Illegal Immigrants Do the Jobs Americans Don’t Want to Like Killing Arizona Rancher Robert Krentz

Once again we see that illegal aliens are coming to America to do the jobs that Americans don’t want to do … like murdering innocent ranchers. 59 year-old Rob Krentz, a long time rancher,  was gunned downed and murdered.

How many people must die? How many illegals must come across the border illegally before this country takes this issue seriously?

The brutal death of 59-year-old Rob Krentz, a long time rancher, is leaving the ranching community in shock and very upset.

The Cochise County Sheriffs office, friends and family did everything they could to find Rob Saturday.

“We launched our search and rescue team and their were a lot of people looking for Robert,” said Sheriff Larry Dever.

But it was too late, and now Krentz’s neighbors and friends say they want answers.

“We lost a dear friend we lost a dear neighbor but even more tragically than that, I believe our country has lost today. It’s one life,” said Tammy Smith.

Local ranchers say they had a feeling something like this would eventually happen. So now they are asking for a change when it comes to ranchers safety.

Cochise County rancher Rob Krentz was shot and killed on his ranch some time Saturday, presumably by a drug smuggler. The death, which is being investigated as a homicide, occurred in the San Bernardino Valley, part of the Malpais region. The event has rocked the towns of Douglas and Portal, and the ranches in between, both of which have been under siege by cross-border smugglers for years.

Just in case there were any doubts who killed Robert Krentz. According to the Arizona Republic, foot prints lead back into Mexico.

Krentz apparently came upon one person when he was shot and his dog was wounded, detectives said.

While Krentz was still in his vehicle, mortally wounded, he managed to drive the ATV away from the scene at a high rate of speed before becoming unconscious, investigators said.

Foot tracks were identified and followed approximately 20 miles south to the Mexico border by sheriff’s deputies, U.S. Border Patrol trackers and Department of Corrections dog chase teams, authorities said.

I can’t wait for President Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrats to come back from their Easter recess and push amnesty for illegals.

Out of curiosity, exactly how are we protecting our southern borders for Homeland Security? This is a travesty and a dereliction of our federal government in not protecting “We the People”.

12 Year Old Kayleah Wilson Missing Since 3/28/10 in Greeley, CO

12 year old Kayleah Wilson has been missing since Sunday, March 28, 2010 in Greely, CO.  She was last seen when she left her home Sunday afternoon to go to her friend’s birthday party when she disappeared.  Kayleah Wilson never arrived at the party.

Kayleah Wilson left her Greeley home Sunday afternoon to go to her friend’s birthday party. Kayleah did not show up to the pick-up location and hasn’t been seen since.

“We don’t know what could have happened. We’ve talked to her friends at school and we’ve been sending out fliers. Nobody’s seen her,” her mother April Wilson told the Greeley Tribune.

Greeley authorities have not said at this point that the 12-year-old girl has been abducted.

“At this point there has been no information or evidence developed to indicate she would run away. There is also no evidence of foul play,” Greeley police spokesman Sgt. Joe Tymkowych told the Greeley Tribune.

Kayleah Wilson Desription:

The middle school student is 5-foot-1, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities say Kayleah has asthma and was believed to be carrying an inhaler. She doesn’t have a cell phone.

UPDATE I: FBI Involved In Search For Missing Greeley Girl

The police spokesperson said while more than 20 officers and investigators, as well as FBI agents, are looking for Kayleah, this search doesn’t qualify for an AMBER Alert through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.

“The criteria is pretty specific: needs to be a child that has been abducted and is in immediate danger of serious bodily injury or death. We can’t prove or even point to any of that at this time,” said Sgt. Joe Tymkowich, spokesperson for Greeley police. “At this point all we know is she’s disappeared.”

Iran Nuclear Scientist Shahram Amiri Defects to US

Breaking News, or is it …

Win one for the good guys.  Missing Shahram Amiri, an Iranian nuclear scientists, disappeared last June in Saudi Arabia has been found to know by the CIA’s new best friend. According to an ABC Exclusive, has Shahram Amiri defected to the CIA and been resettled in the United States.

An award-winning Iranian nuclear scientist, who disappeared last year under mysterious circumstances, has defected to the CIA and been resettled in the United States, according to people briefed on the operation by intelligence officials.

The officials were said to have termed the defection of the scientist, Shahram Amiri, “an intelligence coup” in the continuing CIA operation to spy on and undermine Iran’s nuclear program.

