It is reported in the NY Post that right after Joran Van der Sloot killed 21 year old Stephany Flores and her body laid there lifeless and bloodied with a broken neck … Joran Van der Sloot ate cake and sipped Esspresso pondering what to do with her body. Are you kidding? What is this, like a seen out of The Dark Knight and the Joker.

Chilling new details from Joran van der Sloot’s confession to cops reveal he sat on the edge of his hotel bed in Lima, Peru, sipping espresso and munching on cake just minutes after savagely killing a local woman whose body lay on the floor.
As he noshed on his post-murder breakfast early on May 30, van der Sloot — long suspected of murdering Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba five years ago that very day — tried to figure out what to do with Stephany Flores’ bloodied corpse.
As blood oozed from her head — and as one of her eyes dangled out of a socket — he ate four sponge cakes.
Interesting what Joran Van der Sloot’s options were this time, now that he was not in Aruba, he did not have Papa Sloot to call, he was not in Aruba and the victims name was not Natalee Holloway. With Natalee Holloway we had a cover up and never any prosecution of the crime and in Peru we see a captured fugitiveand a confession to murder.

This is exactly the point that we have made all along with regards to Joran Van der Sloot’s confession to the crime. He is lying through his teeth as to how it occurred. Keep in mind, there is no question that he killed her; however, his description of the crime is BS. So let us understand this, Joranneeded three amphetamine pills to stay awake to ponder how to get rid of her body? Which begs the obvious question … WHY WAS JORAN VAN DER SLOOT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!The answer is YOU WOULD NOT BE!!! If they pulled themselves in at 5am there is no way that Joran Van der Sloot would have gone to get coffee for two as he claims in his confession only to come back and see that Stephany Flores was “invading his privacy”. So of course the next normal thing woudl be is to kill her. Oh, that makes sense.
A note to Aruban law enforcement and the prosecutors office, just because Joran Van der Slootlied how they killed Natalee Holloway, does not mean that they did not kill Natalee Holloway. A lie in how a victim was killed does not absolve one from murder.
Is it any wonder why Joran Van der Sloot’s attorney does not want “the Sporter” to reenact the crime?

Bull. I don`t believe it.
I think it was a sexual assault. I think they should be looking for signs of a sexual assault. Even if he didn`t try to sexually assault her through sexual intercourse, he may have been forcing her into oral sex because there are signs on her body that may have been what he was trying to do.
Make no mistake about it, Joran Van der Sloot knows there is DNA evidence and he is trying to lessen his prison sentence with his confession. If you need to take three amphetamine pills to keep yourself up to decide how to get rid of your victim’s body … why would you have been getting up in the first place to get coffee for two. Oh that’s right, Joran is just a gentleman and a hopeless romantic … sacrcasm intended.
Formal charges against Joran Van der Sloot are expected soon.

I agree there are some things that just don’t fit or maybe I’m not getting it either.
I’ve read that he was out of money (except for what he stole from Stephany and some currency from other counties) and he is saying he was afraid to leave with his luggage (Stephaney’s body in a bag) because he would be stopped because he owed on his hotel bill. – This is what Joran said.
The Hotel said they didn’t check the room because Joran requested No room service. I think it took them 3 days.
I find it rather odd that the hotel didn’t perform a lock out after the bill was unpaid for 1 day! I’ve worked in many hotels and that is the normal procedure. Also most hotels do not go with out a daily room check even when the customer requests no room service for the very reason that people are sometimes found dead in hotels rooms.
The second thing I find very odd is that No on heard anything – yet Joran describes a struggle during his Rage?
The third thing I find odd is that they show video of what he is wearing when he & Stephany enter the room together and Video of him leaving the room with his luggage.
Where is the video of him coming and going with the coffee? The Video Camera was right outside his door.
Joran states that Stephaney wanted to “leave”, and that he stopped her.
That’s IMPRISONMENT.
That’s aggravated kidnapping.
He INTENDED to murder Stephaney.
How glaring are the facts that when honorable, integrity-driven, ethical police are involved in investigating a heinous crime inflicted upon an innocent child, that there will be no LAW-ENFORCEMENT ACCESSORIES TO STEPHANEY’S VICIOUS and BRUTAL MURDER – because dishonorable men like Van der Straaten, and his corrupt conspirators are NOT involved in Stephaney’s case to TAMPER with the statements made by the depraved mind that stole her life away and left her helpless dying on the floor.

