Why does Barack Obama hate 7-11 and Slurpees?

Wasn’t Barack Obama supposed to be a “Uniter”, not a divider? Wasn’t Obama the one who said there was not a liberal American or a conservative America, there were no “red”states, there were no “blue” states, there was just the United States? All we have got from this president for the past 20 months is insults, the playing of the race card and and smallness. Never has there been a President in history who has so acted in such a small manner as Barack Obama.

How presidential of Barack Hussein Obama to state that “Slurpee’s are the beverage of choice of obstructionist Republicans.” WOW, could you be any more petty or small Mr. President? This President is nothing more than a joke who is looking for laughs.Is name calling really Presidential and supposed to win votes? You act Mr. President might work at liberal, elite cocktail parties, it hardly is something that Presidents are made of.

To hear President Obama tell it, Slurpees are the beverage of choice of obstructionist Republicans.

In each of 20 political speeches over the last two months, Mr. Obama has included a riff in which he portrays GOP leaders as sipping Slurpees while hard-working Democrats struggle to pull the economy out of a ditch.

“We’re down there. It’s hot. We were sweating. Bugs everywhere. We’re down there pushing, pushing, pushing on the car. Every once in a while we’d look up and see the Republicans standing there. They’re just standing there fanning themselves — sipping on a Slurpee.”

Obama thinks Republicans are elitists? Really? From the Democrat party who thinks that they know better than the American people and passed Obamacare and the failed s$787 billion stimulus against the will of the people.  Ain’t that rich coming from King Louie and Marie Antoinette, oops Michelle Obama who knows how to rough it up and travel coach, like on her vacation to Spain.

Mr. Obama clearly thinks Republicans are elitist, but the line wouldn’t be as funny if he said they were sipping Chardonnay or a Mint Julep.

The first time Mr. Obama used the line he equivocated about the type of beverage. He said the Republicans were “drinking on a Slurpee or something.” By the fourth speech, he had settled on Slurpee, and has stuck with it in every political speech since.

The Astute Blogger has an interesting perspective on the “slurpee” reference. Yikes, who knew it was dirty urban slang?

Let’s make one thing perfectly clear Mr. president, the American people would rather go to 7-11 and get a Slurpee, than they would drink the Obama Kool-Aid.

Mexican Police have Identified Two Suspects (Juan Pedro Saldivar-Farias & Jose Manuel Saldivar-Farias) in Shooting Death of David Hartley on Falcon Lake

Two “persons of interest” named  …

Mexican police have identified two individuals as “persons of interest”in the shooting death of American tourist David Hartley on the US-Mexico border Falcon Lake. The two individuals names suspected in the murder of David Hartly are Juan Pedro Saldivar-Farias, known as “El 27″,  and Jose Manuel Saldivar-Farias, , known as “El31″. However, police have not released a photo of the two suspects.

State police Commander Juan Carlos Ballasteros stated that the two men are from New Guerrero, Mexico,  close to the abandoned town of Old Guerrero where David and Tiffany Hartley were reportedly attack by Mexican pirates.

Tamaulipas State Police Commander Juan Carlos Ballesteros told El Universal newspaper on Saturday that authorities believe Juan Pedro Saldivar-Farias and Jose Manuel Saldivar-Farias killed Hartley.

Ballesteros told the paper that the two men are accused in numerous crimes in Mexico, including burning homes, robbing businesses and several homicides.

If there is no body, is there no crime … Sound Familiar?

This area of the US-Mexican border hardly seems like a safe vacation spot that would be endorsed by travel agents as it was reported that Mexican soldiers reportedly killed six gunmen Thursday afternoon, in the same area where Hartley went missing.

One question that comes to mind in the naming of these people of interest, what is the rational behind it? Is this the rounding up of the usual suspects in Mexico or do authorities have sunstantial facts as to why to point the finger at these two?

The unemployment national rate is at 9.6%, 95,000 people lost jobs last month, 41.8 million Americans are on food stamps, the US has record federal debt like never before, jobless rate above 9.5% for the 14th straight month, no confidence in the economy, Democrats stand to most likely lose the US House of Representatives, a majority of Governorships and could likely lose control of the US Senate.

Nero Obama goes golfing for the 52nd time since he became President.

