Democrats have once again stepped in it prior to the 2010 midterm elections. They already faced an uphill battle with the unpopular Obamacare bill, a bad economy, unemployment at 9.9% and out of control federal spending and record deficits.  Not to mention that voters trust Republicans on 8 out of the top 10 political topics. Then along came the illegal immigration controversy.

The recent new Arizona anti-illegal immigration bill has once again put the spot light on the immigration issue. In a recent Rasmussen poll, the issue of immigration as very important has jumped 16% from last month.

The latest national telephone survey of Likely Voters finds that 63% view immigration as Very Important in the wake of the national debate that has erupted over Arizona’s new law requiring local police to check the immigration status of those they stop who they suspect of being illegal immigrants. Critics say the law is racial profiling; Arizona officials say the law is needed because the federal government does not enforce existing immigration law.

As Barack Obama and his minions try and libel the Arizona law as racist when for the most part like with Attorney General Eric Holder, he has never even read it. However, as a majority of Americans are in favor of the AZ immigration law, President Obama continues his divisive attack on the state of Arizona.

For those that want to question the poll because it has Fox News in the title, they may want to review the Rasmussen polls on the issue HERE and HERE, or the CBS/NY Times poll on ant-illegal immigration, or Gallup

We had said from the outset that Democrats best be very careful what side of the illegal immigration side they pick as they pander to only the illegals. Fox News had an interview the other night with a Los Angeles teacher who is a self proclaimed Marxist and Socialist who was against capitalism. Here what the Marxist-La Raza high school history teacher Ron Gochez from Los Angeles who called for a race revolution in the United States.

Take a good look why 59% of Americans are in favor of the Arizona immigration laws. The PEW Research Center found that 73% of people are in favor of requiring people to produce documents verifying legal status.

He was calling racists white people who wanted to deport illegal aliens.

Obama AG Eric Holder Just Cannot Say Radical Islam Responsible for Times Square Bomb Attempt

WELCOME TO OBAMALAND … where no one can say “RADICAL ISLAM” is to blame for terrorism in the Barack Hussein Obama Administration.

What is going on with the Barack Obama Administration when it comes to the protection of the United States and the War on Terror. Oh sorry, the Overseas Contingency Operation.

Why can’t Obama, Holder and the rest of Obama’s minions call these terrorists for what they are and what motivates them … RADICAL ISLAM!

How can one protect America and it’s citizens if they are unwilling to simply call the treat for what it truly is? All three attempts in the last year, the underwear bomber, Major Hasan and the Ft Hood shooting and the Times Square bomber , all had radical Muslam ties yet Holder is unwilling to state the simple fact. Instead he painfully tries to parse words and make excuses.   These are the same people that are unwilling to cal a radical Islam terrorist for what they are, yet they will call Tea Party go’ers extremists, racists and dangerous.

Obama claimed that his Administration would be the most transparent ever. They have hardly been when it comes to most things; however, NRO has finally found one thing that they are transparent on … The Most Transparently Irresponsible Administration in American History.

If you thought Mr. Holder’s stubborn refusal to speak the words “radical Islam” was bad during yesterday’s House testimony, get this one:  “I’ve just expressed concerns on the basis of what I’ve heard about the [Arizona immigration] law. But I’m not in a position to say at this point, not having read the law, not having had the chance to interact with people are doing the review, exactly what my position is.”

Eric Holder went on to say that there are a variety of reasons why individuals have taken these actions of terrorism. Like what Mr Holder … excess salt, going to Tea Party events, or is it just Goerge Bush’s fault? Holder just could not say the obvious and the primary reason … RADICAL ISLAM!

How can these people be responsible for defending America against terrorism when they cannot say that RADICAL ISLAM is the reason why they do what they do and want to kill AMERICANS.

California Senate Election 2010: Barbara Boxer (D) 42%, Tom Campbell 41% (R)

Could the California US Senate seat fall to the GOP? Could Tom Campbell be the next Scott Brown in California? GOP trying their hardest to make Boxer’s title, “ex-Senator” from California.

Incumbent Senator Barbara Boxer is in serious trouble in her reelection bid for the US Senate seat of California. In a predominantly Democrat state, Boxer is struggling in the polls. Boxer leads Republicans challengers Carly Fiorina and Chuck DeVore, 45% – 38% and 46% – 40%; however, she only leads GOP hopeful Tom Campbell by one percentage point, 42% to 41%, in the most recent Rasmussen poll.

Embattled Democratic incumbent Barbara Boxer remains in a virtual tie with Republican challenger Tom Campbell, but two other GOP hopefuls are still failing to gain traction in California’s race for the U.S. Senate.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in California shows Boxer with 42% support in a match-up with Campbell, a former congressman, who earns 41%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and 12% remain undecided.