A spokesperson for the CIA declined to comment. In its declassified annual report to Congress, the CIA said, “Iran is keeping open the option to develop nuclear weapons though we do not know whether Tehran eventually will decide to produce nuclear weapons.”

Although the news is great that we have a defector and the CIA should be congratulated for their fine work, is this news really an Exclusive, and is it really news? Hot Air seems to think the timing is rather coincidental.Why is ABC News doing Nancy Grace-like bombshell reporting of news when the UK Daily Telegraph reported the news four months ago?

FLIP FLOP? Obama to Open Areas Up to Offshore Drilling

DRILL BABY DRILL … MORE DOUBLE TALK FROM A DESPERATE PRESIDENT.

President Barack Hussein Obama now says, DRILL, BABY, DRILL. President Obama to open up areas to offshore drilling? Well, not really. However, why are we all waiting for the other show to drop and the details of this political ruse.

Interestingly enough, these were hardly the words of energy independence that Obama used during the Presidential campaign.

The official says that “To set America on a path to energy independence, the President believes we must leverage our diverse domestic resources by pursuing a comprehensive energy strategy.”

In June 2008, then-Sen. Obama told reporters in Jacksonville, Florida, “when I’m president, I intend to keep in place the moratorium here in Florida and around the country that prevents oil companies from drilling off Florida’s coasts. That’s how we can protect our coastline and still make the investments that will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and bring down gas prices for good.”

Hmm, didn’t candidate Barack Obama say that McCain’s plan of drilling offshore would not lower gas prices and make us energy independent?

At the 1:10 mark of the Video Obama says,” … but what wouldn’t do a thing is John McCain’s new proposals  to open up Florida’s coast line to offshore drilling”

What might be even more comical or typical these days as we have come to know that the words that come from Obama’s mouth mean nothing is The One criticizing McCain for his change of position on offshore drilling. Gee Obama, what say you? He also stated that when he would be President, he would maintain the moratorium of drilling. Hmm.

The Obama administration is proposing to open vast expanses of water along the Atlantic coastline, the eastern Gulf of Mexico and the north coast of Alaska to oil and natural gas drilling, much of it for the first time, officials said Tuesday.

The proposal — a compromise that will please oil companies and domestic drilling advocates but anger some residents of affected states and many environmental organizations — would end a longstanding moratorium on oil exploration along the East Coast from the northern tip of Delaware to the central coast of Florida, covering 167 million acres of ocean.

Under the plan, the coastline from New Jersey northward would remain closed to all oil and gas activity. So would the Pacific Coast, from Mexico to the Canadian border.

Bipartisanship? Doubtful, more political game playing. Wonder what the GREENERS at the Huffington Post think about this one from The One? Hey but don’t worry about it, just like with Obamacare … it’s not political.

UPDATE I: Republican House Minority Leader Boehner rebukes Obama offshore drilling plan

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) dismissed the president’s plan as not going far enough in opening up U.S. waters for exploration.

Obama’s decision “continues to defy the will of the American people,” Boehner said in a statement, pointing to the president’s decision to open Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico waters, while leaving Pacific and many Alaskan waters largely closed to exploration.

Obama’s Claims that Obamacare Covers Preexisting Conditions for Children … Um, It Doesn’t

So much for all children being covered by insurance carriers with pre-existing conditions. The wonders of Obamacare. Aren’t we always told to read the fine print? In the case of Obamacare, maybe the Congress should have read the bill.

Remember when President Obama proclaimed that his Obamacare law would immediately cover preexisting conditions for children and they could not be denied by insurance carriers? Um, he lied.

Remember when Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi stated the we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it? I guess we are finding a thing or two.  After nearly 3000 pages of an Obamacare bill and countless claims and assertions in speech after speech by Obama, the Affordable Care Act does not immediately mandate that insurers offer coverage to children with pre-existing conditions.

Ask your self the following question America … how can a health care bill that claimed as its center piece the coverage of pre-existing conditions be that vague, but yet it certainly si specific to the IRS agents needed to enforce Obamacare and the many taxes that will be thrust upon the American people.  This is what you get when no one reads and over-reaching bill.

From The New York Times comes the following:

To insurance companies, the language of the law is not so clear.

Insurers agree that if they provide insurance for a child, they must cover pre-existing conditions. But, they say, the law does not require them to write insurance for the child and it does not guarantee the “availability of coverage” for all until 2014.

