Not if you ask Karl Rove. In fact Rove might consider Barack Obama the worst President ever after their first year of office. Obama was touted as a “bridge to the future.” Obama was supposed to be “Hope & Change” and he campaigned on being a moderate, centrist who would reach across the aisle and change the business as usual atmosphere in Washington, DC.

After nearly one year in office, Obama has done none of it. Barack Obama has conducted himself as an extreme LEFT President, bordering on socialism. His ideology, agenda and polices have been soundly rejected by not only the opposition Republican party, but also the American people. Obama ran on the platform that he was not Bush, blame Bush and that he represented change from Bush. Obama cannot have his entire presidency based on “I am not Bush”, yet it appears it has got nothing else but socialism and liberal policies.

How could Obama think he should be given a B+ when in one short year he has taken a sky high approval rating and sunk not only his own job approval rating to record depths, but also created a complete reversal of fortune for the Democrat party?

Barack Obama made history when he was elected the first black President in US history. However, after one year in office Obama finds himself making history again. According to the latest USA Today/Gallup Poll, Barack Obama has won a place in history with the worst ratings of any president at the end of his first year: 49% approve and 46% disapprove of his job performance.

Al Gore has refused to answer questions or debate the fact and misrepresentations regarding global warming. Because Al says it’s true, it must be, right? The fact of the matter is that Gore is and has become a liability to the global warming cause.

An Inconvenient Lie

His comments are nothing short of made up folly. Much like him quoting a scientist that in 5 years that all the ice will be gone from the Arctic Circle when the scientist never made any such claim.

This has been the “Inconvenient Truth” for the global warming crowd since the onset. Far be it that the facts get in the way of reality.

However, what does the liberal MSM do? Make excuses and try and cover up the lies of Al Gore when The Goracle is actually confronted. This is why it is so important for people to question and there actually be an independent and non-partisan media reporting fact … not covering up for an agenda they believe in. The AP reports that the Goracle misspoke. Right.

The Gateway Pundit busts the AP lying for Al Gore in presenting a video of the Goracle himself telling a German audience last year (VIDEO) that “the entire North Polari(ized) cap will disappear in 5 years.” Gore did not misspeak, this is part of his actual presentation that is nothing short of a total lie. I guess he has continuously misspoke every time he gets paid to speak to a crowd on global warming?  As Sweetness & Light points out, Gore has been lying for years and the MSM has been covering for him the entire time.

It is about time “global warming” was questioned and a dissenting voice was heard. There is a reason why so many are now starting to question the science behind global warming and the players like Al Gore who are just getting rich while lying through their teeth.

Climate-gate has shed a whole new light on what many have questioned for years but were prevented from questioning. The exposed emails explain an awful lot and the extent that the global warming agendists would go to in order to prove a negative.

Once again we are presented with the arrogance of Washington politicians who think they are more important than we peasants. Every one else has to turn their cell phones off when the flight attendant tell you to do so. That is unless you are Democrat Senator Charles Schumer.

Imagine if you called a flight attendant the “B” word what would happen?

The Senator felt his conversation was too important than to follow FAA and US Air guidelines. After losing his argument with the flight attendant and turning off his cell phone, Chucky Schumer leaned over to fellow NY democrat Senator Gillibrand after she walked away and called the flight attendant the B-word.

Sen. Chuck Schumer loves the sound of his own voice, but it carried a bit farther than he might have liked on the US Airways shuttle from New York to Washington on Sunday.

According to a House Republican aide who happened to be seated nearby, the notoriously chatty New York Democrat referred to a flight attendant as a “bitch” after she ordered him to turn off his phone before takeoff.

Barack Obama, the Fearmongerer in Chief today warned the American people that unless his lapdog Democrats pass his Obamacare bill, the United States will go bankrupt. Obama in the ultimate hypocrisy uses scare tactics of his own, but it was just the other day that the Obamamessiah warmed Republicans to stop frightening the America people.

President Obama told ABC News’ Charles Gibson in an interview that if Congress does not pass health care legislation that will bring down costs, the federal government “will go bankrupt.”

The president laid out a dire scenario of what will happen if his health care reform effort fails.

Gibson Obama “If we don’t pass it, here’s the guarantee….your premiums will go up, your employers are going to load up more costs on you,” he said. “Potentially they’re going to drop your coverage, because they just can’t afford an increase of 25 percent, 30 percent in terms of the costs of providing health care to employees each and every year.”

