Out of Touch President Obama Tells Volunteers That In Midterms “You Guys Turned ‘Yes We Can’ Into ‘Yes We Did’

Obama tells volunteers, “YES WE DID”, in the aftermath of the midterm elections. WHAT?

Did some one not tell President Obama that the Democrats got their collective butts handed to them in the 2010 midterm elections? So what is Obama referring to that they did, get shellacked? I guess Obama missed the Democrat Senate meeting memo where they blamed him for the Democrat losses.

Election loss, what election loss … I won!!!

Members of Organizing for America – the president’s former campaign committee – received a text message today asking them to call 888-206-1431 “to hear a special message from President Obama.”

In the recorded message, the president says, “Thank you for the tireless work, you guys organized the single largest midterm election effort in this history of our party…You turned ‘Yes We Can’ into ‘Yes We Did.’”

“You didn’t sit this one out even when all the pundits said it was hopeless and because of that we are stronger,” the president said.

 And the LEFT called GWB punchy and stupid. The 2010 midterm election shellacking consisted of a GOP net pick up of six US Senate seats, in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Indiana, Illinois and North Dakota. It saw a GOP pick up of Governors in Wyoming, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Ohio. There were GOP US House of Representatives at 62+ and counting and 680 state legislature seats.  

Obama’s congratulatory message after such a drubbing is like General George Custard providing a positive tweet to the troops after the Battle of the Little Big Horn or Jimmy Carter giving a celebrating shout out to his peeps for a job well done following the Presidential Reagan landslide victory in 1980.

Obama acts like the 2010 midterm election never happened. Wait until the new Congress is seated in 2011 and the elections of 2012 … That just might grab his attention.

Obama Says the Hell with the 4th Amendment, Calls Airport pat-downs Frustrating but Necessary

President Barack Hussein Obama says the trashing of the 4th Amendment of the US Constitution frustrating but necessary. So why does Obama think that it is necessary to feel up children, cancer survivor women with breast prosthesis, nuns and any one who does not look like a Islamic radical Muslim terrorist. After all, Obama can’t even mention the word “war on terror” or radical Islam, so why does he think it is necessary to trash America’s civil rights?

President Obama said today he sympathizes with passenger complaints about aggressive body pat-downs at airports, but his counter-terrorism aides say they are necessary to guard against hidden explosives.

Balancing privacy and security is a “tough situation,” Obama told reporters at a news conference following the NATO summit in Lisbon, Portugal.

“One of the most frustrating aspects of this fight against terrorism is that it has created a whole security apparatus around us that causes a huge inconvenience for all of us,” Obama said.

The Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution specifically guards against unreasonable searches and seizures and also requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

Amendment 4 – Search and Seizure
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Who thinks that Obama would let a TSA agent touch his “JUNK”? Sorry, but this same president said we needed Obamacare and a ridiculous stimulus package when we did not. Most likely, Obama has been such a failure when it has come to domestic policy like health care, the economy, jobs and unemployment that he knows if there was one slight sucessful terrorist act on his watch that his approval ratings would go to the 20′s. Because of that he is willing to take away all rights and forget that we have a US Constitution.

Think Barack Obama would let hos wife or daughters get felt up by the TSA … NEVER!

Um, what would Obama know about any kind of inconvenience caused by the TSA. Is Obama groped (sexually assaulted) or forced to have naked pics of “The One” before he gets on Air Force One? Is Obama’s wife Michelle, or his two young daughters, Malia and Sasha, forced to be felt up by TSA officials or have naked body scans? Hardly.

Why is President Obama against the torture of radical Muslim terrorist but for the shredding of innocent Americans Fourth Amendment rights? Why is Obama against profiling terrorists, but for the humiliation and assaults on women and children?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PRESIDENT?

They claim it is in the name of safety, yet Obama and Democrats are against going specifically after and targeting Muslim terrorists.

Food Porn … Good Grief, Is Your Restaurant on the Taboo List of the Food Police?

The food police have now dubbed certain restaurants items … FOOD PORN. Hmm, so if the SCOTUS deems porn Freedom of Speech, then so is a persons right to eat their food porn.

It’s “food porn.” That’s what the Center for Science in the Public Interest dubbed the 1,030-calorie, deep-fried Lasagna Fritta appetizer at the Olive Garden.

The Audacity of TSA Grope: Airport Passengers Face $11,000 Fines For Refusing to be Groped

Welcome to America, the “home of the free” and the … well it used to be.

As reported in the Sun Sentinel, airport travel passengers that if you do not submit to having naked scans or a sexual groping that you will be fined $11,000 and face possible arrest. yes, that is what it has come to. Your rights of privacy have been taken from you. Sounds like Obamacare.

A note to the TSA, Napolitano and Obama … if this is your answer to security, the terrorists have won.

