiree stressed that Terri Horman was the last person known to see Kyron. Young went on to say, “[The evidence] indicated that not only could Terri be capable of this, but it was clear that she hated Kyron, and blamed everything on Kyron.” As stated at Radio750 KXL, Desiree Young did not mix words at the presser, “Kyron is probably dead and that stepmother Terry Horman is responsible.”

“Kyron’s story is not one of a child that wandered away from his school or was abducted by a stranger,” Young said Saturday at a news conference in Roseburg. “It was somebody who was brought into our family. … There is one person that knows where he is: Terri Horman, where is Kyron?”

On “Good Morning America” today, Young said she has gone to Roseburg to distribute flyers urging people in the small town to keep asking that question of Terri Horman, the last person known to see Kyron.

“I believe that it was important to raise awareness in Roseburg, [where] people are not aware of who I am, who Kyron is, let alone Terri, who lives here,” Young said.

Kyron Horman has been missing since Friday June 4, 2010 when he was last seen at hos Portland, OR Elementary school, left off for the second grade science fair. He was never seen nor heard from again.

Isn’t this Healthcare Fraud! … Fake Doctors Notes for Wisconsin Union Protesters

Barack Obama: doctors taking tonsils out bad … doctors signing fake doctors notes for union workers good.

Talk about hypocrisy, or as we like to call it insurance health care fraud. Fake doctors notes are being handed out to union protesters in Wisconsin for their unexcused absences from work. That work in many cases would be actually showing up to school and teaching our children. Its nit just hypocrisy as Hot Air explains … isn’t it against school policy for kids to do an en mass sick out and going to the beach, mall or wherever? Would the educational system allow a blanket “sick note” that was nothing more than a copy, paste and sign here?

Who knew that union workers would be reduced to a Welcome Back Kotter skit of Juan Epstein providing a sick note excuse, signed, Epstein’s mothers doctor?

Just curious, if a union worker hands in a phony, false and fraudulent dr’s note as a reason why they had an unexcused absence when they were instead rallying in Madison, WI … is that a breach of their ethics employment policy? Or do union contracts have no ethics? Is this what the medical profession has come to … Welcome to Obamacare where doctors who shill for union workers are acceptable, and those trying to do the right thing are shamed. So are these doctors writing fake note fullfilling the Hippocratic Oath?

On Saturday, a group of men and women in lab coats purporting to be doctors were handing out medical excuse notes, without examining the ‘patients.’

“I asked this doctor what he was doing and he told me they were handing out excuses to people who were feeling sick due to emotional, mental or financial distress,” said Christian Hartsock. “They never performed an exam–he asked me how I was feeling today and I said I’m from California and I’m not used to the cold, so he handed me a note.”

Another woman, who wished to remain anonymous, said they were handing out excuses like they were leaflets.

Where is Obama’s outrage at the fraud being committed by these doctors in handing out knowing false, misdiagnoses, blanket diagnoses and fraudulent physician notes for people that are in no way sick, they want. In the above video Barack Obama Obama made a blanket statement that doctors did not necessarily do What’s best for the patients care.

So is signing fraudulent doctors notes best for the patient and the system? What is the difference between a doctor fraudulently misdiagnosing a patient to rip some one’s tonsils out for $’s as Obama asserts, or a doctor writing a phony note so that protesting teachers so that they can bilk the taxpayer out of a days pay and express themselves all at the same time. However, Michelle Malkin.com make a great point, wasn’t it Barack Obama and the WH that used fake dr’s notes to pass Obamacare.

UPDATE I:Ever wonder why union support is at an all-time low? Private workers and citizens, especially those with children not going to school, see union benefits that they must pay and say why? In order to support unions, you must be in favor of state politicians running away from their sworn oath of office as they are AWOL and being paid for doing their job by tax payers while not doing their job. You must be for an illegal teachers strike as schools are closed down. You must be for doctor fraud in physicians signing fake notes for unexcused teacher absences.  You must be for supporting union benefits that are bankrupting states, while you make personal cutbacks.

Somali Pirates Hijack Yacht ‘The Quest’ with 4 Americans Aboard … Jean and Scott Adam & 2 Others (UPDATE: FOX Reporting Four Americans Dead)

Its happened again … Somali pirates have hijacked a yacht with four Americans and bibles aboard. The Quest, owned by Jean and Scott Adam (website), a couple from California who has been sailing around the world since December 2004.   The Quest is a Davidson 58 Pilot House Sloop. Their 2011 travel plans have appeared to have met with a sudden unexpected hijacking.

An American couple that has sailed the world with a yacht full of Bibles was hijacked by Somali pirates, and the U.S. said Saturday it is assessing possible options.

Pirates say the yacht will make landfall in Somalia on Sunday, which would reduce the chances of a fast rescue dramatically. A British sailing couple hijacked by pirates was held hostage in a stiflingly hot Somali region for more than a year.

We wish the the Adams the best of luck in getting out of this one. A lot of praying and using the Bibles on board might be the best option. Of course it might be a thought for those tacthing to avoid Somali waters.