Rasmussen references that one of Boxer’s positives is the power of the incumbency. However, is that really the case in the present political mood in the United States? If anything, it might be what is dragging Boxer down in a state that is overwhelmingly Democratic. One issue with being the incumbent is every one knows who you are and have an opinion. Boxer struggles with her favorably rating.

Twenty-five percent (25%) of California voters have a Very Favorable opinion of Boxer, while 34% view her Very Unfavorably.

Campbell is seen Very Favorably by 12% and Very Unfavorably by 12%.

It does make one scratch their head why GOP favorite Sarah Palin endorsed Carly Fiorina instead of Campbell, especially when Fiorina has been losing traction and Campbell is on the verge of a potential Scott Brown moment in California.

The Republican primary takes place of  June 8, 2010. The winner will face Barbara “Don’t call me Ma’am” Boxer for all the marbles.

Sex Offender John Gardner Sentenced to Life in Prison for Rapes & Murders of Amber Dubois & Chelsea King

Maybe we will once and for all learn that there is no rehabilitating these sex offender animals! All they wind up doing is escalating their crimes until it ends in murder.

Convicted sex offender John Albert Gardiner has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the rapes and murders of 14 year old Amber Dubois and 17 year-old Chelsea King.  Gardner was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for his crimes as well as a third life sentence for good measure.

John Albert Gardner had previous pleaded guilty to murdering the two teen girls.

What the hell is up with the MSM lately and their slobbering over terrorists and rapist killers?  I can’t even begin to understand why the San Diego News Network actually bothers to waste words and reference that “tears streamed down Gardner’s face as the girls’ families read statements”.

Tears streamed down Gardner’s face as the girls’ families read statements. He wiped tears away with the lime-green jumpsuit he wore. He kept his head down, crying harder when Amber’s family screened a video with photos of the blue-eyed teen with friends, riding horses and playing in the rain.

Who honestly cares whether this murderous pig cried! Do you think for one second Gardner cared whether Amber or Chelsea cried as they begged for their lives while this rapist murdering dog had his way? But for some reason like with the recent Times Square terror bomber the MSM feels the need to humanize these pieces of garbage.

There is only four words needed to be reported and those were the ones of the families to Gardiner at the sentencing … GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!

New Hampshire Senate Election 2010: Republican Ayotte 50%, Democrat Hodes 38% … Republican Binnie 49%, Democrat Paul Hodes 37%

In the New Hampshire US Senate race for the retiring Judd Gregg (R) it appears that the GOP has the upper hand and will retain the Senate seat in 2010. Both Republicans Kelly Ayotte and Bill Binney have double digit leads in the most recent Rasmussen poll. Ayotte has reached the 50% mark.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in New Hampshire shows former state Attorney General Kelly Ayotte at 50% for the second month in a row, with Hodes earning 38% support. Three percent (3%) favor some other candidate, and nine percent(9%) are undecided.

Businessman Bill Binnie chalks up 49% support, same as in April, versus 37% for Hodes, a U.S. congressman since 2007. Six percent (6%) like another candidate, while eight percent (8%) are undecided.

Prior to last month, support for Ayotte, long viewed as the front-runner on the GOP side, has remained in the narrow range of 46% to 49% in surveys stretching back to last September. In match-ups with her in that time period, Hodes has been unable to break out of the 30s.

Republicans will pick their nominee in a September 14 primary. It looks like the GOP is well on their way to a hold in the Granite state.

Who Is Misguided? Obama AG Eric Holder Admits He Never Read AZ Anti- Illegal Immigration Law … But Has No Problem Criticizing It

President Barack Hussein Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder,  admitted during a hearing with the House Judiciary Committee that he has not read the new Arizona anti-illegal immigration bill. However, Holder has no issue criticizing the bill and has repeatedly spoken out against it in repeatedly. Holder does not get the cover that Democrats used with Obamacare citing that the bill was nearly 3000 pages. Arizona’s new immigration law is only 10 pages.

One has to wonder whether Obama has read the Arizona law either or any of his other attack minions that he sets out to make claims that the law is racist and would lead to racial profiling. Holder could not find the time to read 10 pages yet he found the time to show up on media outlet after media outlet to criticize and make allegations.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., who has been critical of Arizona’s new immigration law, said Thursday he hasn’t yet read the law and is going by what he’s read in newspapers or seen on television.

Mr. Holder is conducting a review of the law, at President Obama’s request, to see if the federal government should challenge it in court. He said he expects he will read the law by the time his staff briefs him on their conclusions.

“I’ve just expressed concerns on the basis of what I’ve heard about the law. But I’m not in a position to say at this point, not having read the law, not having had the chance to interact with people are doing the review, exactly what my position is,” Mr. Holder told the House Judiciary Committee.