President Obama hit the golf course Saturday for what, by CBS News’ Mark Knoller’s calculation, was his 52nd such outing since taking office.

According to the White House pool report, Obama went golfing Saturday with his usual partners: trip director Marvin Nicholson, press aide Ben Finkenbinder and the Department of Energy’s David Katz.

Don’t fret though, the Barack has got it all covered. Stating that the economy is headed in the right direction, under his method of creating jobs all the lost jobs won’t be recovered until 2020. Relax America, the Obama has got it covered. If he can play the fiddle golf like Nero, why should you worry America?

It is rather telling that with 24 days to go before an election and with the 100′s of Senate, House and Governor races up for reelection this year that the President has time to play golf. One would think that he would be wanted for political campaign appearances every day from now until the 2010 election on November 2. Looks like due to his toxicity, he has more time for golf than ever before.

Polls for Nevada US Senate Race, Once, Twice, Three Times a Lady!

The tide is turning in favor of Tea Party favorite and Republican candidate Sharon Angle in the Nevada US Senate Race. Angle even found support from her rivals son when Rory Reid, Democrat running for Governor of Nevada, stated that Obamacare would harm Nevada.

Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and the Democrats have thrown everything at challenger Sharon Angle including the kitchen sink. The result … Sharon Angle is now in the lead in the polling for the Nevada US Senate seat and the polls are trending in her direction.  In the most recent Rasmussen poll, Angle leads the incumbent Reid 50% to 46%. Sharon Angle also leads Harry Reid in the recent CNN poll 42% to 41%. In the Fox News Opinion Dynamic poll Angle leads Reid 49% to 46%.

Not only is the trending toward Sharon Angle important, but the fact that Reid as an incumbent cannot draw more than 46% in the polls is troublingfor Democrats. Angle now finds herself ahaead in the RCP average polling.  What also should be troubling for Reid and Democrats is that no one wants the ick of Obamacare attached to them. Harry Reid has tried to avoid the issue like the plague; however, his son Rory Reid made a comment in a recent debate that will most likely all but cost his father the race.

Nevada Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Rory Reid (who is losing badly to Republican Brian Sandoval) admitted Obamacare was politically motivated, it wont lead to the resolutions of the probelms in Nevada and will not bring down costs. Oops. Imagine what the sit down is going to be like at the Reid residence at Thanksgiving?

How bad is Obamacare if even your own son trashes the Democrat masterpiece of the Obama Presidency that Harry Reid advocated so hard for? Rory Reid admitted that it was politically motivated. Who actually thought it was to reduce costs and provide insurance?

New polling out of Nevada is unnerving Democrats who fear Republican Sharron Angle’s campaign is surging despite enduring millions of dollars’ worth of TV ad attacks from Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

While Reid’s campaign insists there is nothing to be nervous about, one Nevada Democratic strategist said that’s not the vibe behind the scenes.

“Reid’s people are really antsy,” said the strategist, who spoke on condition of anonymity because Reid’s far-reaching political machine tends to come down hard on those who talk out of school. “That’s why their external message has been to try really, really hard to discredit these polls. Angle is building a lot of momentum, and they don’t know how to stop it. This is exactly what happened during the primary.” 

National Organization of Woman Hipocrisy: NOW Endorces Democrat Jerry Brown One Day After “WHORE” Slur Against Republican Meg Whitman

NOW endorses Jerry Brown, what does the “W” in NOW actually stand for?

Remember just the other day after the Jerry Brown campaign was caught on a telephone recorder calling Republican California Governor candidate Meg Whitman a whore, we asked where was NOW and what would they say?

Well NOW has now spoken and the hypocrisy is simply disgusting.

As reported in the LA Times, one day after Jerry Brown’s campaign was caught calling rival Meg Whitman a whore, NOW endorsed Democrat Jerry Brown. That is correct, one day after his campaign uses a term like “whore” in reference to a female candidate, Brown gets the NOW endorsement. UNREAL. Actually, it is all too predictable for the Libs at NOW. As stated at Michelle Malkin.com, it’s not like NOW was ever going to endorse a Republican woman.

Jerry Brown announced he has received the endorsement of the National Organization for Women, less than 24 hours after the emergence of a recorded message in which Brown can be heard in a conversation with advisors in which someone calls Whitman a “whore.” Coincidence? You be the judge.