The Adams — who are members of the Marina del Rey Yacht Club in Marina del Rey, California — run a Bible ministry, according to their website, and have been distributing Bibles to schools and churches in remote villages in areas including the Fiji Islands, Alaska, New Zealand, Central America and French Polynesia.

This hijacking comes on the foot heal of a Somali pirate was sentenced to 33 years in prison by a New York court for the 2009 hijacking of the Maersk Alabama.

THE SACRIFICE FROM THE OBAMA’S …

Remember when President Barack Obama told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos everyone must sacrifice? It was 2009 and Obama just signed the worthless $787 billion stimulus plan that was supposed to fund “shovel ready” jobs. Only to later admit there were no such thing shovel ready projects.

It would appear the first lady Michelle is doing her part of sacrifice … she is in Vail, CO this weekend. Keep up the sacrifice Michelle and all that you do. Maybe she will tell the folks at Vail what to properly eat? Who knew that skin in the game meant that bruised or chaffed while on a ski weekend?

Remember when Obama said the following, from the White House Presser, Feb 15, 2011.So what vacations are the Obama’s sacrificing, skipping going out to dinners or putting off saving for their children’s education like ”We the People”? The Obama’s have no idea what people are going through, nor do they even seem to care to try to by setting an example.

Just like every family in America, the federal government has to do two things at once. It has to live within its means while still investing in the future. If you’re a family trying to cut back, you might skip going out to dinner, you might put off a vacation. But you wouldn’t want to sacrifice saving for your kids’ college education or making key repairs in your house. So you cut back on what you can’t afford to focus on what you can’t do without.

New Mexico’s Jeff Bingaman latest Democrat Senator to Retire Prior to 2012 Election

And the retiring Democrat US Senators keep coming …

Add New Mexico’s US Senator Jeff Bingaman to the list of Democrats who are retiring rather than run in the 2012 elections. This could put a real crimp into Harry Reid and the Democrats maintaining control of the Senate following the 2012 elections. Although Obama won NM in 2008, the GOP made great gain in the state in the 2010 elections along with the victory of Republican Susana Martinez.

Governor Bingaman joins Senators  Kent Conrad (D-ND), Jim Webb (D-VA), and Joseph I. Lieberman (I-CT), those who caucused with the Democrat party. The retirement of Bingaman just made a safe Democrat seat into a 50-50 toss up. Democrats have to defend 23 seats, 21 Dems and 2 Indies who caucus with Democrats while the GOP only have to defend 10.

Mr. Bingaman, chairman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, was expected to cruise to a re-election victory, but Republicans seized on his announcement as a sign that Democrats in swing states don’t like their chances in 2012.

House Votes to Defund Obamacare and Planned Parenthood

Elections have consequences and it appears the elected Republicans have heard the people …

As reported at The Hill, the US House of Representatives voted to prohibit funding for Obamacare  and eliminate funding for family planning.   The House passed a ammendment  putting an end to the end of federal tax payer funding of Planned Parenthood by a 240 to 185 vote. Ten Democrats crossed party lines and voted with the GOP in this bipartisan vote.

The House of Representatives Friday passed a measure to end federal funding for abortion provider Planned Parenthood a day after Rep. Jackie Speier, D-Calif., brought the chamber to stunned silence after describing her own personal experience with abortion.

Friday afternoon, the House passed the amendment by a vote of 240-185. The vote was generally along party lines, with all but seven Republicans voting for the cut, and 10 Democrats voting in favor. One Republican voted present.

Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi stated that the “GOP using Planned Parenthood as ‘whipping boy’ in health debate”.  Sorry Nancy, but you lost all credibility when you acted like you did as Speaker of the House caring little what the opposition party or “We the People” had to say. Weasel Zippers does not seemed very impressed either.

It was not just Planned Parenthood, but Obamacare that was also defunded by the GOP lead House as three amendments bar federal funding for the healthcare reform law:

• an amendment from health appropriations subcommittee Chair Denny Rehberg (R-Mont.) blocks 2011 funding for the health and labor departments to implement the healthcare reform law;
• an amendment from Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) blocks all federal funding for the law; and
• an amendment from Rep. Jo Ann Emerson (R-Mo.) bars the Internal Revenue Service from using funds to enforce the law’s individual mandate requiring Americans to have insurance by 2014. Two federal courts have ruled that the mandate is unconstitutional.

The ball is now in the court of the US Senate and President Obama whether they want the continual resolution to go forward. American have stated that they wanted Obamacare repealed; however, defunding it is the only option at this point.

Missing Madeleine McCann, Investgator Marcelino Italiano Says She was Kidnapped by Portuguese Pedophile Ring & Possibly in the US

Madeleine McCann, 3 years old at the time, disappeared in 2007 while on vacation while on vacation with her family in Praia da Luz, Portugal. It has often been speculated that Maddy McCann was abducted by pedophile. Now comes the following breaking news from private investigator Marcelino Italiano.

Marcelino Italiano told reporters that Maddy McCann was kidnapped by a Portuguese pedophile ring that prays on young  children in the Algarve region of southern Portugal then smuggles them out of the country. Italiano also went on to say that he believes she may have been brought to the United States.

