These companies will have the right to subject at-risk people to higher premiums that many will simply not be able to afford. This is a bonanza for insurance companies and their billions they have put in lobbying efforts( yeah, the lobbyists that Obama said were going away once he got elected) will see those investments bear fruit almost immediately.

a mandate without choice
no anti-trust
kick up premiums for at risk(pre-existing conditions)customers

…and if you don’t get their insurance a fine, jail and a criminal record is yours.

I do not hear enough talking heads on TV discussing any reasonable abilty to undo this damage after the 2010 elections. By that time it would appear this mess will be entrenched, as well no congress types are in the habit of giving up control. Control of anything. Besides, can the republicans themselves get to the 60 mark…albeit to late.

Also, I hear so little from sound advisors of real possibilties of law suits, constitutional challenges, and legal binding wrong doing charges. Which might delay implimentation of this congressional treason on America, until a new congress is fielded.

In general, mostly it seems the public accepts this sex we got, and just waits for the next election. Seems unacceptable. Opting for the second line of the sorenity prayer: “courage to change the things I can”.

Does anybody really think that anything will change 2012? The Dems aren’t that dumb I’m sure they have a trick up their sleeve. This healthcare bill won’t even go into effect until after ’12. They will be handing out stimulas money for votes and their following will be none the wiser.

So go ahead sheeple, take from the trough and get that student loan so you can get that entry level position and buy your starter home on a loan you can bearly afford. That’s okay because there will be plenty of loans for a car and a couple of toys and credit will be ready for you to buy clothes and food and the gov’t will provide just enough healthcare to keep you alive during your productive years and you won’t have to shell out a penny because it will already have been taken from your paycheck.

So enjoy your life and don’t worry about saving for retirement. No really don’t worry, it’s all taken care of for you.