I have a theory on why the FBI didn’t act on arresting Van der Sloot right away in Aruba on extortion. Joran, when making the deal for money with Beth, was quoted as saying “since the statute was about to run”. Perhaps Aruba has a statute of limitations on murder of 5 years, whereas in the U.S. there is no statute on murder. Perhaps the FBI was waiting until May 30th, when Joran thought he would be free and clear, to arrest him on extortion, bring him to the U.S., then charge him with murder here in the States. Again, some crook in Aruba alerted Joran to “get out of Dodge” prior to May 30th.
We all know we can’t count on Joran the sociopathic murdering liar to tell the truth in a confession.
The reenactment is a crucial part in determining the state of the evidence.
I surly wish the Peruvian officials do not make a mistake here as it can be costly.
Joran will say anything to trip up the investigation.
It perturbs me to read that while he is in custody he is being given steaks and cigarettes upon request. It makes me sick that he has any enjoyment what so ever out of life. I say remove all his teeth now and let him eat the rest of his meals thru a straw.

IF there is one of him getting coffee, it will appear. could be something joran made up. the convenience store DID NOT have cameras.

alot of things dont make sense, why was she in just her underwear. she is reportedly a lesbian she is not going to sleep with joran, did he drug her. she wake up and start to fight. I also wondered about why the hotel security video of him going for coffee (if he in fact did go) wasn’t released.
Which set of clothes was he wearing? Was it those he was wearing upon arrival with Stephany or his departure set?
I thought (read) he had his room paid in advance and gave instructions not to enter.
Doubt he was broke. When initially asked if he had credit cards, he said they were left in his hotel room in Chile. He had seen the news reports (tv or paper?) and felt it was to dangerous to return.
Did he take all of Stephany’s ID and not just the money? If so, maybe he was hoping they wouldn’t identify the body (the excessive facial damage) until after he was long gone. Doubt he factored in the hotel security video or who her family was.
Did wonder about the noise, but she may never have seen it coming. How sad.
Wish a check up on his past stays would be done. Guessing if he paid by credit card a trail would be easy enough to follow.
One other item. Wouldn’t it be interesting to see a list of his calls after murdering Stephany? Guessing he had a cell phone. Also, copies of his e-mails and replies received during this period.

just read on CNN that JVDS attorney is asking the judge to “strike” his confession. appears that he did not have legal representation at the time of the confession. Peru does not need a confession. videos, dna, and the “family”.

Simple speculation:
They were tired after the casino and his hotel room was close by so they went there to sleep. (She looked tired walking in). she took off her pants to sleep in her t-shirt & panties. (this is how they found her)
He figured he would rob her of her winnings while she slept. She woke up – A struggle issued. He killed her.
Now he has to cover up so he goes for coffee and biscotti’s. Hoping he will be noticed and someone will give him an alibi. It doesn’t pan out – (I’m just dying to see the video of him leaving & returning with coffee).
He goes back to the hotel – thinking he can say someone broke in while he was gone and robbed the girl but realized that wouldn’t work.
He packs and leaves and formulates the Natalee Information lie because the one single thing that Joran blames for the ruin of his life is Natalee! (The Aruban people backed him when he lied about Natalee so maybe the Peruvian people will also.)
He takes Stephany’s car and drives it away so they will look for her closer to where the car is thus buying him time to get out of town.

First of all, read between the lines. We shouldn’t be hasty to jump all over the FBI when they were setting up the sting to catch Joran in the act of Extortion.
There are a lot of grey areas when LE approaches situations like this that the general public is not privy to. We don’t know all the facts. Did the FBI drop the ball by not apprehending Joran on the spot after yet another confession about the crime in Aruba in 2005? It’s not as easy as one may think to simply slap the cuffs on someone and lock him up. The FBI has to apprehend a suspect with more than a suspicion to make charges stick in front of a Judge when Joran actually is prosecuted.
While there are many questions, IMO the FBI was still working on an “open & on-going investigation” which was the disappearnce and subsequent Murder of Natalee Holloway. A big factor that always comes in to play is jurisdiction.
In a sense, it is almost like the FBI’s hands are tied to a certain extent when the crimes in question were committed on the Island of Aruba and by a Dutch Citizen. If they have no jurisdiction to prosecute, this is where all the red-tape and legal wrangling comes in.
Since Beth Holloway is an American Citizen- extortion is against the law, and by doing so and then Joran wiring and receiving the funds- he is caught red handed and thus, the official charges.
Either way—time and time again we see Aruban officials looking the other way and using every legal loophole they are able to under Dutch/Netherlands law to give the evil little Sporter some more wiggle room.
Anita best have some pension and retirement funds handy in her bank account—she is going to need them. She has many years of Attornies fees to fork over for the Sporter. He is not going anywhere this time. First, he will serve time in Peru when he is sentenced formally. Then, he will have the Extortion charges in the US to deal with.