Marcelino Italiano, 36, told the Sun he’s informed police that the then 3-year-old was taken by a Portuguese pedophile ring that hunts children in the Algarve region of southern Portugal then smuggles them out of the country, the Sun reported.

“I know these people were involved and I have been told that Madeleine may now be in America,” he said. “…I think there have been over a dozen children kidnapped. They prey on the weak and vulnerable.”

According to reports in the UK Sun, the PI has has named two key suspects, two prominent Portuguese businessmen and provided photographs of them at a birthday party in the Algarve. The pedophile ring sounds an awful like the movie “Taken”, staring Liam Neeson. However, we don’t need to look to the movies when we can go straight to a real life comparison.  The pedo ring  is very similar to the case of theCasa Pia paedophile ring, which involved the kidnapping of youngsters from state-run orphanages (VIDEO).

The search continues as Kate and Gerry McCann search for their missing daughter. A family spokesman for the McCann’s stated that the reports that Madeleine McCann was taken to the US after being adducted in Portugal must be treated with caution; however, the individual did do the right thing by coming forward with the information.

Gallup: Ronald Reagan Named Greatest US President Ever

With President’s Day 2011 almost upon us this coming Monday, according to a recent Gallup poll, Ronald Wilson Reagan was named the greatest United States President ever.  In the past 12 years of this survey, Reagan, Lincoln and JFK has have topped the list. If you ask me for the top 3 greatest Presidents ever … Lincoln, Washington and Reagan.

The 2011 poll had the rating as follows: 1. Reagan, 2. Lincoln, 3. Clinton, 4. JFK, 5. Washington and 7. Obama. With all due respect to those voting, its bad enough that Bill Clinton would have been named #3 and ahead of JFK, but Barack Obama at seven? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Its obvious that 5% of those voting couln’t name another US President other than Obama. Would this mean as pointed out by Michelle Malkin.com that according to liberal MSM comparisons of Obama to Reagan, even though they have nothing in common, that Obama’s wins by the transiative property? The answer would be, no.

We might want to see what the break down looked like according to Republicans, Democrats and Independents. Some might find in shocking that Democrats would pick Clinton ahead of Kennedy, Obama ahead of FDR and Lincoln and George Washington no where to be seen. Then again, nothing should surprise us any more from these folks.

Iowa Wrestler Joel Northrup Forfeits Match … “As a matter of conscience and my faith, I do not believe that it is appropriate …”

Iowa wrestler Joel Northrupt forfeited his match against Cassy Herkelman because as he stated it was a matter of his conscience and faith not appropriate for a bot to engage with a girl in this manner. Northrup is a home-schooled sophomore with a 35-4 record this season prior to defaulting in his match. Cassy entered the tournament 20-13 record. What a position to put kids in. Boys are told from birth to never hit a girl, now they are forced to wrestle them and put themselves in an uncomfortable situation. Its the law of unintended consequences of equal opportunity. VIDEO can be seen HERE.

“I have a tremendous amount of respect for Cassy and Megan (Black, the tournament’s other female entrant) and their accomplishments. However, wrestling is a combat sport and it can get violent at times. As a matter of conscience and my faith, I do not believe that it is appropriate for a boy to engage a girl in this manner. It is unfortunate that I have been placed in a situation not seen in most of the high school sports in Iowa.”

ESPNraises the question, was Northrup more concerned about harming a female or touching one in an inappropriate manner? Good questions. Wrestlers can certainly get into some pretty contorted positions. Many wrestling moves if a highschool kid ever performed on a girl would get him arrested.

Missing, AWOL Wisconsin Democrat Law Makers Found Hiding Out At Best Western in Rockford, IL

So this is democracy? Wisconsin state Democrats hiding out, AWOL, and not doing their jobs?

As the protests go on at the state House in Madison, WI over angry union folks upset over the fact that they will have to contribute more for their healthcare and pensions, like regular workers, the Wisconsin state 14 Democrat law makers skilled town to avoid a vote. NICE. Please tell me that state tax payers do not have to pay them for them not showing up to work? Not so great moments in Deomcracy … when the going gets tough, the Demcorats flee the state.

What is this a new version of The Fugitive? Are democrats blaming a one arm man for their actions? How absurd can these people get? How bad you ask? When Hot Air can use an 80′s Bon Jovi video of “Runaway” as a comparison … one knows they have reached a new level of ridiculousness. Oh my, an even more absurd comparison comes from Sundries Shack with a Monty Python reference. Nice!

Democratic Sen. Tim Cullen said, “We felt that this was our only way to delay the legislation for at least a couple days to get people to better understand it; people of all walks of life to understand it.”

 Are you serious? Instead of doing their job and participating in a vote to help save the state form a fiscal catastrophe, the turned tail and ran. This is priceless, also reported by Jim Hofts … the Rockford Tea Party just chased the Wisconsin democrats out of the Best Western and are tracking their bus. You can run democrats, but you cannot hide.

Believe it or not protesters, to quote President Barack Obama, elections have consequences. Governor Walker won by quite a bit and the GOP was swept into office in the 2010 elections in Wisconsin for a reason.
