Beyond Criminal: Pennsylvania Abortion Doctor Kermit Gosnell Charged With Murder of 1 Woman and 7 Babies with Scissors

There is sick and then there is abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell … Abortioning with Scissors!

Dr. Kermit Gosnell was charged with 8 counts of murder that included a death of a woman who died due to an overdose of pain killers while waiting for an abortion and the murder of 8 babies.  Nine of Gosnell’s employees, including his wife, were also charged. Pennsylvania prosecutors called the horror a “complete regulatory collapse.” YA THINK!!! Hair salons probably have greater oversight than abortion clinics.

This butcher earned millions while doing revolving door late term abortions, but it is the doctors that supposedly take children’s tonsils out when they have sore throats that are called out by the LEFT. Where is their outrage on this?

Report from the Grand Jury can be read HERE.

This case is about a doctor who killed babies and endangered women. What we mean is that he regularly and illegally delivered live, viable, babies in the third trimester of pregnancy – and then murdered these newborns by severing their spinal cords with scissors. The medical practice by which he carried out this business was a filthy fraud in which he overdosed his patients with dangerous drugs, spread venereal disease among them with infected instruments, perforated their wombs and bowels – and, on at least two occasions, caused their deaths. Over the years, many people came to know that something was going on here. But no one put a stop to it.

WARNING – This story is as disturbing as it gets

A doctor whose abortion clinic was described as a filthy, foul-smelling “house of horrors” that was overlooked by regulators for years was charged Wednesday with murder, accused of delivering seven babies alive and then using scissors to kill them.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell was also charged withmurder in the death of a woman who suffered an overdose of painkillers while awaiting an abortion.

Oh dear God, Dr. Kermit Gosnell, his wife and staff should be sent directly to the 7th level of Hell. Late term abortions are bad enough, this SOB did not even bother with that heinous procedure, he is charged with inducing labor and killing the babies  by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord!!! Much more at American Power.

He “induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord,” District Attorney Seth Williams said.

Gosnell referred to it as “snipping,” prosecutors said.

A thanks to The Other McCain that reminds us … “Abortion Is Murder, and Sometimes We Are Brutally Reminded of That Fact”.

US House Votes 245-189 to Repeal Obamacare, More Votes than the 219 that Passed Obamacare

The US House of Representatives voted 245 – 189 to repeal Obamacare. Republicans and 3 Democrats made good on a GOP campaign promise that swept them into office following the 2010 midterm elections. The repeal legislation gained more votes than did the original passage of Obamacare which only had 219 votes. Three Democrats, Boren (OK), Mike Ross (AR) and Mike McIntyre (NC) crossed party lines and voted for the repeal. The full vote can be seen HERE.

Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said the healthcare law on the books would increase spending, raise taxes and eliminate jobs.

“Repeal means paving the way for better solutions that will lower the costs without destroying jobs or bankrupting our government,” Boehner said in remarks on the floor before the vote.

“Let’s stop payment on this check before it can destroy more jobs or put us into a deeper hole.”

As stated at the American Spectator, although the House vote to repeal Obamacare may not go much further as the Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will never allow this to go to a vote, even after the challenger set forth by GOP House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, and Obama would certainly veto the bill, the House repeal passage has significant political ramifications.

At the same time, there were 13 Democrats who voted against the original health care bill who are still in the House, meaning that Republicans can now paint the 10 who didn’t vote for repeal as supporters of the law.

Also aptly pointed out by The Other McCain, “10 Democrats who voted ‘no’ on passage in 2009 also voted against repeal, which gives the GOP ammunition against them in the next election cycle: If you wouldn’t vote to pass it, why won’t you vote to repeal it?”

The vote for Obamacare against the will of the people caused great pain for Democrats in the 2010 elections and appears will be a political hot potato for them in 2012 as well. In the 2010 campaign cycle Democrats ran from the President on this issue. What is in store for them in 2012 to defend their vote, or lack thereof.