Whitman’s campaign pounced after the audio was made public, sending out a release Thursday night from spokeswoman Sarah Pompei calling the use of the term “an insult to both Meg Whitman and to the women of California.  This is an appalling and unforgivable smear against Meg Whitman.  At the very least Mr. Brown tacitly approved this despicable slur and he himself may have used the term at least once on this recording.”

As if on cue, Brown’s campaign Friday released the endorsement from NOW championing Brown’s record on women’s rights.  “As Governor, Mayor, and Attorney General, Jerry Brown has promoted and defended women’s rights,” said California NOW President Patty Bellasalma.

“Jerry stands for fairness and equality and never ever backs down. We have every confidence that he will do the same as California’s next governor.”

I second the motion from Weasel Zippers, can you imagine, just imagine what would have happened if a Republican male candidate called a Democrat broad a whore?

US/Mexico: The Search for Missing & Murdered David Hartley Continues on Falcon Lake … Friends & Family Protest at Mexican Consulate in Colorado

There are questions abound and rightfully so in this case; however, what no one can question is the violence on the US-Mexican border. Did it come as a surprise to Americans that there were Mexican pirates operating so close to the US border? Not Somalian pirates, Mexican ones.

The search continues in the United States-Mexico border lake for missing and presumed murdered David Hartley. However, to date there has been no body found. Searches continue, even though there were threats of an ambush from drug gangs temporarily thwarted efforts.

The story is bizarre to say the least. The wife’s story had initially been questioned by Mexican authorities. That’s is a dicey comment to state publicly, no matter if authorities believe it to be true or not with Tiffany’s story. Remember, this is Mexico, where police corruption and drug cartels rule the day.

But on Monday, a Mexican official seemed to question whether the attack took place at all.

In a statement, Marco Antonio Guerrero Carrizales, district attorney for the Miguel Aleman Province, writes, “We are not sure. We are not certain that the incident happened the way they are telling us.”

CBS News correspondent Don Teague reports that family members have countered by criticizing what they see as a lackluster search effort by Mexican authorities.

Let’s keep in mind that this area is prone to violence. There had been previous attacks and people were warned about the area. Personally, I would go no where near Mexico or have my family members there, but that’s me.  Please try to not compare Mexico is the US and how things are done. Mexico is not only a completely different country, its a completely different world.

However, there is a witness and blood evidence that was discovered to support. Zapata County’s sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez stated that he has blood evidence from the life vest of Tiffany Hartley, the wife of David Hartley, that supports her story. But does it really? All it supports is that David Hartley is dead. I would like to think we as a society have not become so jaded that we dismiss the words of the wife over that of Mexican authorities. However, that is not to say we do not have the right to speculate and question if the story does not add up, like in the case of murdered honeymooner George Smith.

YIKES, 52 Year Old NC Missing Man David Reuben Green Jr. Found Dead in Feezer, Wendy Edmond Green Arrested for Murder

A Wake County, NC woman, 41 year old Wendy Edmond Green has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of her missing live-in boyfriend David Reuben Green Jr. He had been reported missing by a family member in September 2010. Authorities had initially searched the Raleigh, NC home shared by the two and found nothing. However,investigators returned to the home on September 7 to search for further clues and came across a freezer. They opened the freezer and found the missing man’s body.

Wendy Green was detained without incident at her new home in Robeson County on Friday where she was living with her two teenage children, which were the product of her long relationship with David Greene.

The arrest was a consequence of a second search conducted by authorities in Wendy’s former residence in Raleigh. The first search on September 7 did not reveal anything suspicious. However, police officers noted a powerful smell which was not present during the first visit.

  Wendy Edmond Green is being held without bond in the Wake County Jail on charges of first-degree murder.

It is a continued, disturbing pattern coming from the Barack Obama White House. In speech after speech heading up the the 2010 midterm elections, Obama and Biden have commented that it does not matter whether Democrats win or most likely lose, they are not going to listen to the mandate of the American voters. Americans are fed up with a 9.6% national unemployment rate and 95,000 jobs being lost in a month.

