Daily Commentary – Tuesday, December 1st, 2009 – Person of Interest Identified in Police Shootings – Maurice Clemmons

  • The big question here is, what in the world is this guy doing on the street – regardless of whether he did it?

Assault on a police officer and rape on a child and he was bailed out of jail? What in God’s name is this man out roaming the street? What is wrong with our legal system?

Hear the words of a fellow brothers in arm police office, Dana Pretzer, vent his anger and disbelief that this piece of garbage was out roaming the street with a criminal past like this.

This case should be reason enough for the judge who granted bail to be removed from the bench and charged with crimes against the people. His punishment should be to serve the sentence that Clemmons would have been given.