If Stephany was on Joran’s computer doing research. the computer will have the evidance of use in the history. the time and date will be established. If it dosn’t exist, it didn’t happen.
I just thought of something but it will take a while for the truth of it to come out in the investigation.
Joran says Stephany was on his computer and found things about Natalee.
The Peruvian officials have a time line of about 4 hours so when they finish the forensic search on the hard drive they will be able to see in detail what files were opened.
I think that Joran lied about Stephany finding info on Natalee on his laptop to cover up his initial crime of robbing her while she slept and a log of the hard drive will prove he lied in his confession!
Peruvian news reports claim there was only one coffee cup found in the room resulting with the conclusion that he made his food run AFTER he killed her – which negated his blame the victim motive of her being at fault for causing his rage.

I’m a small woman myself. The boy is a big tub of junk of certainly twice Flores size. ONE hit to her face would have rendered her incapable of responding. EXTREMELY sad…but if true he hit her so hard it knocked her eye out of the socket, she may have been dead first punch with the elbow. I’m sorry to be graphic, but that is a HARD blow and probably was fatal in itself. They say the broken neck, but even if so the blow more than likely would have killed her if he just left her lay at that point. What an evil boy.

It was reported yesterday, Joran was wearing the same clothes when he went for coffee, that he had on when he entered the hotel with Stephany.

In repeatedly rewinding the video of Urine leaving the hotel the morning of the murder, I am noticing someone who appears to be sleeping at a computer behind what appears to be the hotel front desk. Am I seeing this wrong? My biggest query is if Urine owed a hotel bill, why did this person, who appears to be a hotel employee, not stop him? If the person was awake maybe that pig would have been stopped on the spot. I cant even think of anything bad enough to call him, it seems like such an insult to pigs!
It is reported Stephany is a lesbian and was on her period at the time of her murder. It is inconsistent for a lesbian to want to “take off her pants” for a man, especially during her period. The video of Joran getting coffee was released, at least for a while. My wife and I saw it on TV, and I have been trying to find it again online for 2 days without success.
It could help determine when he killed her, before or after he got coffee. My wife saw it too, and she said he had already changed into the striped shirt before getting coffee. In which case, he must have already killed her, and his story is a lie. Unfortunately I can’t remember what shirt he was wearing in that video. I only saw it once for about 5 – 10 seconds.

The host asked him if he thought now that Joran is locked up if others in Aruba will now talk about what happened to Natalee.. Always believed Natalee was taken to Joran’s place that night..noone around to see.. Fishermen by the huts said they saw noone that night on the beach matching their descriptions. All those couples Joran said him and Natalee passed..none came forward to say they seen him. Probably burnt his shoes. Only reason he ever claimed he was at the beach probably was because that is where they took her to get rid of her in the water or hide her until they did..in case someone seen them.
Here is another theory I have:
If he is telling the truth about killing her after finding her looking at his laptop, then perhaps it was because she discovered files having to do with the 2 girls in Colombia who went missing after being at the same place and time as Joran just a few weeks earlier. He would feel the need to kill her in case she saw that evidence.

Maybe I got this wrong, but. I read that this POS had in his possession charts with various ocean currents plotted on them. Now at what point did this kid become an oceanographer? Take it from me they give him a cigarette and 1 minute later they grill him. Make him confortable and then make him miserable!

