Election, Not a Coronation … All Polls Breaking for Republican Scott Brown over Coakley in Mass Senate Race

Do You Believe in Miracles …

One day before the special Senate election in Massachusetts and all polls appear to be breaking for Republican Scott Brown. Tomorrow’s Mass. election could be a historic day if the polls hold true to form. The Democrats are about to learn a real civics lesson in what  the special Senate race for Ted Kennedy’s old seat was supposed to be …   “It’s an election, not a coronation.”

Coakley was “mailing it in” on the senatorial campaign trail, the official said, relating how in his own election, he had gone door-to-door “seven days a week” soliciting votes. After winning the Dec. 8 Democratic primary, however, Coakley seemed to shift into neutral, expecting to coast easily to victory in the general election. She even took a six-day vacation from campaigning in December.

“I’ve never seen a worse campaign for a Democrat,” said Barnicle, a liberal who is a regular commentator on MSNBC. “It’s an election, not a coronation.”

Coakley’s aloof personality, disastrous gaffes and strategic miscalculations may become a convenient explanation if, as many Massachusetts political observers now expect, the Democrat loses Tuesday. If her defeat can be explained in strictly tactical terms — a bad campaign by a clueless candidate …

“We the People” in one of the most liberal and “Blue” states in the US might just be telling Obama and Democrats what they think of Obamacare and the path of his administration. As the WSJ wrote … “The backlash is coming, the backlash is coming!”

The most recent polling data looks disastrous  for Martha Coakley, Obama and the Democrat Party.Three polls came out and all have Scott Brown with big leads (American Research Group, Insider Advantage and MyFox Boston News poll). It truley does appear that the wheels have come of the Coakley wagon and her campaign is in free fall.

Its Always Marcia, Marcia, Marcia … Oops … Martha Coakley’s Campaign Wheels Have Come Off … Polls all in Favor of Brown

It’s always MARCIA, MARCIA, MARCIA …

marsha_marsha_marsha

Today Martha Coakley must feel like Jan Brady of the Brady Bunch fame as yesterday during a rally for the embattled Massachusetts Democrat Senate, Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) referred to her as “Marcia” Coakley. When he was not blaming GWB for Coakley’s problem in the polls, Patrick Kennedy was calling Martha Coakley … Marcia Coakley.

Martin Luther King, Jr … MLK Day … “I Have a Dream”

On this day and every day for that matter, let every one needs  to remember and reflect on the words of the slain Civil Rights activists, “… where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” People of all colors need to take a good look at these words and find and inner peace and interpretation to what Martin Luther King, Jr intended.

And so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today!

The dream is much more than a political take over of healthcare. Do not ever confuse the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights movement to a political take over of health care … you do nothing but cheapen Civil Rights and what Marting Luther King Jr. lived and died for.

MA Senate Race:Public Policy Poll Has Brown Up by 5% Points Over Coakley

WOW!!! COULD THIS REALLY BECOME A REALITY!!!

The most recent Public Policy Polling’sfinal survey shows that Republican Scott Brown is up 51% to 46% over Democrat Martha Coakley. The shift of Independents to Brown has become glaring. As Brown captures more and more of the Indies, it is showing that Brown represents the candidate of “uniting” rather than politics as usual in Washington, DC. After all, Brown is looking to win the  Massachusetts “Peoples” seat.

Scott Brown leads Martha Coakley 51-46 in our final Massachusetts Senate poll, an advantage that is within the margin of error for the poll.

Over the last week Brown has continued his dominance with independents and increased his ability to win over Obama voters as Coakley’s favorability numbers have declined into negative territory. At the same time Democratic leaning voters have started to take more interest in the election, a trend that if it continues in the final 36 hours of the campaign could put her over the finish line.

The following are some truly striking numbers from the PPP via the Politico:

-Brown is up 64-32 with independents and is winning 20% of the vote from people who supported Barack Obama in 2008while Coakley is getting just 4% of the McCain vote.

-Those planning to turn out continue to be skeptical of the Democratic health care plan, saying they oppose it by a 48/40 margin.

Weasel Zippers could not have stated it any better … Hope & Change in Massachusetts.

Seattle Parks Will Soon Have the Following Rules: No spitting, No smoking, No sex.

The list of rules may soon grow as what you will not be allowed to do in Seatle parks. The new no-no’s will include no, spitting, no smoking and no sex. However, not necessarily in that order.

What’s next, no running, bike riding and kite flying?

