More Democrat Problems for 2010 … Republicans Edge Ahead of Democrats in 2010 Vote, 48% to 44%

Obama polling data terrible … Obama’s ratings have fallen and he can’t get up.

All of the polling trends from Democrats should cause concern. The latest is a Gallup poll that shoes that Republicans lead Democrats 48% to 44% among registered voters in the latest generic congressional ballot for the 2010 House elections.

 Republicans have moved ahead of Democrats by 48% to 44% among registered voters in the latest update on Gallup’s generic congressional ballot for the 2010 House elections, after trailing by six points in July and two points last month.

What is causing the swing to Republicans? Independents are running away from the Democrats in mass numbers. By a 52% to 30% amount, Independents prefer Republicans to Donkeys. My what a difference a year makes and an attempt by Obama and liberal Democrats to create government control and destroy capitalism.

Just 38 percent of Americans think the country is heading in the right direction — the lowest number are the worst since Obama took office — while 56 percent say it’s on the wrong track. His overall job approval rating is still in positive territory at 54 percent, though he’s seeing slippage on the economy (46 percent), unemployment (44 percent), Iraq (46 percent) and Afghanistan (42 percent).

Presbyterian College student Heather Brooke Isbell Missing in Clinton, SC Since November 9, 2009

Coed Missing in South Carolina … 20 year old Presbyterian College student Heather Brooke Isbell has been missing since November 9, 2009 in Clinton, SC.  Heather Isbell was last seen around 5 PM on the Presbyterian College campus by a fellow student. According to police reports, Isbell failed to show for a tennis team picture and she has not been able to be reached on her cell phone. Description:

• 20 year old white female
• height: 5 feet 7 inches
• weight: 130 pounds
• brown hair and brown eyes.

Heather Brooke Isbell was last seen driving a silver Toyota Tacome with license tag EYM260 by a fellow student. At this point police do not suspect foul play; however, according to sources it is considered out of character for Heather to just disappear. Please note that a friend to Scared Monkeys are friends with Heather’s family. Please help find Heather. Put the word out. We all pray for Heather Isbell’s safe return.

UPDATE I: Missing Presbyterian College student contacts mom

The Public Safety Director tells us Isbell did make contact with her mother Wednesday morning and said she would be on her way home.

Police say she is not in South Carolina and now they are treating her as a missing person.

Police say Isbell told her mother she would be home this afternoon.

Thank you to the men and woman who have served in the Armed Forces and the sacrifices that both you and your families have made to protect out freedoms. Thank you to those that are presently fighting abroad. There are never enough things that can be said for the appreciation that we can bestow upon all of your for your sacrifice and duty to the United States.

So often we take the past and present service of our brave men and women of the Armed Forces for granted. Know, that these individuals fight for peace, fight for freedom and fight for the very liberties that you an I enjoy every day.

The next time you see a Veteran, please than them. Thanks for their service should never be relegated to just one day out of the year.

DC Sniper John Allen Muhammad Executed by Lethal Injection … Good Riddance to Bad Rubbish

DC sniper John Allen Muhammad won’t be down for breakfast …

48 year old John Allen Muhammad, the DC sniper who killed 10 people and terrorized the Washington, DC area in October, 2002 for a three week reign of terror has been executed. A remorseless John Allen Muhammad was executed by lethal injection. Too bad that we could not have had a public stoning instead for the crimes and misery this man inflicted upon so many.

The 48-year-old Muhammad looked calm and stoic, but was twitching and blinking, tapping his left foot as the injections began, defiant to the end, refusing to utter any final words. Victims’ families sat behind glass while watching, separated from the rest of the 27 witnesses, who were quiet, looking straight forward, intent on what was happening.

Prince William County prosecutor Paul Ebert said, “He [John Allen Muhammad] died very peacefully, much more than most of his victims.” Muhammad was executed for killing Dean Harold Meyers, who was shot in the head at a Manassas gas station. Another one of the snipers victims, Lori Ann Lewis-Rivera was gunned down as she vacuumed her van at a Maryland gas station.

John Allen Muhammad died by injection at 9:11 p.m. at Greensville Correctional Center, south of Richmond, VA. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

Dog Killer Michael Vick Not Happy with the Eagles … Guess He is More at Home Abusing Beagles

Cry me a river Michael Vick. So you are not happy being an Eagle. What, would you rather be killing beagles? Dog killer Michael Vick stated that he was not happy with his role in the Philly offense doing the Wildcat. Dude, consider yourself lucky you are playing in the NFL and not pumping gasoline or working the night shift at the local 7–11.

While being really, really careful not to say anything that would make waves, Philadelphia Eagles “quarterback” Michael Vick(notes) said yesterday that he’s not thrilled about his role in the Philadelphia offense. He doesn’t dig the Wildcat, and if it’s up to him, he won’t be doing it next year.

I am glad to see that ex-Indianapolis coach Tony Dungy has had a lasting impression of the dog killer Michael Vick after all this time. Obviously Vick has understood the chance he has been provided and thinks that he calls the shots. What a grateful individual. Every one wondered why the Philadelphia Eagles would ever take a chance on such a malcontent like Vick. However, now that the Philly fans know that Vick is not happy in the City of Brotherly Love, maybe the fans can show Vick the same appreciate they showed Santa Claus back in the day.

Heck, it appears that Philly QB is unhappy with Vick and the Wildcat as it disrupts the flow of the offense. One wonders why anyone would go out on a limb and provide Vick a chance when the situation is a failure all the way around.

It is obvious that Vick learned nothing from his time spent in jail or from his so-called mentoring from Tony Dungy. Call it for what it really is, a failure. For what Vick has done in the past, he is luck to even be playing in the NFL. Instead he bitches and moans and actually thinks that he has a say. Personally, Philly should cut him so that the dog killer can learn what it means to really have to work for a leaving and be made to work a third shift in a dead end job as in the end, that is all he is qualified to do.

Just because Vick served his time in jail does not necessarily mean that he is afforded a second chance in the NFL.

Make us proud Philly … the next home game … LET VICK HAVE IT like only Philly can.

Yesterday was the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Unbelievably there was one international leader that was conspicuous by his absence. That is correct, The One, The Obamamessiah, United States President Barack Obama was a no show to such a historic event that changed the face of history and the fall of communism. Alas, Obama was too busy to attend; however, not to busy to attend the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony where he gets an individual honor. Obama, your act is getting old.

The Russian President managed to make it to the historic anniversary; however, Barack Obama only managed to send a YouTube video of himself and as the Gateway Pundit says, on the day of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Obama spoke about himself. UNREAL!!!

When will this arrogant man learn it is not about him? The Narcissist and Chief was at it again, singing his own praises at the anniversary of a historic event that makes this insignificant little man pale in comparison.

• It’s time to start calling this what it is. Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s actions was an act of terrorism. The PC is wrong. This terrorist should have been booted out of the military long ago as there were many red flags indicating that Hasan had no place in the military. Don’t ever forget America … PC kills.

But the federal authorities dropped an inquiry into the matter after deciding that the messages from the psychiatrist, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, did not suggest any threat of violence and concluding that no further action was warranted, government officials said Monday.

 

There was no indication that Major Hasan was planning an imminent attack at all, or that he was directed to do anything,” one senior investigator said. He and the other officials spoke on the condition of anonymity, saying the case was under investigation.