It is DOCUMENTED exactly what Anita and Paulus Van Der Sloot PUBLICLY stated (and many on CAMERA in interviews). There are written statements and interviews in both news print and actual footage of many disgusting comments made by both of the Van Der Sloots after Joran and the Kalpoe Brothers were detained on 3 separate occasions. Don’t you remember that even Paulus was arrested at one point?
Come on John, please don’t paint us all with the same broad brush strokes here. Many of us have been following this case from day one. The only people that talk out of their asses here are all of the liars who botched the case in Aruba, and Joran himself.

where did i defend JVDS?I am disgusted by this guy so i dont know where you get this idea from.I did read the Aruba interogations and it strikes me that if my bicicle is stolen my declaration is bigger then some of those in this murdercase(Natalee’s)so i admit i stopped reading after a while because it just leaded to nowhere(prob by purpose yes)and yes you most prob know more details then i do but my gutfeeling was always that JVDS did it and a proper investigation and interogation would made that clear years ago.
But you still assuming alot of things thAt i hope will become more clear in the future…your statement in caps in your last post could be true but you are making that statement like you know this for 100%.And that JVDS will be next in row to die i really dont give it 1 min of my time i only hope they not kill him in jail,it would be to easy for him i really like to see him do the max sentence and after that to the U.S for the extortion and if he still alive they can have him in Aruba as well i think by then dad VDS his connections will be all retired and powerless……..so where is my sympathy or defence for JVDS???

Ignoring a child’s bad behaviour isn’t being a good parent. I really think Joran was born the way he is, but I also believe his surroundings made it much worse. Why did Aruba and his parents continue to let him run in bars and casinos all hours underage? Why did they not do one thing to Paulus when he took his underage son left him to gamble..gambled with him..and the next night did the same according to Paulu’s police statement. The atmosphere he was in contributed to creating him. I am positive there are more bad stories about Joran pre 18 that we don’t know about. Deepak, Joran told us..they did this 20 times, Joran and Freddy made the moves on the girls first. They’ve all been in the same room having sex with girls. Hans Mos told us.. Other chats written before May 30 were also found, in which the suspects discussed “picking up American girls and what they plan to do with them,” Mos said. Such chats gave authorities an idea of how the suspects operated, he said. Basically saying a group of “guys” preying on American tourists. Good place to vacation eh?
If Joran was made to own to what happened with Natalee.. he could’ve been doing time in Aruba..probably not even 15 years..Seeee what enabling does? Now he is facing life in Peru prison of hell. One more family has been devastated.. By not owning up to Joran’s life since has been one nightmare episode after the other.
Check out the spokespeople from Aruba, pm, cops on this case, Joran’s family etc..they continue to make themselves the victim of Natalee.. blaming the fbi now..another way to enable. Check out the behaviour of the Kalpoes. Look at the degrading statements deepak and their mother made about Natalee. She looked like a slut, dressed one too.
A young girl who came only to spend 3 or 4 days enjoying her graduation. She didn’t ask someone to kidnap her and kill her. Check out Natalee’s background.. full scholarships to college..all kinds of awards and groups she belonged to.. that she worked very hard for.
Aruba chose to paint her as some drunkin slut on drugs, that came there and ruined Joran’s life and then evaporated after doing so. They put out statements that Natalee was pregnant by her stepfather.. Paulus claimed he got a letter from Natalee that she ran away from her mother cause she hated her. 5 years we have watched the way Natalee and her family have been treated worse that dirt..over nothing but tourism aka money and Joran..and everyone is friends or related. We have found out Joran appears to be the drunkin slut on drugs.
Now he’s killed a 21 year old. Right off he tries the same ammo that worked in Aruba..blame the victim.. No, I don’t wish Joran to have his throat cut or his head bashed in.. Nothing in my make up to wish that on him. I do hope he is not out to harm another person..be it wherever. I think Joran has been a very unhappy person for a long time.. Too bad he had so many enablers..who kept on making excuses and didn’t get him help. Now 3 families lives are ruined and for what? I do not feel sorry for Anita.. didn’t feel sorry for Paulus either.. I think the stress got to him from what all took place. I do feel sorry for his 2 brothers.
Karin Janssen came out right at the first..and said.. Paulus and Anita harmed the investigation.. Paulus told them no body, no case and instructed them.. and Anita called a witness over to the house to ask them what they told the police.
5 years we have watched this.. I can only hope and pray Natalee’s family can finally get the answers they deserved 5 years ago. Would be hard enough 5 years, not knowing where your daughter is or what happened, but to have to fight everything else they’ve had to on top of this.. what a hellish nightmare to place on people.

Guess what, John? I’m not a Law Specialist at all, but I don’t think any of us need to be Sherlock Holmes to put 2 and 2 together, based upon evidence and reporting that has already been made public over the last 5 years to deduce that Joran Van Der Sloot killed Natalee Holloway.