How insane has this President’s rhetoric become? It has truly become Obama in Wonderland … The One claims that adding a $trillion to the deficit will prevent the country from going bankrupt. UNREAL!

As pointed out by the Gateway Pundit, it is the Obama administration that increased the national debt to $12 Trillion and he nearly doubled the unemployment rate since Bush was in charge with his failed Stimulus Plan.

Fewer Americans Worried about Global Warming … Then Why Cap & Trade … Can Al Gore Just Go Away

The blame man global warming crowd had their chance to BS America and it looks like their days are over. After all of Al Gore’s speeches, movies, book signings, outlandish and outrageous climate exaggerations and Oscars … according to a recent Zogby poll, fewer Americans than ever are concerned about climate change.

Could Climate-gate and the discovery of pro-global warming scientists seen manipulating data and discussing how to prevent dissenting opinions regarding global warming have some thing to do with this? Could the fact that scientists dumped the raw global warming data be a reason? Could the fact that more and more scientists are coming out against the claims of Al Gore and the blame man for global warming crowd? Could the fact that we have actually been in a cold spell be the answer?

In any case, as more and more Americans doubt that man is responsible for global warming … why then does Barack Obama and Democrats looks to pass Cap & Trade that will further destroy the US economy in a time when jobs and economic growth are needed?

Nearly half of Americans, or 49 percent, say they are only slightly or not at all concerned about climate change, while 35 percent are somewhat or highly concerned, the survey shows.

Dean says the time has come for Senate Democratic leaders to kill the current health care reform bill because it’s no longer worth supporting.

Dean is upset that the Democrats appear willing to weaken a public option provision in the bill in order to secure the vote of Independent Connecticut senator Joe Lieberman.

Howard Dean, former Democrat candidate for President, Democratic National Committee chairman and medical doctor says … “KILL THE BILL”.

“This is essentially the collapse of health care reform in the United States Senate,” Dean said. “Honestly, the best thing to do right now is kill the Senate bill, go back to the House, start the reconciliation process, where you only need 51 votes and it would be a much simpler bill.”

Lawmakers take scores of overseas trips each year to visit military bases, meet foreign officials, attend conferences and see how U.S. funds are spent. Ever since a corruption scandal in 2005 led to restrictions on privately funded travel, legislators have been taking more trips paid for by the government.

The cost they reported for such travel abroad was $13 million in 2008, a 70% jump from 2005, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of travel records. Lawmakers don’t have to report the cost of domestic travel when the government pays. The $13 million didn’t include the expense of flying on Air Force planes, which lawmakers don’t have to disclose.

ABC News/Washington Post Poll Has Barack Obama Down 6% Points in One Month

Barack Obama Down 6% points in most recent ABC News/Washington Post Poll. In every poll, the trend for Obama is downward with policies and with most every demographic.

Yet another poll has Obama sinking like a rock. This time it is the ABC News/Washington Post Poll that plainly shows the American discontent with Obama on issues of the economy, health care, out of control spending, federal deficits as far as the eye can see and no job creation even though the $787 billion stimulus package promised that unemployment would be kept at 8% instead of the present 10%.

There are further challenges. Obama’s approval rating among independents, the crucial center of national politics, is 43 percent, a new low and down from a peak of 67 percent in the heady days a month after he took office.

All of these things including a lack of prmised transparenct and bipartisanship has led to Obama’s job approval ratings to trend downward badly.

Fifty percent of Americans in this ABC News/Washington Post poll approve of the president’s work overall, down 6 points in the last month; nearly as many, 46 percent, now disapprove. On the economy, 52 percent disapprove, a majority for the first time. On the deficit, his worst score, 56 percent disapprove.

Connie Hedegaard, UN Climate Conference President Resigns

Another interesting incident has happened at the Climate, Global Warming Conference in Copenhagen, UN Climate Conference President Connie Hedegaard resigns.

The Danish president of the U.N. climate conference, Connie Hedegaard, has resigned and will be replaced by the Danish prime minister as head of the historic talks.

The change was announced Wednesday as the 193-nation conference enters into a higher phase of negotiations, with world leaders arriving.

U.N. climate chief Yvo de Boer says Hedegaard will continue to lead informal talks but Prime Minister Lars Loekke Rasmussen will now be the formal head of the conference.

They have called the resignation, procedural. Really? The Conference has been in disarray from the outset. With riots in the street, Climate-gate, skepticism on global warming and Al Gore outlandish climate claims … the Coppenhagen Conference has turned out to be the joke we all knew it was.