Most recently, VP Joe Biden said at a campaign rally in Washington state for embattled Democrat Lib and incumbent US Senator Patty Murray, “If we lose, we are going to play hell.” Murray presently finds herself behind by 3% in the latest Rasmussen poll.

“You will play hell?”  What? No Mr. Biden, if you lose it will have meant that an overwhelming groundswell of voters, Republicans, Independents and yes some Democrats have rejected the one party Democrat rule in Washington, DC. There are 37 US Senate seats in play this election cycle, for you to lose, Democrats would have to have lost 10 seats that are presently held by Democrats. Of the 37 races, according to Rasmussen, 25 are solid or leaning Republican and only 8 are solid or leaning Democrat. There are 4 races that are considered toss-ups and all are presently controlled by Democrats.

1. California- Incumbent Democrat Barbara Boxer leads GOP challenger Carly Fiorina, 49% to 45%.
2. Illinois -  Republican Mark Kirk has 45% of the vote, while Democrat Alexi Giannoulias earns 41% support in the latest Rasmussen poll. This election is for the US Senate seat formally held by Barack Obama. What an embarassment that would be election eve for Democrats to lose former Senate seat held by the President. RCP has the GOP challenger ahead as well.
3. Nevada – In just one of the many recent polls, Sharon Angle leads Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid 50% to 46%. The tide is shifting toward Angle as Reid has been stuck on 46% and the undecided are presictably shifting to the challenger.
4. Washington – The latest Rasmussen poll has republican Dino Rossi ahead of Patty Murray 49% to 46%. Murray is under the 50% threshold for incumbent politicians.

If the above polling numbers hold true on election day, from the 37 seats in play, the GOP would have won 28 and Democrats 9. Republicans would have won 76% of the Senate races, had 10 pickups and control the Senate 51-49.

That would be called a mandate by the American people.

For the past two years Democrats have called Republicans the party of No. The fact of the matter is that it was GOP that was actually listening to the will of the American people. Now “WE THE PEOPLE” have a chance to vote and voice our thought, opinions and mood. Barack Obama is not on the ballot, but he might as well be. How else can anyone explain a popular Democrat Governor like Joe Manchin in west Virginia. Manchin presently trails in his US Senate race to replace the deceased Robert Byrd 50% to 46%.

Across the United States Democrats in swing states and districts that have never been competitive are in trouble. Why? Because President Barack Hussein Obama, VP Joe Biden and the rest of their minions have refused to listen to their employer, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Now Obama and Biden say they will defy the vote of the American people if they lose in the 2010 midterm elections? Good luck folks. Democrats are on the wrong side of most every issue with “We the People”, now they appear to say to us all as they have for the past two years … we do not care what you do, say or vote … Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid know better.

Barack Obama May Want to Stop Blaming Bush, New CNN Poll Says Obama better President than W by 2%

From “The One” to one and done in less than two years …

New poll from CNN asks the question, who is a better President, George W. Bush or Barack Hussein Obama? The Obamamessiah eeks out a 2% victory, 47% to 45% over W. Wasn’t Barack Obama supposed to be God’s gift to the Democrat party, America and the World?  However, much has changed since his election in 2008 and Americans have come to realize they want nothing to do with his version of hope and change. Maybe it is not Bush they should be polling Obama against?

Don’t Democrats believe that George Bush was the worst President ever? What do they have to say that their Saviour is within 2%? It’s only a matter of time before he sinks below Bush. The shame for Democrats. In 2008 they declared the Republican party was dead, now just two short years later they have a President hovering near the 30′s in job approval and they are about to participate in one of the biggest political election blood baths ever.

And a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday also indicates in the battle for Congress, Republicans hold large advantages over the Democrats among independents, men and blue-collar whites. The poll also indicates that Republicans are much more enthusiastic than Democrats to vote.

By 47 to 45 percent, Americans say Obama is a better president than George W. Bush. But that two point margin is down from a 23 point advantage one year ago.

“Democrats may want to think twice about bringing up former President George W. Bush’s name while campaigning this year,” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.

CNN can reference Obama up 3% points in job approval all they want. The fact of the matter is that he is in a statistical dead heat with GWB for worst President. Actually, Jimmy carter is the worst, O and W are runner ups. What took GWB eight years and two wars later along with a nagging media at every turn, Obama has manged to do in less than two. Obama, like most peoples mortgages is underwater in his job approval at 45% approve, 52% disapprove.