William G. Schiffbauer, a lawyer whose clients include employers and insurance companies, said: “The fine print differs from the larger political message. If a company sells insurance, it will have to cover pre-existing conditions for children covered by the policy. But it does not have to sell to somebody with a pre-existing condition. And the insurer could increase premiums to cover the additional cost.”

Congressional Democrats were furious when they learned that some insurers disagreed with their interpretation of the law.

The Democrat Congress is irate by the recent turn of events and will look to demonize the health care insurance industry even more than they already have. However, who’s fault is this Congress? IT IS YOURS! How in 3000 pages of health care BS did you not specifically state what you had been claiming all along? It is not up to insurance carriers to do what they think you intend, it is up to the law makers to provide with CLARITY what the law should be.

“The concept that insurance companies would even seek to deny children coverage exemplifies why we fought for this reform,” said Representative Henry A. Waxman, Democrat of California and chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee.

Senator John D. Rockefeller IV, Democrat of West Virginia and chairman of the Senate commerce committee, said: “The ink has not yet dried on the health care reform bill, and already some deplorable health insurance companies are trying to duck away from covering children with pre-existing conditions. This is outrageous.”

Deplorable and outrageous Democrats? No, that is actually how people feel that a tyrannical government would dare its people, mandate under the treat of fines and imprisonment that they buy a specific product. That Sirs is outrageous.

This law is a colossal disaster from start to finish. This is what happens when you ram a bill through for a President’s historic legacy and do not care about the people who the reform was supposed to help.

Bad Medicine for Democrats …”We the People” of Florida Say No to Obamacare

More bad news for Democrats … one week later and the people hate it even more.

We were told by President Barack Hussein Obama that he and the Democrats passed Obamacare for We the People. We were then told that once the bill was passed, we the peasants would learn to like the sweeping government take over of health care.

Exactly, what party about the word “NO” does President Obama, Speaker Pelosi, Majority leader Reid and the rest of the Democrats not get? NO MEANS NO!

In a recent Mason-Dixon Polling & Research poll in FL taken after the Obamacare bill was signed into law, 54% are now against this health care reform take over, while only 34% support the new law.

Florida voters dislike the new healthcare law so much that President Barack Obama and the state’s top Democrat, U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson, are paying a hefty political price, according to a new survey and analysis by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research.

Only 34 percent of Florida voters support the new law while 54 percent are against it, according to the poll. Opposition is significantly strong among two crucial blocs: those older than 65 and voters with no party affiliation. Seniors disfavor the bill by a 65-25 percent margin, while independents oppose the law 62-34.

The poll, conducted last week, is the first to be taken in Florida since Obama signed the healthcare reform bill into law.

The polls in FL are even more opposed than the national average.

But wait Florida, we were told that the passage of the Obama health care bill was done for you and after they cram it down your thraot and you choke on it a while, you will learn to like it. A note to Obama, Pelosi, Reid et all, I do not think that the Sunshine state got your memo or believe your spin.

Obama is not on the ballot so-to-speak this Fall election; however, he might as well be. The FL US Senate Republican primary between Rubio and Crist is a referandum on Gov. Crists’ close ties and support of Obama’s $787 stimulus package.  Which can explain why Rubio has a 22% lead. Seriously, how bad off are you as a Republican candidate when you are being linked to Barack Obama?

How does this bode for Obama and Democrats in Florida? Democrat Senator Bill Nelson is up for reelection in 2012 along with Barack Obama. The key swing state of Florida would appear to be swinging to the side of the GOP. Nelson’s popularity has fallen 18 points since his re-election in 2006, dropping to 36% overall.

Because Florida is such a crucial swing state with so many seniors, Nelson’s troubles are a shot across the bow for Democrats everywhere, Coker said. The poll shows Nelson would lose to Republicans in theoretical match-ups against former Gov. Jeb Bush, Gov. Charlie Crist and his current Senate opponent Marco Rubio.

“If Bill Nelson’s getting hurt by this, you can imagine what damage there is to other Democrats across the country,” Coker said.

Thus, what does not get handled in the 2010 midterm elections by the voters will be carried over until 2012. If Democrats think the voters will forget the treachery they have done, they are sorely mistaken.

But as Democrats spin, the health care debate will help the Donkey Party in 2010. Sure it will.