More Political Correctness: CNN Apologizes for Guest Using “CrossHairs” … What Would they Ever Say about George Carlin and his Baseball-Football Skit?

In the immortal words of George Carlin … WTF!!!

How pathetic has political correctness become? CNN actually apologized for a guest using the word “cross-hairs”. Imagine that, that evil, hate monger used the term, “in the cross-hairs”. That gets an apology, but the incorrect and purposely false reporting that Jared Loughner, the alleged Tucson tragedy gunman who killed six was a right-wing Tea Party member gets nothing. This is the message that the MSM has learned from the Tucson tragedy? One would think there would be a greater look into mental health and the ability to “target” mentally disturbed people sooner capable of violence.

Would CNN take add $’s from Target?

With the PC hysteria, the media might want to start with themselves. So metaphors of CNN’s choice are now deemed bad. Just curious, in a CNN board room have they ever stated they would target a certain demographic or would CNN ever accept commercial ad space from TARGET?

From Real Clear Politics:

HCNN’s John King: “Before we go to break, I want to make a quick point. We were having a discussion about the Chicago mayoral race. My friend Andy Shaw used the term ‘in the crosshairs’ in talking about the candidates. We’re trying, we’re trying to get away from that language. Andy is a good friend, he’s covered politics for a long time, but we’re trying to get away from that kind of language.”

Classic Values is not so many words tells CNN and John King where to stick is apologizing for free speech.

What would CNN ever do with comedian George Carlin and his skit on Baseball vs. Football? The comic classic would be watered down to mere dribble if CNN and the rest of the pathetic MSM had their PC way. Would they be apologizing ffor the following, “Football is played on a gridiron, in a stadium, sometimes called Soldier Field or War Memorial Stadium“. Oh no, Carlin said war, we must apologize. Then there is this horrible comic line that has caused so many madmen to take up arms, “Football is rigidly timed, and it will end even if we’ve got to go to sudden death.”So does this mean that in all sports cast, the announcers will no longer be able to use such abusive language like “sudden death”?

 George Carlin, Baseball vs. Football

The object in football is to march down field and penetrate enemy territory,
and get into the end zone; in baseball, the object is to go home! “I’m going home!”

And, in football, they have the clip, the hit, the block, the tackle, the blitz, the bomb, the offense and the defense;
in baseball, they have.. the sacrifice.

It is unbelievable that freedom of speech and the political correctness police have come to this. What a sad state of affairs. Will CNN print a manual of acceptable words that can be used on their air without having to sit in the corner in time out if used? Just curious, how many shooting sprees was George Carlin responsible for?

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor Double Dog Dares Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to Hold Obamacare Repeal Vote

OH YEA, I TRIPLE DOG DARE YOU

Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor dared Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to hold a vote in the US Senate on the repeal of Obamacare. Canotor laid down the gaunlet to Reid and stated that if he was so confident that he had the voted to prevent the repeal of the government take over of health care, then put it to a vote.

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor isn’t one to hold his feelings back — especially when it comes to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

On Tuesday, the Virginia Republican threw a little more fuel on the fire, suggesting Reid (D-Nev.) was afraid to actually bring up the health care repeal vote in the Senate.

“If Harry Reid is so confident that the repeal vote should die in the Senate then he should bring it up for a vote if he’s so confident he’s got the votes,” Cantor said.

Shooting Victim Eric Fuller Apologizes for “You are Dead” Threat to Tea Party Leader Trent Humphries

63 year old Eric Fuller, the Tucson, AZ shooting victim who was arrested for make a death threat against tea party leader Trent Humphries has apologized for his comments. Fuller was taken into custody following the taping of ABC’s town hall event,  “An American Conversation Continued” after Fuller said to Humphries … “you are dead”. Fuller was involuntarily committed to a county mental health facility following his death threat,

Dorothy DeRuyter, a companion of Fuller’s, provided CNN with a statement.

