Obama’s Polling Headaches Continue, Gallup Has Job Approval at 47% Approve & Disapprove
What a week this has been for Barack Hussein Obama.
Barack Obama’s not so excellent adventure continues. As per the most recent Gallup Daily Presidential Job Approval poll, Obama has a 47% approval and disapproval rating. This is the first time that The One has had just as many people disapproving of his job as President as opposed to approving in the Gallup Poll. Less than one year ago in February 2009 Obama had a 69% – 13% approval-disapproval rating.
My what a difference a year, socialist policies, lack of leadership and a failed health care policy makes. On the foot heals of the astonishing win by Republican Scott Brown in Massachusetts and the “NO” to Obamacare stated by the People of the Bay State, 61% of voters nationwide now say Congress should drop health care and focus on the economy.

Hope & Change … Using the Homeless to Produce Electricity in Detroit at Green Gym
Hope & Change? Didn’t we already see this on old TV re-runs of Gilligan’s Island? Remember when the professor used Gilligan on a bike to power the radio and washing machine.

Wow, who knew this is what Obama’s Hope & Change meant and the advent of green jobs. From The Gateway Pundit … Green Gyms for the Homeless.
As the Blogprof points out, unpaid homeless labor will essentially be used to power part of the building, for their own good of course. Hmm, unpaid for producing electricity?

The Aniti Business President … 77% of US Investors Believe Obama is Anti-Business
Welcome to the anti-business President and ultimately the reason why the US continues to lose jobs and we have a 10% unemployment rate.
Anyone surprised that Obama is looked upon as anti-business? Barack Obama spooked the market Thursday, after asking Congress for limits on how large big banks can be and to end some of the risky trading large financial companies.

President Barack Obama has recently hit new poll lows in dealing with the economy. Americans by a 56% to 40% margin disapprove on how Obama has handled the economy.
Does it really come as a shock to any one that the US business investors think that President Barack Obama is anti-business? 77% of US business investor respondents believe Obama is too anti-business and four out of five are only somewhat confident or not confident of his ability to handle a financial emergency. Of course the first question is, only 77% of investors think Obama is anti-business? I would have thought much more than that.
U.S. investors overwhelmingly see President Barack Obama as anti-business and question his ability to manage a financial crisis, according to a Bloomberg survey.

Barack Obama Gets Schooled on War on Terrorism, Detain Indefinitely 50 Inmates Currently Held at GITMO
Yes, Barack Obama … there really is a War on Terror.
The education of this naive President continues as Barack Hussein Obama’s decision to indefinitely detain terrorist inmates at GITMO looks an awful lost like the policies of GWB who he railed on in the 2008 Presidential election.
Once again we are presented with an inconsistent and flip-flopping message from Barack Obama. Suddenly Obama realizes that terrorists are evil people who should not be released or prosecuted, but instead permanently detained. What an epiphany from The One.
My what a difference there is between the rhetoric of campaign promises to the LEFT as compared to the reality and seriousness of the office of the President of the United States.

As Thousands Remain Missing in Haiti Including Many Americans (Lynn University Students) … Haiti Calls off Search & Rescue, Now only Search & Recovery
Haiti announces they will stop looking for the missing … Many Americans still unaccounted for in Haiti.
A little more than a week after the catastrophic 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Haiti, the Haitian government has called off the search and rescue phase of the earthquake relief effort. Much to the sadness and horror of families hoping beyond hope that their loved ones will be found alive underneath the rubble, they hear today that search efforts to find people alive have been stopped. The curious part of this decision is that just yesterday two individuals were rescued from the rubble.

Four students from Lynn University, Stephanie Crispinelli, Courtney Hayes, Christine Gianacaci, and Britney Gengel, are all still missing in Haiti following last week’s devastating earthquake.
(Courtesy Lynn University)
Haiti’s government has ended the search and rescue phase of the quake relief effort after two people who spent 10 days buried under rubble were pulled out alive and the death toll soared to more than 110,000.
The United Nations said 132 people had been saved from debris but that “the government has declared the search and rescue phase over.
“There were 132 live rescues by international search and rescue teams,” the UN’s Organisation for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs added in its latest situation report on the relief effort. Related article:Aid brings relief for some
An 84-year-old woman and 22-year-old man defied the odds by being rescued from the rubble in Port-au-Prince on Friday.

Early 2012 Presidental PPP Poll has Mike Huckabee With Lead Over Obama, 45% -44%
2012 … No one has even announced and Obama finds himself behind. 2012 cannot come soon enough!
It is obviously way too early to be doing polling for the 2012 Presidential election; however, the present winds of change and political landscape have Barack Hussein Obama in a world of trouble. Although too early, PPP nailed the Scott Brown victory in the Massachusetts special Senate election that caused a political tsunami in Washington, DC and the death of Obamacare.
Public Policy Polling did a hypothetical 2012 Presidential poll and found that Mike Huckabee has a 45% to 44% advantage over President Barack Obama.
Mike Huckabee has a 45-44 advantage over Obama, aided largely by a 44-38 lead with independents. There continues to be no evidence of any negative fallout for Huckabee after murders of police officers committed by an ex-Arkansas inmate whose sentence he had commuted. His 35/29 favorability breakdown is actually slightly better than it was in November before that incident.

