The Immigration & Customs Enforcement Agency’s (ICE) ‘Catch & Release’ Illegal Immigration Policy

And we wonder why so many Americans are in favor of Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and the Arizona Immigration law and against Obama suing the state? we need to look no further than the following statistics  and ICE’s “catch and release” illegal immigration policy. According to CNS, ICE says its caught and  released 506,232 Illegal Aliens w as fate would have it are presently fugitives.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) says that as of Sunday, Sept. 5, it had caught-and-released 506,232 illegal aliens who are now fugitives. That is more than the population of Sacramento, California, which currently numbers 486,189.
 
Fugitive illegal aliens are individuals who were apprehended ICE for being in the United States illegally and then were released ahead of their court proceedings and deemed fugitive when they failed to appear in court.

It is the issue that is simmering under the surface and is upsetting individuals from all demographics and just what might be the deciding factor in this Novembers midterm elections. We the People are tired of an unprotected border. Any one who dare actually enforce the illegal immigrations laws like Jan Brewer or Sheriff Joe Arpaio winds up an enemy of the Obama Administration.

Is it any wonder why Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is as popular as she is, why the Arizona immigration law is favored by 55% of Americans and why 59% of Americans support passing a similar law in their own state. Americans know that the federal government has no intention of protecting the borders or dealing with the issue of illegal immigration.

Barack Obama Refuses to Listen to Former OMB Director Orszag … Obama will Not Extend All Bush Tax Cuts

Less than 60 days from the midterm elections and Obama remains rigid in his economic policies and has caused turmoil among Democrats.

Remember when the LEFT used to say that former President George W. Bush was rigid and unyielding in his ways with regards to the war in Iraq? So what do they say about Barack Hussein Obama who has no clue how to fix the economy and has no intentions of extending all the Bush tax cuts, even though his own former OMB Director Orszag says its the thing to do.

Assuring everyone that they’re unwilling to listen to economic reason, even from the man employed as their budget director a month ago, the White House spokespeople were sent forth this morning to refute the former OMB director’s inaugural New York Times column.

In the column, Orszag called for a two-year extension of the Bush tax cuts, at which point they would end, completely. The message is at odds with the White House’s contention that Congress should raise taxes on higher income brackets, extending only cuts for the middle class. Orszag echoes conservative concerns about Obama’s preference, saying a hike could make an “already stagnating jobs market worse over the next year or two.”

There is a reason why Obama has a 39% approval rating on his handling of the economy, he has earned it.

What does Barack Hussein Obama say about the Bush tax cuts, he is against any compromise. In the wake of a terrible economy, Barack Obama is going to raise taxes on the evil, job creating rich.

Mr. Obama’s opposition to allowing the high-end tax cuts to remain in place for even another year or two would be the signal many Congressional Democrats have been awaiting as they prepare for a showdown with Republicans on the issue and ends speculation that the White House might be open to an extension. Democrats say only the president can rally wavering lawmakers who, amid the party’s weakened poll numbers, feel increasingly vulnerable to Republican attacks if they let the top rates lapse at the end of this year as scheduled.

Remember when this President said he would act as a moderate and reach across the aisle? Remember when Obama said, we are not  “red” states, we are not “blue” states, we are a United States? If all that is true, why is this President for nothing more than CLASS WARFARE?

President Obama Touts New $50 Billion Stimulus While 55% Oppose Second Stimulus Plan

There comes a point when a President purposely defies the will of the people … enter Barack Obama.

Once again President Barack Hussein Obama finds himself yet again on the wrong side of an issue with the American public. As Barack Obama touts more government spending, because the first $787 billion wasn’t enough, he now looks to spend yet another $50 billion in additional spending on roads, railways and runways. Of course Obama won’t call it for what it is, another stimulus package, the Bride of Stimulus.

Obama looks to pander to his Democrat and union base leading up to the 2010 midterm elections. If Obama actually thought any of this would have fixed the economy, why didn’t he pass it 18 months ago?

However, just like the America people think the the first $787 billion was a colossal failure, according to a new Rasmussen poll, 55% of American voters are against a second stimulus, while only 31% are in favor.

President Obama is expected to announce on Wednesday plans for at least $50 billion in new government spending on the nation’s transportation infrastructure and billions more in tax credits in hopes of jumpstarting the troubled economy with midterm elections less than two months away. But the administration has been careful not to call the new spending a second economic stimulus plan, although Republicans and others view it that way.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 55% of U.S. voters continue to oppose a second economic stimulus package. Only 31% support a second stimulus, and 14% more are undecided.

 This Obama policy is about as popular as Obamacare, where by a56 to 38 margin American voters want it repealed.

However, the Obama White House refuses to call the $50 billion stimulus, a stimulus. As the Gateway Pundit says, MAN UP!!!

Barack Obama, Lost in Smallness – Doggy Style: “They Talk About Me Like I am a Dog”

The “Whiner” in Chief, President Barack Hussein Obama …

Once again President Barack Hussein Obama strayed off his teleprompter and, well said the following regarding his critics, “And they’re not always happy with me. They talk about me like a dog“. In a speech to a pro-union labor group in Wisconsin, Barack Obama hardly played the role of a President for all, but instead was in full campaign mode insulting republicans, big business and the greedy corporations who hire people. Obama wonders why he gets no help from the loyal opposition?

By the way Mr. President, the only comparison I can remotely see to treating you like a dog is the nearly 14 years it feels like that you have been President when it has been sadly only 19 months. Also, what are you thinking President Obama, we would never insult dogs that way, they are man’s best friend.

However, come the midterm elections on November 2, 2010 we are going to beat you and your fellow Democrats like “rented mules” or Donkeys in your case, politically speaking of course.

“Some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington for a very long time and they’re not always happy with me. They talk about me like a dog. That’s not in my prepared remarks, but it’s true,” he told the union crowd.

The president isn’t known to stray off prepared remarks, and also took a more aggressive tone in the speech.

“They’re betting that between now and November, you’ll come down with a case of amnesia,” Obama said. “They think you’ll forget what their agenda did to this country. They think you’ll just believe that they’ve changed. These are the folks whose policies helped devastate our middle class and drive our economy into a ditch. And now they’re asking you for the keys back.”

And over the last two years, that’s meant taking on some powerful interests — some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington for a very long time. And they’re not always happy with me. They talk about me like a dog. (Applause.) That’s not in my prepared remarks, it’s just — but it’s true.

At Michelle Malkin.com they are calling it the “Dog Daze of the Presidency”. Agreed, this President is a daze indeed. Obama’s whining and “smallness” has come to epic proportions. In no way has the criticism of Barack Hussein Obama reached the level of what the LEFT and the complicit MSM did to former President GWB every day, yet you heard no incessant complaining from W.  

Get over your self Mr. President, if you can’t take the criticism from what is the majority of “We the People” then its time to get out of the dogWhite House. You have run the country into the ground and defied the will of the people, prepare for the inevitable.

UPDATE I: The only one treating Obama like a dog is Obama. In fact out of his own mouth came the following when he was making that monumental decision as to what type of dog to get, “our preference would be to get a shelter dog,” which would point to the possiblity of a mixed breed, or, as Obama said, “a mutt, like me.”
