Obama Disrepects Americans Again … “Mexicans” Were Here “Long Before America Was Even An Idea”

More Hope, Change and Divisions from the “Panderer” in Chief …

Obama panders to Mexicans and the  Congressional Hispanic Caucus while bashing America again, “Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples …” How does Obama think this is a winning strategy? Remember when this President ran on the idea that he would unite people?

“Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples. The British and French, the Dutch and Spanish, to Mexicans, to countless Indian tribes. We all shared the same land,” President Obama told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

Really? Did President Barack Obama ever take a history in school? Isnt’ he supposed to be an intellectual? Maybe he attended “pubic” school in South Bend, IN. If you are going to smugly lecture Americans from you lectern sir, the least one could do is get their facts straight. If the video in the above link of Obama looks familiar, it should. This is part of the same speech when Obama decided not to reference that our right are endowed by our Creator.

Mexico declared its independence on September 16, 1810. It was recognized on September 27, 1821.

The United States of America declared its independence in 1776.

Out of curiosity President Obama, what ever happened to the Mayans and theToltecs in Mexico? Were they not there before Mexico was ever considered an idea?

By the way Mr. President, long before the Mexicans were here so were the cave men and the dinosaurs. Where are they today?

He truly is a farking idiot. Maybe he’s confusing Spanish with Mexican? Or is he referring to Texas?

    2. LynneinMd. on September 22nd, 2010 9:18 am

Oh dear God, when will this idiot ever stop?

    3. Scott on September 22nd, 2010 9:20 am

Unreal…what is he thinking? What in the **** does that have to do with the price of tea in China? Seriously…stop apologizing for the fact that we were and are the envy of the entire world.

      Very disrepectful.

But what isn’t disrespectful is the massive debt the last few administrations have put this country in. That’s totally cool and unimportant.

This is the disrepectful thing – Obama incorrectly including Mexicans in a list of nationalities here before Americans. The two wars in the Middle East aren’t, though. The soldiers and civillians dying in vain in our name are super respectful to Americans.

I’m glad you know what’s important – the things that really disrespect us Americans.

      what a truly dispicable idiot!

be at the polls in nov

    6. Brenda on September 22nd, 2010 9:41 am

Do the Vikings count? Or the Native American Indians? Both here before Columbus and certainly before the Mexicans started flowing northwards looking for work….

    7. Brenda on September 22nd, 2010 9:42 am

….and free benefits from the pockets of the taxpayers.

    8. Paula on September 22nd, 2010 9:48 am

Trying to figure out if he is purposely dividing the country (like “divide and conquer”) or if he is simply an idiot.

      Another Obama moment . . .

How could the Mexicans be around before America was even an idea, when the Declaration of Independence made Americans of everyone in this country 45 years before Mexico was even created.
      What a dunce!

But hey, they wanted him! They got him!

Truly sad that this guy was cast-off by both parents
early on. He is energetic and wants to rule the world
in his own way. Unfortunately ‘his own way’ is not the
proper way. Taking freedoms away from We the People
in order to concentrate power in the hands of Obowma
and his ilk is patently criminal. I certainly do not see
his love of America. I do see love of self.

Mexico existed long before it was independent.

I think it’s a mistake to insist that a culture, or an ethnicity, doesn’t count unless there is a independent national government to define it.

obama was dropped on his head at birth. kicked by a mule at 10. burned out on drugs at 20. the dumb bastard doesn’t know mexico from the United States still. all the more reason to believe he’s here illegally.

    13. Flippy on September 22nd, 2010 2:28 pm

You all are reading a different speech than me.

“Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples. The British and French, the Dutch and Spanish, to Mexicans, to countless Indian tribes. We all shared the same land,” President Obama told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

To me, “This Land” refers to North America, which was not to all the groups above. Is it the word “Mexicans” that ticks you off so much? Seems a bit picky to me. Should he have said “Post-Columbian interracials” instead?

    14. PaMom on September 22nd, 2010 4:43 pm

My husband’s great grandmother was 100% Native American Indian. There is no special treatment for him, his family and our children. We need to close and protect our borders. I don’t know who advises President Obama, but I wonder if they plan to set him up each day.

