This is why you do not elect a community organizer President. I will take a Cowboy any day of the week.

However, I think the GWB made some major mistakes as President, especially laying the ground work for these bail outs of Obama. I never agreed with W’s amnesty or illegals.

However, Obama has been an abject failure and embarassment as a President. He is now actually losing his own party because his leadership and promises to them are non-exisistant.

Obama will go down as an even worse President than Carter; however, when we call him that, we will be branded a racist.

Remember when they used to say that W was one way and would not alter his opinion. Oh, what exactly do you call Obama and socialized medicine where the polls are between 20% and 25% against Obamacare. Yet, these liberals ram it down our throats in a last ditch effort before they lose all power as if they were suicide bombers.

I would rather have Bush, though rather yet have one and congress to defend our freedom and not so heavy on those who do the right things? Where right is admired, and wrong might refuse to study and beer party at the dance floor.

Fundamentally our society has gotten a desease at the elementary school through college roots…where librals indoctrinate.

I fail to hear a fearless hoard of would be and are congress people foretelling of how they will reverse the laws and skining’s of the present terrorist adminsitration and cohoots. Certainly not in a way they plan to take ‘the seat’, not necessarily to pass law, but to defend our document, preserving freedom…(laughing) returning the money.

Or this too: To restore pride and appreciation to those who hold or start a business…working employees, paying fair taxes. Without the loom of treats — we are coming after your money; we are turning public opinion against you; the EPA will ruin you; we the government may unfairly aid your compitition; we will dilute your earned value in every way.

Ok.
So instead of giving your personal information to the government, which has tough regulations on data privacy and has all your data anyway, if you are tax payer, you want to give your data to an insurance company, that might even sell your health records or leak em through stupidity to the company you are applying for a job at.

There is no reason in your reasoning.

And when you sue them, they just laugh, because they have a herd of very experienced lawyers, who will handle you in their spare time, between a few care denial cases, and the chance of anyone actually finding any proof will be minuscule.
And if you want to switch to a new insurance provider that might have “heard” that you went so far as to sue their collegues, I wish you a lot of luck.

The government health care must insure you, no matter what. You can actually sue the guy that humped you.

Of course this example is hyperbolic, but it seems to be in good company.

i don’t need the government (especially the present cartel) involved in any part of my personal business.
this government is not to be trusted seeing that a good portion of it is staffed with common crooks. they have a lot of nerve to try to take our tax maoney and privacy when they have evaded paying taxes and even convivted criminals allowed into the white house.go figure !

There were below 20%, one fifth, liberals participating in this poll.
It can also been seen in the numbers under
“Who did you vote for President last year?”
that he hasn’t lost much in the sample population.
Recognising that, as many people who didn’t vote for him oppose him now. That is not much of a surprise, considering the pace he’s going and the fundamental changes he is introducing.

It rather surprises me, that with only 20% liberals the numbers are so good. Obviously things are not as black and white as they sometimes seem.

The one number that is troublesome is, that 90% of those who oppose the health care plan oppose it because the government is running it.

Why have Americans such problems with government involvement? It might be a bit slow, bureaucratic and mistrusted. I watched JAG and 24.
But it also has the right set of motivations in this case:
To get you healthy.
In contrast to
Empty your pockets.

All developed Democracies have it now, and it works. Why be scared?