According to the poll, 45 percent of the public approves of the job Obama’s doing as president, up three points from late last month, with 52 percent disapproving. Fifty-nine percent of independents disapprove of how the Obama’s handling his duties, with 37 percent giving him a thumbs up.

Lost in the polling data are these little tidbits, by a 52% to 45% margin the GOP leads in Congressional Generic polling, 59% to 37% of Independents disapprove of the way Obama has done his job and the enthusiasm gap is a huge issue as most Republicans say they are extremely or very enthusiastic about voting this year compared to  only a third of Democrats feel the same way.

What’s Up With the NY JETS, NFL Investigating Brett Favre for Allegedly Sending Nude Pics to Sideline Reporter Jenn Sterger

RUT-ROH, why does this sound like deja vu all over again … The JETS and an inappropriate sexual incident with a sideline female reporter? Sounds like Mexican reporter Ines Sainz, was not the first.  Is there something in the water at the NY Jets practices or what?

Brett Favre alleged to have sent naked pics of himself to Jenn Sterger … sounds like a good ad for Southwest, Hey Brett, Wanna Get Away? Not another sports superstar caught in a sex scandal? Move over Tiger Woods, here comes Brett Favre.  We shall wait to see if true. However, if it is, what is up with these high priced sports legends and the lack of understanding that texts can be saved indefinitely? Brett may have wanted to have stayed retired after this story, or at least cry for us again, the drama queen.

According the the New York Daily News via DeadSpin, the NFL is reportedly investigating the matter of future Hall of Fame QB Brett Favre allegedly sending naked pics of himself to side line reporter Jenn Sterger.The incident is reported to have occurred two years ago when Favre played with the NY Jets. At the time of the alleged incident, both Favre and Jenn Sterger were employees of the Jets.  

Crimesider spoke to CBS News legal analyst Trent Copeland, who said that even though “Favre is a hall of fame-caliber quarterback, at the end of the day, he’s an employee.” And just like any other employee, he’s supposed to follow the rules and regulations of his employer, especially regarding the treatment of other employees.

Sterger was also employed by the Jets at the time of the alleged incidents.

This week, not only does Brett Favre turn 41 years of age, but on Monday night he and the Minnesota Vikings go to NYC and play the JETS. Actually, they travel across the river to NJ and play in the Meadowland Stadium.

The real juicy story is posted at Deadspin (warning, adult language). Part of the story goes as follows, ” … But then, one night, Sterger received a picture on her phone which was so shocking that she just tossed it across the room. It was his dick. Brett Favre’s dick. And it happened multiple times”. Oh my, and it gets worse.

Last winter, close to the Super Bowl, Ms. Sterger and I were discussing a possible collaboration on the proposed “Deadspin Swimsuit Project,” which turned into a conversation about the whole “athlete dong photo” phenomenon. She claimed that she’s been on the receiving end of several of those types of cell phone interactions by drunk men, some of whom were professional athletes. We later had a phone conversation about who some of the more well-known dong-shot senders were. One person, she claimed, who was very into cell phone-donging her was none other than Brett Favre.

Favre may have refused comment on the voicemails and pictures of his private area that Deadspin claims he sent to Jenn Sterger when he played for the Jets in 2008, but he soon may have to provide answers to Roger Goodell.

The NFL is investigating Favre’s reported behavior and it becomes an even bigger story with Favre returning to the New York area Sunday with the Vikings for Monday night’s game with the Jets. Deadspin first reported the story in August and this week supplemented it with voicemails and pictures.

According to ESPN, the NFL is reviewing the matter.

When asked about the matter, Favre had no reply and stated, “I’m not getting into that. I’ve got my hands full with the Jets.” However, this story is not going to go away, especially with Favre playing at the JETS this week. What timing, eh? Deadspin reported that Favre sent voice mails to 26 year old  Sterger and then X-rated photos of himself. It was also reported that Favre told Sterger that a Jets media relations manager would give her his number or ask for hers.

This story will most certainly have legs with the New York media on it. We shall see what direction the story goes; however, nothing would surprise me any more with the situations athletes place themselves  in these days. They have not been role models for quite some time.