Missouri Senate 2010 Election: Roy Blunt (R) 49%, Robin Carnahan (D) 43%
The Missouri Senate race represents yet another political race that is turning toward the Republican in the wake of the recent Massachusetts Scott Brown victory. The pendulum is swinging Republican in a big way.
In the most recent Rasmussen poll, Republican Roy Blount now leads Democrat Incumbent Robin Carnahan, 49% to 43%. Just last month Carnahan held a two point lead at 46% to 44%. An 8% point shift in just one month. Can you say thank you Barack Obama and Obamacare.
Republican Roy Blunt now holds a six-point lead over Democrat Robin Carnahan in Missouri’s race for the U.S. Senate.
A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely voters in the state finds Blunt ahead of Carnahan 49% to 43%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.
Could Missouri be the next Senate seat to fall for Democrats as it appears Independents are breaking for the Republican Blount.
Once again we see another state, the “Show Me” state, in direct opposition to Obamacare tanking for the Democrat Senator. Only 37% of Missouri voters favor the health care plan proposed by President Obama and congressional Democrats, while 62% oppose it. That is very close, actually even worse, than the national average of support of Obamacare where 56% oppose while only 38% are in favor.
Where Obamacare crashes and burns and is never passed or is rammed through Congress in some sneaky and politically suicidal manner by Democrats, the point is moot. Democrats are going to have an impossible situation trying to separate themselves from Obamacare come the November midterm elections. They were for it every inch of the way and refused to listen to the will of the people.
The only thing that caused them to pause and get their attention was the “Shot heard Around the World in Massachusetts when Scot Brown did the impossible and won as a Republican in the Bay State and took Ted Kennedy’s former US Senate seat. It was the continuation of the political revolution of “We the People” as Scott Brown won “The People’s Seat.”

Shocker, Not … AIR AMERICA Goes Belly Up Again … Lib Radio is Bankrupt
AIR AMERICA is going silent … from Air American.com.
Add some more jobs to one’s that Barack Onama did not create or save list.
AAR files bankruptcy. My this has been a good week, Scott Brown wins the Massachusetts Senate election, Obamacare all be DOA and … As Another Black Conservative says, the good news keeps on coming.
Unlike Michelle Malkin who is more shocked that Air America has lasted as long as it has on fumes, I am more shocked that we have not heard of an Obama stimulus package targeted for the failed liberal talk radio station.
It is with the greatest regret, on behalf of our Board, that we must announce that Air America Media is ceasing its live programming operations as of this afternoon, and that the Company will file soon under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code to carry out an orderly winding-down of the business.
The very difficult economic environment has had a significant impact on Air America’s business. This past year has seen a “perfect storm” in the media industry generally. National and local advertising revenues have fallen drastically, causing many media companies nationwide to fold or seek bankruptcy protection. From large to small, recent bankruptcies like Citadel Broadcasting and closures like that of the industry’s long-time trade publication Radio and Records have signaled that these are very difficult and rapidly changing times.
Those companies that remain are facing audience fragmentation as a result of new media technologies, are often saddled with crushing debt, and have generally found it difficult to obtain operating or investment capital from traditional sources of funding. In this climate, our painstaking search for new investors has come close several times right up into this week, but ultimately fell short of success.

Hey Arlen Specter … Ain’t No Way to Treat a Lady: Specter (D-PA) Tells Bachmann (R-MN) “To Act Like a Lady”
Arlen Specter … ISSUES, ISSUES, ISSUES!!!
WOW, you have to listen to the audio of this in order to grasp the full venom, condemnation, contempt and disregard by Specter toward Bachmann.

Hmm, this might have cost me the woman vote
Hey Arlen, didn’t your mother ever teach you have to treat and respect women? I guess not … that ain’t no way to treat a lady. This interview got ugly fast and showed a side of PA Senator Arlen Specter that many woman will remember come the November midterm elections in 2010.
The confrontation took place on 1210 AM’s Dom Giordano Show where Arlen Specter acted like a misogynous pig in his comments to Minnesota US Representative Michele Bachmann.
When Specter tried to counter, Bachmann, darling of the Tea Party movement, kept on talking, which didn’t sit well with the one-time Philadelphia DA, who is a stickler for politeness and protocol.
“I’m going to treat you like a lady,” Mr. Specter shot back. “Now act like one.”
Ms. Bachmann replied, “I am a lady.”…
Listen to the audio link at Real Clear Politics.
Democrat Arlen Specter was already trailing in one of the most recent polls in the PA Senate race to Pat Toomay prior to this male chauvinist melt down by 9% points. If Specter loses the Independent woman vote, hell the woman vote in general after this disgusting display, he is toast.
More from Michelle Malkin and Specter’s issues with Conservative woman from the turncoat Specter’s melt down.
Specter later went after Bachmann for saying she voted for “prosperity.”
“She said ‘I voted for prosperity,’” Specter said. “Well prosperity wasn’t a bill.”
“Well why don’t we make it a bill?” Bachmann responded.
“Now wait a minute, don’t interrupt me,” he said. “I didn’t interrupt you. Act like a lady.”
As Hot Air points out, could you imagine if the words out of Specter’s mouth were from a Republican man? NOW would be demanding his resignation. The feminists would be calling for his head. But because he is a Democrat, all is well.

Pennsylvania Senate Election 2010: Pat Toomey (R) Leads Arlen Specter (D) & Joe Sestak D)
Pennsylvania, a very good prospect of a US Senate pick up for Republicans in 2010.
Pennsylvania, the Key Stone State might just be that for Republicans in the 2010 midterm elections. According to the most recent Rasmussen poll, Republican Pat Toomey leads Democrat incumbent Senator Arlen Specter 49% to 40%. Toomay also leads Democrat Joe Sestak 43% to 35; however, Sestak trails Specter badly in the Democrat primary.
Republican Pat Toomey now leads incumbent Senator Arlen Specter 49% to 40% in Pennsylvania’s race for the U.S. Senate. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Pennsylvania voters also finds Toomey with a 43% to 35% lead over Democratic challenger Joe Sestak.
A month ago Toomey led Specter by four and Sestak by six.
