CBS Face the Nation Snippet: Barack Obama Blames Blogs & 24 Hour Cable News For Driving Passions

CBS News has released a small piece of the Face the Nation interview with Bob Shieffer. Wait until you see this, Obama blames blogs and the cable media for driving passions in the healthcare debate rather than Obama’s socialist, big government take over.

Barack Obama, was it not those same blogs and cable news who outed Van Jones and ACORN? Driving passions? The blogs and certain cable news are getting the job done for the rest who are in the tank for you.

This President is the most LEFT radical president the United states has ever seen who had no issue with having a self proclaimed communist as a czar.

Obama stated, Healthcare has become a proxy for “BIG GOVERNMENT”. The worry of healthcare grows out of a government that is getting too large. Really? No duh! That would be called socialism Mr. President.

No Mr. President, the blogs and cable news [Fox News] are the last bastion of free speech and the spread of ideas that you do not control. Why else would you not go on Fox News this Sunday when you would make appearances on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN … What’s the matter Obama, are you afraid to actually face a tough question and be challenged? What a sad excuse for a Commander & Chief when we have one that is afraid to face tough criticism. Then again, that’s how you were elected by having the MSM never vet you.

From Hot Air Pundit:

“I think that what’s driving passions right now is that Health Care has become a proxy for a broader set of issues about how much Government should be involved in our economy, even though we’re having a passionate disagreement here, we can be civil to each other and we can try to express ourselves acknowledging that we’re all patriots, we’re all Americans and not assume the absolute worst in people’s motives..

One last point I got to make Bob and that is I do think part of what’s different today is that the 24 hour news cycle and cable television and blogs and all this, they focus on the most extreme elements on both sides, they can’t get enough of conflict, it’s cat nip to the media right now and the easiest way to get 15 minutes of fame, is to be rude to somebody.”

The best analysis to Obama media fatigue was made by Bob Shieffer; however, much he has been on [MSM], he [Obama] has not made the case and the country is still skeptical of Obamacare.

Lindsey Graham, SC-Sen, would later say on Meet the Press that Barack Obama has been on every network shilling Obamacare but the Food Channel.

The Gateway Pundit reminds as that that CBS continued to echo Obama’s talking points of Obama’s unrealistic and dishonest claim that his health care program:

CBS repeated Obama’s unrealistic and dishonest claim that his health care program would not raise taxes on anyone in the middle class. Of course, that is not what Obama said just two years ago. In a speech he gave in April 2007 Obama said that health care reform “would require tax hikes” and that “savings are just a theory.”

“Big Governmed” has historically been a key objective
in Fascist takeovers. Since Obowma has been so
cavalier with the ‘Truth’, confidence in anything
he says is close to zero. The cry of ‘Power to the
People’ is more accurately ‘Power to the Dictator’
if the current trend is to be believed. A clear effort
to ‘own and/or control’ every aspect of our businesses
and personal lives is underway. Be aware that individual
Freedom is being chewed away in direct proportion
to the fattening of Government. This is Unconstitutional
and simply Wrong on it’s face!

How many times did GWB go on ABC, NBC, CNN? There were pretty critical too and in some cases rude. However, he did the interview.

It speaks volumes to just how petty and pathetic that Barack Obama truly is to not only blame blogs and Fox News for the opposition to Obamacare … but to be such a coward and not actually appear on Fox News.

After all, if he was to convince anyone that Obamacare was legitimate … he would have to get those people who view Fox, not his echo chamber.

Obama’s MSM media blitz this weekend was desparate and pathetic. He said nothing new as support for socialized healthcare goes down even further.

F U Mr. President. We are not sheeple, we have brains and we know when you are pulling strings. It is time for you to grow up and lead or get the hell out of the way.

Treason to what America has stood for Obama, is finally correct again. The more 24 hour cable news makes awareness of the truth, the more sociolisum smells of ignorance.

If Obama won’t explain the details to us, won’t police his own appointments, and won’t tell us the truth about his agenda, we the people will turn to blogs and cable news. One of Obama’s appointments, “Diversity Adviser”, praised Hugo Chavez on his handling of the media. Huh? This diversity guy wants to saddle the media with rules and regs about content ….. Sounds like government control of the media to me.

I saw a bumper sticker once that I no longer find funny because it’s so true:

HOW CAN YOU STAND UP TO TERRORISTS IF YOU CAN’T EVEN FACE FOX NEWS?

Obama, me thinks you are fatigued. He looks so tired to me in that video grab…. Get some restful sleep Mr President, and maybe you will think more clearly. Then come back with a new agenda which appeals to the masses.