How intellectually dishonest can this Administration get? Of course Holder did not read the bill, if pressed for details he could claim plausible deniability. Seriously, how could one have an opinion if they have zero first hand knowledge of what they are commenting on? It would appear that Hot Air has the same theory as to Obama’s minions not reading the bill … so that they can “have an excuse to walk back their criticisms later if this gets too hot politically?”

Rep. Ted Poe, who had questioned Mr. Holder about the law, wondered how he could have those opinions if he hadn’t yet read the legislation.

“It’s hard for me to understand how you would have concerns about something being unconstitutional if you haven’t even read the law,” the Texas Republican told the attorney general.

How does the Attorney General of the United States not read the most talked about hot button topic like the new AZ Immigration law, yet make negative comments and race bait the topic? It has become all too common with the Obama Administration.

The City Council voted 13-1 to bar Los Angeles from conducting business with Arizona unless the law is repealed. However, many disagree with the decision altogether.

Michelle Malkin states, While jihadists plot, our Justice Department panders. But pandering to who? All polls show that a majority of Americans are in favor of the new law and that individuals should have to prove that they are here legally.

Who is Misguided Barack Obama … 59% of Americans in Favor of Arizona Anti-Illegal Immigration Law

Dear President Obama,  who is misguided? An overwhelming majority of Americans, even many Democrats are in favor and split on the issue …

PEW Research Center finds wide approval for Arizona’s new anti-illegal immigration policy. So much for the MSM spin and providing extensive coverage to LA’s decision to boycott Arizona. An overwhelming majority of Americans are in favor of the provisions of the new AZ anti-illegal immigration law. Maybe the answer might be to boycott LA? Cities best think first before they blindly react to a law that simply follows federal immigration law. Bankrupt cities may face a backlash from their boycott.

The public broadly supports a new Arizona law aimed at dealing with illegal immigration and the law’s provisions giving police increased powers to stop and detain people who are suspected of being in the country illegally.

Fully 73% say they approve of requiring people to produce documents verifying their legal status if police ask for them. Two-thirds (67%) approve of allowing police to detain anyone who cannot verify their legal status, while 62% approve of allowing police to question people they think may be in the country illegally.

After being asked about the law’s provisions, 59% say that, considering everything, they approve of Arizona’s new illegal immigration law while 32% disapprove.

As the Gateway Pundit states, despite the harsh words from Barack Obama and Marxist Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, a broad majority of Americans approve of the Arizona immigration law. Obama best think twice about comment on AZ immigration law, especially when his own party is split on the issue.

What polls are showing is that the more information and details that are being reported on the Arizona bill, the more the support grows for it. What a concept, the liberal MSM and Obama are being counteracted by the truth of the law. What does this show once again … like with the Obamcare bill, Democrats, Obama and the MSM have been unsuccessful in lying to the public … WE THE PEOPLE can decide on our own as to the merits and provisions of the law, not accept the Democrat smears as the Gospel.

No wonder this President wants to control the spread of information.

Parents Speak Out Against Morgan Hill HS Flag Clothing Controvery on Cinco de Mayo … “You guys made this segregated by stupidity and ignorance”

Following the Morgan Hill High School flag clothing controversy last week on Cinco de Mayo comes the public out rage to the handling of the incident from WE THE PEOPLE. Hundreds of angry parents and attended the school board meeting to vent their anger at how the incident was handled.

The trouble started on Cinco de Mayo when five high school students were told to either take off the American flag t-shirts they were wearing or go home.

About 200 people packed the auditorium since it was their first chance to speak to, and in some cases, yell at district leaders.

“It’s always been Hispanics versus Caucasians. It’s been like that in our history, we cannot sugarcoat this,” said student Teresa Rita Corona.

Parents and students brought honesty, demands, and anger to the Morgan Hill Unified School board meeting.

“You guys made this segregated by stupidity and ignorance,” said parent Teresa Casillas.

“I want to see the principal and vice principal fired or you will face legal action,” said Gilroy resident Mark Zappa

Other comments from the school boaed meeting went as follows. For the individual who made the flipped comment regarding the American flag merely being a symbol obviously cares little of the men and woman who have sacrificed their lived and continue to be in harms way in efforts to defend what that so-called symbol stands for. I wonder if she would feel the same way about the symbol of of Mexican flag? As an other would later say … it’s more than just a symbol.

“I personally am getting very, very tired of disrespect to that flag and what this nation actually stands for,” said Morgan Hill resident Lavonne Atnit.

“I’ve seen such division and such strong emotion, such hatred and I really feel that a flag is a symbol,” said Morgan Hill resident Mindy Bostick.

“It’s more than a little kumbayah symbol!” said Zappa.

The silent majority is silent no more … Americans are getting fed up with the disrespect of America. Americans are sick and tired of liberal teachers anti-American agenda.  Let this be a less to the liberal school administrators  … you are in the United States of America … do not ever forget it.
