Once again the Obamamessiah comes back from Europe with hat in hand. Barack Obama literally thought that he could show up at the last minute and perform a miracle.  We hate to break it to Obama, but you really are not a Messiah.

The “International” bloom has truly fallen off the rose. Barack Obama, the US President who every one deems an International Rock star, travels to Copenhagen to ride in like the all conquering hero to save the “global warming” day and instead it ends in complete abject failure.

PA Senate Race 2010: Quinnipiac Poll Claims Specter & Toomay Tied at 44%, But the Real Story is the Keystone State Against Obamacare

Make no mistake about it, the 2010 midterm elections will be a referendum on Barack Obama and his socialist agenda like Obamacare. What took GWB eight years to accomplish, Barack Hussein Obama has done in one year. Obama has become an albatross around the necks of  Democrats.

A recent Quinnipiac Poll states that incumbent Democrat Arlen Specter and Republican challenger Pat Toomay are deadlocked at 44%. The Senate race pits the well known Specter, Republican turned Democrat, versus the unknown Toomay.

However, the real story in the Key Stone state Pennsylvania may just be the albatross of Barack Obama and the opposition against Obamacare. Presently President Barack Obama’s job approval remains below 50 percent at 49 – 45 percent. Obama carried the swing state of PA in the 2008 Presidential election 55%-44% over McCain.

More importantly from the Quinnipiac Poll is the fact that Pennsylvania voters oppose Obamacare 56% to 37%. That is correct, a nearly 20% disapproval against Obama’s government take over of health care.

Florida Senate 2010 Election: Both Republicans Marco Rubio, Charlie Crist Lead Democrat Meek

Another Senate seat in 2010 that looks to be Republican.

In the 2010 battle for the Senate seat in Florida, both Republicans, Marco Rubio and Charlie Christ, lead Democrat Kendrick Meek. Rubio leads Meek 49% – 35%, while Christ leads Meek, 42% – 36%. The election is for the Senate seat presently held by a George LeMieux who was appointed following the retirement of Mel Martinez.

In any event it would appear that the Senate seat will go Republican.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in Florida finds former state House Speaker Marco Rubio leading Democrat Kendrick Meek 49% to 35%. Governor Charlie Crist leads Meek 42% to 36%.

The reason for the difference is that 79% of conservatives support Rubio but only 62% say Crist can count on their vote. Twenty-four percent (24%) of conservatives say they’d prefer either a third party option or are undecided. If Crist were to win the nomination, it is likely that many of those voters would end up supporting him over Meek.

In the Republican Senate primary in Florida, it appears that it is a dead heat between Governor Charlie Crist and former state House Speaker Marco Rubio. In the most recent Rasmussen poll, Christ and Rubio are tied at 43% each.

US President Barack Obama goes to the Copenhagen Climate conference and in a visibly angry tone, Obama used the same tired scare tactics with the global warming crowd as he has done with Obamacare back home. A frustrated Obama said, “The time for talk is over.” Actually Sir, with all the scandal surrounding Climate-gate … the talk and questioning has just begun. It is time for transparency

In the midst of Climate-gate, a recession back in the US, 10% unemployment and a US populace that considers climate control so far down the list of priorities, Obama once again goes against the will of the people who elected him. American’s want Obama to concentrate on other issues; however, Obama continues down this socialist path of redistribution of wealth, this time America’s month to other nations. Only 2% of Americans think that global warming is a pressing issue.

The truth of the matter is, Obama’s trip to Copenhagen on Air Force One and the carbon footprint he created is ten fold compared to any thing that will be accomplished at this farce of a meeting. Obama arrived at the global warming conference among falling snow, how appropriate.

A visibly angry Barack Obama threw down the gauntlet at China and other developing nations Friday, declaring that the time has come “not to talk but to act” on climate change.

Emerging from a multinational meeting boycotted by Chinese Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Obama warned delegates that U.S. offers of funding for poor nations would remain on the table “if and only if” developing nations, including China, agreed to international monitoring of their greenhouse gas emissions.

“I have to be honest, as the world watches us… I think our ability to take collective action is doubt and it hangs in the balance,” Obama told the COP-15 plenary session as hope for anything more than a vague political in agreement faded.

Obama went on to say, “It is not fiction, it’s science”. Actually Barack Hussein Obama with Climate-gate it looks like it might be science fiction.

From Russia With Love … More Manipulated Data for Climate-Gate … Only 34% Believe Global Warming Caused by Man

Is it possible that Climate-gate could get any worse? According to The UK Telegraph and Big Government.com, they answer is yes. Add a Russian bombshell to the Climate-gate scandal. In essence, the Russian IEA claims CRU tampered with climate data, cherrypicking the warmest stations. Yet another “Inconvenient Truth” for the global warming crowd. The question that needs to be asked at this point is, were any of the global warming data not fudged?

Of course we all know the real reason for global warming?

All this while Barack Obama heads to Copenhagen to address the conference. Once again Obama finds himself with some real bad timing and on the wrong side of history.

Settled science, eh? Hardly! How could anyone in good conscience not get to the bottom of this scandal before they commit billions to what looks like a scam.

The long and the short of it is best summarized by the Telegraph’s James Dellingpole: “What the Russians are suggesting here, in other words, is that the entire global temperature record used by the IPCC to inform world government policy is a crock.”

That is, we have yet further evidence that the data is being cooked to make the long-running claim of an increase in global temperatures, and now to diminish the apparent cooling of said temps. As the gang at EU referendum tout, “it is in Soviet Union that the CRU, NOAA, NASA show the greatest warming.”

The blame man for global warming crowd is losing support fast. Of course “Climate-gate” does not help and the exposing of emails that was manipulating data … but according to a recent Rasmussen poll, public skepticism about human activity causing global warming has reached an all-time high among Americans. Only 34% now believe man is the cause, while 50% believe global warming is a result of planatary trends.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 50% of likely voters now believe that global warming is caused primarily by long-term planetary trends.

Just 34% say climate change is due primarily to human activity, even as President Obama and other world leaders gather at a UN summit to limit the human activity they blame for global warming. Six percent (6%) say there is some other reason for global warming, and 10% are not sure.

Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry Dies From Motor Vehicle Injuries During Domestic Dispute, RIP … 911 Call

A tragic end to the tragic life of Chris Henry …

26 year old Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has died from injuries after he fell off the back of a truck during a domestic dispute with his fiancee. A sad ending to an individual who has had a troubled past.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said Henry died at 6:36 a.m. Thursday. Henry was 26.

Henry was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after being found on a residential road. Police said the dispute began at a home about a half-mile away, and Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his fiancee was driving away from the residence.

Police said at some point when she was driving, Henry “came out of the back of the vehicle.” They wouldn’t identify the woman, and no charges were immediately filed.

TMZ has the 911 call where the woman driving the truck told the 911 operator that Henry was beating on the back window of the truck.
