We, as a nation, tried, convicted and killed an individual that never had a trial.

The media coverage made sure that we were uninformed and biased and that quickly turned our nation into flea-infested, vicious and rabid dogs in just a matter of hours.

He (Clemmons may have or may have not been the shooter becuase he was never given a trial to find him guilty.) I hear your growls! (Now, Now be open minded about “YOUR RIGHTS”, “Due Process”, “Trial by Jury”, Your Constitutional Rights are being violated and we cheer as a nation while they are being taken from us.

This shall bring down our nation — Godlessness without regard for spiritual or moral law. (More groans are being heard under your breath.)

He has 7 gunshot wounds and shows signs of being dragged and beaten. (4 in the back)(I bet you are cheering right now!)

The officer that was said to have shot Clemmons stated he shot CLEMMONS two times, and he was the ONLY officer on the scene. Wow and I guess the bullets kept entering and exiting CLEMMONS body on their own after that. Hummmmmm!!!???? Very Intetesting!

This may make you happy but it shouldn’t, because it shows that constitutional rights were violated on both sides. But Wait!! The Police are to “Protect and Serve” not sekk out and become Judge, Jury and Executioner”

Let’s hope that the police don’t point a guilty finger at you and you become so scared that you run and they hunt you down and EXECUTE you without DUE PROCESS of the law.

My job is not to judge and make up may own laws, it is to stand for morall injustice and abuse of power, for this is how the authorities will strip us of ALL out rights. All the while we CHEER and SCREAM for BLOODY JUSTICE.

Cops are not Judges!
The Media is NOT MY JURY!

Those were OUR RIGHTS they VIOLATED!

I will never understand how this piece of garbage was allowed to walk among decent society after committing 8 felonies. It was obvious he was unstable. Yet 4 of our finest lost their lives at the hand of this madman. It did not have to happen. The judge’s have blood on their hands now.

My thoughts & prayers go out to the families of these 4 individuals. It is never easy to loose a family member but it’s even harder around the holidays.

GOD BLESS all the victims.

I have seen photos of two of the young policemen that were killed by this sick thug, and it BREAK MY HEART to THINK OF THEIR little children having Christmas without “Daddy” being home. It’s so sad, and so final. My prayers are with them and all the loved ones of these precious young policemen. May they rest in peace..

It defies common sense that he was as free as a bird after committing EIGHT(8) felonies in Washington State(http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2010392869_shootingjustice01m.html), one including Child rape.

I doubt the lesson will be learned, unfortunately, as there will more than likely be more clemmons to roam the street as a result of archaic rules allowing low bail on 8 felonies.

As quoted in the Seattle Times:
“Phil Sorensen, a deputy prosecutor in Pierce County, said his office asked for $100,000 bail in the assault case — an amount higher than normal for such charges — based on Clemmons’ history. The judge, John McCarthy, set the bail at $40,000, Sorensen said.

In the child-rape case, prosecutors wanted $200,000 bail, Lindquist said. The judge, Thomas Felnagle, set bail at $150,000.”

$190,000 total for his assault and Child rape.

These judges knew of his record and literally lowered the bail. I am assuming that they will never answer why they did, but it set free a killer.

My thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of those four brave officers. God bless and keep them.

It is the victims’ faces that should be shown time and time again along with the grieving faces of their families and loved ones. It is those faces we should remember, not the one who ended the lives of four brave heroes and brought pain and suffering to those they left behind.