MASS Senate Candidate May Get Endorsement from Joe Lieberman … Brown Ahead in Coakley Internal Poll … Obama to Massachusetts

RUT-ROH!!! Martha Coakley in a real fix in Massachusetts …

Make no mistake about it, there is no way that any political pundit can spin the fact that Republican Scott Brown’s support is a repudiation of Barack Obama’s policies.

Whether there is a “Joementum” Lieberman endorsement or not, the fact of the matter is that the Democrat Party and Barack Obama are in full panic mode with the special election Massachusetts Senate race. According to Steve Kornacki, Martha Coakley’s internal poll for Friday night showed Republican Scott Brown leading by two points, 47 to 45 percent.

I’ve been told reliably that Martha Coakley’s internal poll for Friday night showed Republican Scott Brown leading by two points, 47 to 45 percent. Her campaign’s three-night average for Friday, Thursday and Wednesday is the same — a 47 to 45 lead for Brown.

This is, obviously, not great news for the Democratic nominee. But it does suggest that Brown’s momentum — which took him from a double-digit gap to the lead in Coakley’s poll in about a week’s time — has been arrested. On Wednesday night, Coakley’s poll put her ahead by two, 46 to 44. On Thursday night, Brown surged ahead by three, 48 to 45. And on Friday, it was back to a two-point race. In other words, a nail-biter on Tuesday looks likely.

Making matters even worse for Coakley is that these polls were most lkely taken prior to the Curt Schilling gaffe that he was a Yankee fan.

2010 California Senate Race: Even Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer Losing Ground to Republicans Fiorina, DeVore & Campbell

It would appear that not even incumbent California Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer is not immune from the slide in popularity and favorability in the polls. Even in a liberal state like CA, Boxer finds herself in a Senate fight. However, it does not appear that health care is the issue with California voters, it is the economy.  55% of California voters rate the U.S. economy as poor, while just seven percent (7%) think it’s good or excellent.

California Senator Barbara Boxer is now the latest Democratic incumbent to find herself in a tightening race for reelection.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely California voters finds Boxer with narrow leads over her three leading Republican challengers, including newcomer Tom Campbell.

No matter whether the issue is Obamacare, the economy, unemployment, etc … all are issues that President Barack Obama has polled poorly and the American electorate believes he has done a bad job on all of these issues. It appears that Senators and House Reps will feel the brunt of Obama’s liberal agenda come 2010.

This Women is an IDIOT! Martha Coakley Says Boston Red Sox Great Curt Schilling is a YANKEE FAN!

OK MASSACHUTTS … THIS MARTHA COAKLY GAFFE IS INDEFENSIBLE! SCHILLING A YANKEE FAN!!!

Democrat Senate candidate Martha  Coakley said Red Sox great Curt Schilling was a Yankee fan. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!

How could anyone not know that Curt Schilling of the famous bloody sock and the come back of all come backs against the NY Yankees before winning the World Series for the first time in a century actually think and say that Schilling is a Yankee Fan? How pathetically uniformed must one truly be? And Democrats and the MSM had the audacity to call Sarah Palin uninformed?

How out of touch with Boston and the state of Massachusetts could one possibly be? As The Gateway Pundit stated, she must be going after the sympathy vote as her campaign is pathetic.

US Rep Barney Frank D-Mass: “If Scott Brown Wins, It’ll Kill the Health Bill”

It could be the shot heard round the world … AGAIN from Massachusetts!

If there was ever a reason to get out and vote for Scott Brown in the special Senate election in Massachusetts to fill the seat held by the late Ted Kennedy, one needs to look no further than the following comments from Massachusetts US Rep Democrat barney Franks … “If Scott Brown Wins, It’ll Kill the Health Bill.”

Really! If that’s the case, VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN!

By the way, if you want to shock the world and send a clear message to Democrats and Barack Obama who continue to ram government run health care down the throats of Americans and make back room, non-transparent deals with Democrat Senators, Unions and all Obama cronies … go to Scott Brown for US Senate, sign up to volunteer or donate some money.

Rudy Giuliani campaigns with Scott Brown in the North End of Boston

As Barney Frank stated, “If Scott Brown Wins, It’ll Kill the Health Bill.”

You, “We the People” can make this happen. Let’s have Massachusetts fire another shot heard round the world and the start of a new revolution!

Rudy Giuliani came to the North End of Boston, MA to campaign for upstart Scott Brown. Rudy’s comments toward Democrat Coakley were none to flattering … but spot on.