If you don’t want to pass through an airport scanner that allows security agents to see an image of your naked body or to undergo the alternative, a thorough manual search, you may have to find another way to travel this holiday season.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is warning that any would-be commercial airline passenger who enters an airport checkpoint and then refuses to undergo the method of inspection designated by TSA will not be allowed to fly and also will not be permitted to simply leave the airport.

That person will have to remain on the premises to be questioned by the TSA and possibly by local law enforcement. Anyone refusing faces fines up to $11,000 and possible arrest.

The ACLU has finally decided to support a cause that does not have a political agenda. As stated by the Gateway Pundit, get feeled up or fined … what options, eh?

Meanwhile, the American Civil Liberties Union was urging Americans to petition the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the TSA, to change the new policies.

“All of us have a right to travel without such crude invasions of our privacy,” the ACLU said in a statement. “Tell DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano to put in place security measures that respect passengers’ privacy rights. You shouldn’t have to check your rights when you check your luggage.”

TSA Takes “Naked” Body Scan that Reveal all of 12 Year Old Girl Without Parents Present… Since When is This Legal?

WTF!!! So taking revealing pics of 12 year olds is OK without parental consent? That’s correct, let’s pick the 12 year old girl out of the line and subject her to a full body scan but let the 22 year old male from Yemen to pass through unscathed.

So we are supposed to trust the TSA, huh?

Since when is taking revealing, naked pics of 12 year old girls legal? In most every other venue and instance such an act would be considered child porn. However, not with the TSA. So it’s ok for the TSA to do wht is in essence strip searches of 12 year old girls without their parents present? That is exactly what happened to a Baltimore, MD family and their 12 year old daughter.

There’s been lots of talk lately about body scanners — the new airport security tool that allows screeners to see through clothes. People are concerned about privacy, delayed flights, health effects.

Now there’s another concern. What about kids? Do they have to go through this, too? And what are parents’ rights?

Since when do we provide criminals more rights in the Unites States than we do people just trying to get on a plane?

How many of these stories do we need to hear in order for these TSA assaults to stop! Cathy Bossi, a 3year breast cancer survivor and a flight attendant who has worked the past 28 years for US Air was forced to show her prosthetic breast during a pat-down. WTF!!!

In early August Bossie was walking through security when she says she was asked to go through the new full body-scanners at Concourse “D” at Charlotte Douglas International.

She reluctantly agreed.  As a 3-year breast cancer survivor she says she didn’t want the added radiation through her body.  But, Bossi says she did agree.

Senate Democrats squarely placed the blame of the midterm election debacle on President Obama, including the loss of six Democrat Senators. Even mild-mannered Bill Nelson of Florida tore into President Barack Obama. Why? Because Nelson is up for reelection in 2012 in a state that went completely “red” in 2010. 

Senate Democrats — including typically mild-mannered Bill Nelson of Florida — lit into President Barack Obama during an unusually tense air-clearing caucus session on Thursday, senators and staffers told POLITICO.

Nelson told colleagues Obama’s unpopularity has become a serious liability for Democrats in his state and blamed the president for creating a toxic political environment for Democrats nationwide, according to two Democrats familiar with his remarks.

“It was a raucous caucus,” said one Democratic senator, who spoke on condition of anonymity because closed-door sessions are not supposed to be discussed with outsiders.

Family of Natalee Holloway Awaits Forensic Tests, Father Dave Holloway Sends Dental Records to Dutch Authorities (VIDEO)

The family of Natalee Holloway, Aruba, and the many that have followed the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005 await the findings of the forensic test results from Holland.

Dave Holloway, Natalee’s dad, was asked to provide dental records so that Dutch  investigators analyze a jawbone with a tooth in it that was found last week in Aruba.

The results of the testing, which is being carried out by the Netherlands Forensic Institute in The Hague, Netherlands, may be available Friday.

We provided her dental records to the Dutch authorities. They were sent electronically,” said FBI spokesman Paul Daymond. The information-sharing is “what we do, nothing out of the ordinary,” he said.

The Holloway family had told HLN’s “Nancy Grace” that the records were sent to The Hague.

The length of testing can vary, but normally takes about a week, according to a representative of the institute. The findings will be sent back to the prosecutor’s office in Aruba, which will decide whether to make the results public.

 As we await the final results, it has been confirmed that the jaw bone found by tourists last Friday is that of a young female. Just how many other young females were missing on Aruba? What are the odds that the information will be released over the Thanksgiving holidays so to handle damage control if this jaw bone does turn out to be that of Natalee Holloway?

One thing is for certain, if the remains discovered turns out to be that of Natalee Holloway … Aruba now has a crime scene and a crime. Aruban officials have claimed in the past that Joran Van der Sloot’s confessions could not be prosecuted as he lies. It would appear now that when Joran said Natalee was dumped in the ocean holds a bit of merit now doesn’t it?  The question is, will they finally provide a proper investigation and prosecution … JUSTICE FOR NATALEE!!!