“I would like to tender my sincerest apologies to Mr. (Trent) Humphries for my misplaced outrage on Saturday at the St. Odelia’s town meeting,” Fuller said in the statement. “It was not in the spirit of our allegiance and warm feelings to each other as citizens of our great country.”

Dorothy DeRuyter went on to say that Fuller “is apologetic and very sad” about his outburst, he wishes he could go back and do things differently.” I am sure he does; however, making a death threat following the Tucson tragedy allegedly at the hands of Jared  Loughner that left 6 dead was hardly the words one would want to use to further to discussion.

Democrat US Senator Kent Conrad of North Dakota to Retire in 2012, Joe Lieberman Retiring as Well

Holding the US Senate for Democrats and Harry Reid in 2012 just got a little bit harder …

Democrat US Senator Kent Conrad has announced that he will not run for reelection in 2012 and will retire. The retiring of Conrad opens up a huge opportunity for Republicans in the “red” state of North Dakota. As it is Democrats face an uphill battle in 2012 to retain the Senate as Democrats have to defend 23seats, 21 Dems and 2 Indies who caucus with Dems while the GOP only have to defend 10. As stated by Hot Air, Senate Democrat to retire after his party lost six Senate seats in the midterms, but he probably won’t be the last.

North Dakota Democratic Sen. Kent Conrad announced today that he will not seek reelection, creating a potentially prime pickup opportunity for Republicans in a GOP-leaning state.

“After months of consideration, I have decided not to seek reelection in 2012,” Conrad said in a letter to constituents. “There are serious challenges facing our state and nation, like a $14 trillion debt and America’s dependence on foreign oil. It is more important I spend my time and energy trying to solve these problems than to be distracted by a campaign for reelection.”

President Obama said in a statement that he was “saddened” about the news of Conrad’s retirement. I bet he was; however, not as much as Harry Reid who might be moved to a smaller office after the 2012 elections.

Recently, US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R.-Tex.) also announced that she will not run in 2012 as week; however, that GOP hold is a much different story than that of Democrats and Kent Conrad. It is rather unthinkable that a Democrat would win a US Senate race in the “red” state of Texas. Hard to believe indeed.

Recently, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R.-Tex.) announced her retirement. Today, Chris Cillizza reported that Sen. Kent Conrad (D.-N.D.) will be hanging it up.

The reaction to each is interesting and quite different. In Texas, the Democratic polling outfit Public Policy Polling tells us: “A look at 12 different possible head-to-head match ups for next year’s Texas Senate race shows the same outcome in every single one: a double digit lead for the Republican. This is going to be an extremely difficult seat for Democrats to pick up.”

UPDATE I: US Senator Joe Lieberman (CT-I) is also retiring and won’t seek reelection in 2012. First it was Conrad and nopw it’s Lieberman. The obvious question is, who’s next?

Sen. Joe Lieberman is retiring from the Senate in 2012, closing out a two-decade career that saw him rise to the Democratic presidential ticket only to be dismissed by his own state party a few years later over his support for the war in Iraq.

Lieberman will announce that he will not seek re-election Wednesday in Stamford, Conn., ending months of speculation about whether Lieberman would run as an independent, a Republican, a Democrat, or simply retire.

Return of the Jedi … Sarah Palin Says to Liberal MSM, “I Am Not Going to Shut Up”

The Momma Grizzly responds …

During an interview last night on Fox News, Sarah Palin stated to Sean Hannity that despite the constant attacks by Democrats and the liberal MSM, “I am not going to shut up.” Those who respectfully and rightfully petition their government for change cannot make us sit down or shut up. Getting rid of respectful dissent would destroy our Republic. You do not use a tragedy to try and stifle political debate.

Those of you on the LEFT might want to listen to her words. A stifling of free speech might just be one days be yours as well. The full interview can be seen at Sean Hannity.
