We stated the other day it was doctor fraud …

The University of Wisconsin Health System is going to investigate the doctors who were handing out fake and fraudulent physician notes to protesters. In a statement, UW Health said the would investigate those who participated in behavior that constituted violations of medical ethics or University of Wisconsin and UW Health policies and work rules.

These UW Health physicians were acting on their own and without the knowledge or approval of UW Health. These charges are very serious and in response, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, the UW Health entities that employ the physicians, have immediately launched an investigation of the reported behavior.

The investigation will identify which UW Health physicians were involved and whether their behavior constituted violations of medical ethics or University of Wisconsin and UW Health policies and work rules. The investigation and any potential future action will follow the established procedures of the University of Wisconsin. Any future disciplinary action taken will be considered a personnel matter and will be treated with the confidentiality required by University of Wisconsin policies.

Rasmussen Poll: American Voters Support Wisconsin GOP Gov. Walker Over Unions by a 48% to 38% Margin

Americans siding with Governor Walker over unions in Wisconsin …

According to a recent Rasmussen poll, likely voters are siding with Governor Scott Walker over the Unions in Wisconsin by a 48% to 38% margin. Only 38% sided with the unions, which is a far cry from the image that the MSM is trying to show protesting in Madison, WI.  Obviously Democrats are going to support the unions and did so in this survey with 68% of the vote, while Republicans, while 68% of Republicans sided with the governor. More importantly and telling, 58% of individuals not affiliated with either parity sided with Governor Walker. The winds of change are occuring in Wisconsin.

A sizable number of voters are following new Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s showdown with unionized public employees in his state, and nearly half side with the governor.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 48% of Likely U.S. Voters agree more with the Republican governor in his dispute with union workers. Thirty-eight percent (38%) agree more with the unionized public employees, while 14% are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

As stated by Hot Air, the unions appear to be losing the national battle for the hearts and minds of the American people. We the People seem to be growing weary of union entitlements while private citizens must make sacrifices every day.

Rasmussen Poll: Barack Obama Back to 44% Approval Rating … Back Where He Started

The Obama job approval bounce appears to be gone …

According to the most recent Rasmussen poll, President Barack Obama’s job approval rating has come back to Earth and presentlly stands at 44%. His Daily Presidential Tracking Poll is also now at 18%. So why the free-fall back to poll numbers prior to the 2010 midterm elections? The answer could be his lack of leadership on the federal budget. Obama commission a Debt Reduction Commission and then took none of their suggestions. Could it also be the premature involvement in the Wisconsin state budget battle?

Then again it might be, what also will be the #1 issue for the 2012 election, jobs and the economy. Lurking in the wings for Obama is the ever rising gas prices.

Wisconsin: RINO Senator Dale Schultz Offers Compromise to Undercut Gov. Walker’s Budget Cutting Plans

Wonder why states wind up in such bad budget shape, it’s not just because of Democrats … add RINO’s to the list as well.

RINO ALERT!  So called-moderate Wisconsin state Senator Dale Schultz buckles as he floats a compromise that would undermine Governor Walker’s budget.  Difficult times call for difficult choices and isn’t it pathetic that RINO’s would cave. Maybe Mr. Schultz would like to go into hiding with the rest of the “fleebaggers”?

The proposal, written by Sen. Dale Schultz and first floated in the Republican caucus early last week, calls for most collective bargaining rights of public employee unions to be eliminated – per Mr. Walker’s bill – but then reinstated in 2013, said Mr. Schultzs’s chief of staff Todd Allbaugh.

“Dale is committed to find a way to preserve collective bargaining in the future,” said Mr. Allbaugh in a telephone interview.

What is wrong with Republicans? Do they not understand when they are in the driver’s seat? There was an election in 2010 that swept the GOP into power in Wisconsin, including the election of Gov. Walker. The people knew what he was running on. As stated by Hugh Hewitt, Walker knows that he may never have more power than he does right now; however, there are weak-kneed Republicans that don’t appear to have the stomach to do the right thing.

Mary Bell, Wisconsin Union Leader Tells Teachers to go Back to Work

What a novel concept, teachers going back to work to teach children …

From the WAPO, the head of the Wisconsin teacher’ union, Mary Bell, is calling for the AWOL teachers to return to the classrooms and do their job that they are being paid for. Mary Bell is president of the Wisconsin Education Association Council. I am guessing that the teachers will be returning to their respective schools with their fake doctor’s notes at the ready. Or maybe they will have a note signed by Epstein’s mother’s doctor? Let’s hope none of the teachers give the students “Walker’s pneumonia”.

The head of  Wisconsin’s powerful teachers’ union is calling on educators to return to classrooms Monday and Tuesday rather than continue being absent to protest an anti-union bill at the state Capitol.

Well, the teachers are probably not going back to class on Monday, isn’t it President’s Day?

More from the bogus doctors notes being handed out in Wisconsin. Andrew Breitbart asks, what if I am perfectly ok, am I going to get in trouble. The response, no, you have walkers pneumonia. Just curious, if everything these folks were doing was do legit, why did they want people to stop filming?

In checking the ICD-9 diagnosis codes, it would appear that “walker’s pneumonia” is not referenced. Or would it be pneumonia caused by an organism unspecified, like fraud.
