Hey Al Gore, want to rethink that global warming documentary? Looks like the MLB National League Division Series game 3 has been postponed due to some “Inconvenient” cold weather and snow.

With their National League Division Series tied at one game apiece and with no clear starter for Game 3 in Colorado tomorrow night, the Phillies face an uncertain future. But a swath of winter weather that is scheduled to move into the Denver area today could provide some unconventional relief.

It’s not just in Colorado. They are predicting SNOW for Chicago, Il for Sunday. Not just snow, freezing temperatures as well. In Boise, Id the snow is already piling up and what might be the earliest snow days off from school in state history.

Bad Daddy: John Forehand Used Facebook to Locate and Sexually Proposition his Daughter

“Bad Daddy” … Bad Move … GOOD GRIEF!!!

According to AG Tom Corbett, 39 year old John Forehand of Lititz, PA allegedly used Facebook to sexually proposition his own biological 13 year old daughter. Forehand obviously taking the Facebook social networking space to a whole new, disgusting and perverted level. Forehand had not had any contact with his daughter, go figure, for 10 years. He actually used Facebook to track her down and proposition her for sex. Ephrata Police arrested Forehand when he arrived at a predetermined meeting location and he is being held on $400,000 bond.

According to the criminal complaint, Forehand proposed meeting the girl for sex and explained in graphic detail the sex acts, telling her “not many other fathers and daughters are this brave, so not many of them are so lucky to experience all these pleasures.”

Corbett said the girl alerted her mother, who contacted the Ephrata Borough Police Department. The state Child Predator Unit and Ephrata Police arrested Forehand when he arrived at a predetermined meeting location on October 7. Agents seized a camera, tripod and an unopened box of condoms from Forehand’s vehicle, along with a digital camera, camcorder, computers and data-storage devices from his home.

Senate & House, Vote for Obamacare at Your Own Risk … 54% Favor Middle Class Tax Cuts Over Spending on Health Care

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, then it is socialized government controlled health care on its way to single payer health care system and a tax hike to pay for it.

The Democrats and Senator Baucus can spin the healthcare legislation anyway they want it, the American People do not want any part of it. “We the People” do not want new spending on a total overhaul of the healthcare system that will do more damage than good. “We the People” will not tolerate health care disguised as “a tax hike dressed in a lab coat”.

A new Rasmussen poll shows that 54% of American voters favor a middle class tax cuts over new spending on health care. What is interesting is this poll is identical to how the American people felt back in August, prior to Congress going on break. Nothing has changed. We the People reject the socialized healthcare spin.

But a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that most voters continue to favor middle class tax cuts over spending more money for health care reform.

Thirty-three percent (33%) of voters say new spending for health care reform is more important. But 54% rate middle class tax cuts as the priority over more health care spending. Thirteen percent (13%) aren’t sure.

How will Democrats pay for their agenda … TAX, TAX, TAX!

Remember when President Barack Obama ran on during the 2008 election and has continually said that there would be no taxes on the middle class? Remember when Obama said that only people who make more than $250 will have taxes increases? We were warned.

Appearing on The Charlie Rose Show, Nancy Pelosi was asked, “Does a value added tax have any appeal to you?”

Pelosi, appearing on PBS’s “The Charlie Rose Show” asserted that “it’s fair to look at” the VAT as part of an overhaul of the nation’s tax code.

“I would say, Put everything on the table and subject it to the scrutiny that it deserves,” Pelosi told Rose when asked if the VAT has any appeal to her.

Folks, a value added tax (VAT) is a national sales tax on all goods made to be paid by everyone. Not just those who make over $250K. It would mean on top of all the other income taxes and state sales tax would come a national sales tax. This is how Democrats look to pay for their liberal agenda. Notice Pelosi did not say no when asked. How else did anyone think that a European type socialist programs were going to be paid for but by European type taxes?

In a recent Rasmussen poll, 67% of American voters say no to a National Sales Tax or the value added tax that Nancy Pelosi was referring to.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi floated the idea of a national sales tax in a recent television interview, but a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 67% oppose a national sales tax on all goods and services.

Twenty percent (20%) favor such a tax, while 13% are undecided.

What a Joke, Barack Obama Wins Nobel Peace Prize Before Actually Accomplishing Anything

So now we are giving Peace Prizes for Hope? How about one actually does something before they win something? Not when it comes to the Obamamessiah. Beam me up Scottie.

What an absolute joke. President Barack Obama has wins the Nobel Peace Prize for giving the world “hope for a better future” and striving for nuclear disarmament. The Nobel Peace Prize committee, if they had not already done so with previous choices like Yasser Arafat and Jimmy Carter, has all but discredited the award. It now means nothing. Who knew that accomplishing nothing, absolutely nothing gained one the Nobel Peace Prize.

U.S. President Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize on Friday for giving the world “hope for a better future” and striving for nuclear disarmament, in a surprise award that drew criticism as well as praise.

The decision to bestow one of the world’s top accolades on a president less than nine months into his first term, who has yet to score a major foreign policy success, provoked gasps of surprise from journalists at the announcement in Oslo.

You win awards for accomplishments, NOT HOPE!!!

Simply stunning.  I hope Barack’s humility will allow him to win such a well deserved award. Flopping Aces might have stated it the best … “No, this is not a joke. Sadly, this is not a piece from the Onion.”

It gets even better for those who think that those on the right just have sour grapes because Obama won. Maybe some one can explain how in the hell a sitting president who had only been in office less than two weeks before the Nobel Peace Prize deadlines won? Hmm?

Senate Election 2010: Louisiana Senate Republicans Vitter and Dardenne Hold Double Digit Leads Over Democrat Rivals

Early polling in Louisiana shows that Republican Senator David Vitter holds a 10% advantage over Democrat Charlie Melancon for the 2010 Senate election. However, another Republican, Secretary of State Jay Dardenne, holds an even bigger lead over Melancon, 46% to 33%.

Senator David Vitter holds a 10-percentage-point lead over Democrat Charlie Melancon in an early look at Louisiana’s 2010 General Election. The first Rasmussen Reports Election 2010 survey in the state finds the first-term Republican incumbent with 46% of the vote while Melancon attracts 36%.

But another Republican, Secretary of State Jay Dardenne, holds an even bigger lead over Melancon, 46% to 33%.