    15. mc on September 22nd, 2010 5:00 pm

Every village has an idiot. Unfortunately, Obama is ours.

    16. mc on September 22nd, 2010 5:01 pm

      Native Americans get dissed again!

    17. brie. on September 22nd, 2010 7:51 pm

Is there anything that a~~hole has done that even indicates that he is in any way qualified to be our President….nothing but one disaster after another….he doesn’t give a rotten s~~t about We The People or the United States of America….he tries to portray himself as a Christian…HA!….he’s this country’s worst enemy…everyday he spends in the White House puts us in an even more dangerous and damaging position……!!!!!! Barry Soetoro(alias Barack Hussein Obama)…what does this name represent to our neighboring countries?…..

    18. Easythunder on September 22nd, 2010 8:03 pm

And if “mexicans were in the USA first”, just look at their country where they finally ended up and how trashed it is. Good thing they didn’t continue living in the USA from “1st long ago” otherwise the USA would not be what she is and would look like mexico does now.

    19. brie. on September 22nd, 2010 8:03 pm

Everything that could possibly been done to cover his tracks has been sealed by lawyers….The black women that spoke at the town hall meeting said she was exhausted trying to protect him and doesn’t want to go back to eating hot dogs and beans…promises not kept, dreams not fulfilled, Yes we can….a lie!!!

    20. nurturer on September 22nd, 2010 8:31 pm

#13 – Did Obama say ‘North America’ or ‘America’?

North America does include Canada, America, or if you like, The United States of America, and Mexico.

America, refers to the The United States. But you know that.

    21. NGBoston on September 23rd, 2010 12:12 am

#8— I think it is a little of both.

Definitely an Idiot/Inexperienced,.,,,,and most assuredly “divisive”.

The “most transparent” Presidency in American History, my arse. The American public, can however see right through Barack Obama. His numbers & popularity ratings have been reflecting this fact for months.

Oh, say it isn’t so, Barack? Time to call Oprah, appear on her new Network and plug your next book? Go to her Mansion in the Hamptons for tea and finger sandwiches on the terrace? Go back to Chi-Town and open a healthy, green Soul Food Restaraunt—what, Barack, what are you going to do with yourself when you are forced into a quasi-semi-early retirement?

America has a voice, and will speak up in the polls.

    22. Scott on September 23rd, 2010 10:58 am

#20 – that why people like Flippy are libtards. They shoot themselves in the foot. Of course this libtard would include Mexico as “American” which means USA.

He needs a brush up on his geography class.

      Tools!

    23. Its Me on September 23rd, 2010 2:53 pm

The white europeans were here before the African blacks. I guess someone will call that statement Racist.

    24. Flippy on September 28th, 2010 10:23 am

#22 – I know the thread is dead, but if anyone searches in the future, I might as well have my response.

The original post by SM was clear (to me) that he was complaining that Obama said the mexicans were here before americans even the the USA was founded before mexico.

His point was valid….one can’t be Mexican before Mexico and therefore cant be Mexican before American.

All of this is pre-disposed on his meaning “this land” and “the land of North America”. The point of that, which is the point that you call be a “libtard over” was not the point the OP was making.

Perhaps you should bother to take the ideas of someone you disagree with seriously. Through such an action there can be actual discussion and perhaps we can all come away better people.

    25. HAITIAN_RICAN on November 6th, 2010 11:11 am

Just face it conservatives, the people to the south had descendants that were here long before your descendants, long before any white face wheither it be the vikings or any other euro. Its funny how u call them illegals yet they been here for centuries and centuries. Give me a break.
      ______________
      SM: They were here, really?

Seeing that you are such a brain surgeon, maybe you might want to explain how every country, including Mexico and all of the South American countries have immigration policies just like the USA. But that is different I guess.

Some of you actually frighten me by your idiocy.

There were no “cave men,” in the sense of Neanderthal-like hominids. The humanoid populations that migrated to the Americas were all homo sapiens sapiens.
