I am wondering what are the requirements as far as personal life searches are made when a person is employed at UAHuntsville.?? This looks like a police and criminal justice system cover up to me. I hope the Alabama authorities will diligently persue this matter and if the former D.A covered this up, then he needs to be charged with a crime. In 1986 this woman would have been 18 years old. Anyone who allows a beginner to attempt to unload a shotgun in a dwelling is asking for trouble. I don't believe the story for a minute. This girl was angry and decided to shoot her brother just as she did at the faculty meeting twenty-four years later. This is an absolute failure of the criminal justice system in the state of MA.
