Melissa Huckaby Indicted on Charges of Kidnapping, Raping and Murdering 8 Year Old Sandra Cantu

28 year old Melissa Huckaby was indicted  San Joaquin County Superior Court Monday on five counts on charges of kidnapping, raping and murdering 8 year old Sandra Cantu and drugging two others. The murder charge included the special circumstances of kidnapping, lewd and lascivious acts with a child and rape with a foreign object. The special circumstances makes her eligible for the death penalty, if convicted.

In April, Huckaby, 28, pleaded not guilty to the murder of a second-grader whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase in an irrigation pond 10 days after she disappeared from the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park in Tracy, Calif.

She did enter a plea to the charges announced today.

The drugging indictments stem from charges prosecutors filed in May, accusing Huckaby of trying to poison a 7-year-old girl and a 37-year-old man. The girl recovered but authorities do not know what happened to the man.

Superior Court Judge Linda Lofthus read the indictment against her and stated that the grand jury transcript would remain sealed. No trial date has been set.

Huckaby began crying when the indictment was read.

Mr Hartey said: “Charlotte was misdiagnosed. She was diagnosed with swine flu over the phone and treated for something she didn’t have.

“She actually had tonsillitis and that led to her developing abscesses in her lungs and blood poisoning as the bacteria spread, which ultimately killed her.

“This was a death that shouldn’t have happened. No-one should die from tonsillitis in 2009.”

Obama Admin Trial Balloon on Public Option Off the Table Crashes & Burns with the LEFT … Now They State “Sebelius Misspoke”

Well that was quick. Obama no sooner released the trial balloon and the LEFT obviously responded in outrage causing The One to say that his high ranking Health and Human Services Secretary misspoke.

The Hindenberg-like trial balloon that was floated by Team Obama with regards to taking the public option off the table with regards to Obamacare has crashed and burned with the LEFT. On Sunday Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius stated that the public government plan option “is not an essential part” of reform.

Now she is being thrown under the Obama bus as the Administration is saying that “she misspoke”. REALLY? The Health and Human Services Secretary misspoke? How is that possible? Is Kathleen Sebelius not in the loop when it comes to health care reform? Isn’t that her job? How does some one misspeak on a topic that is the most dominant topic of the day and when one specifically goes on TV to put forth Obama’s message.

An administration official said tonight that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius “misspoke” when she told CNN this morning that a government run health insurance option “is not an essential part” of reform. This official asked not to be identified in exchange for providing clarity about the intentions of the President. The official said that the White House did not intend to change its messaging and that Sebelius simply meant to echo the president, who has acknowledged that the public option is a tough sell in the Senate and is, at the same time, a must-pass for House Democrats, and is not, in the president’s view, the most important element of the reform package.

A huge trial balloon the size of the Hindenburg was floated today when it comes to Obamacare and the shift away from a public health care option. Obviously the Obama Administration is playing games as good cop, Barack Obama comes out with a NY Times Oped stating why health care reform is necessary, while bad cop Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius says that the public option may not be an option.

The real question is how will the LEFT react to Obama caving on the public health care option as Democrats came out on the Sunday Talk shows and prepared their side for some bad news? Democrat Kent Conrad had said today that the public health care plan was dead.

The Politico has more video of Obama Administration officials signaling that they are ready to waive the white flag of surrender and drop the government run public plan.

President Barack Obama and his top aides are signaling that they’re prepared to drop a government insurance option from a final health-reform deal if that’s what’s needed to strike a compromise on Obama’s top legislative priority.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Sunday that the public option was “not the essential element” of the overhaul. A day earlier, Obama downplayed the public option during a Colorado town hall meeting, saying it was “just one sliver” of the debate.

He even chided Democratic supporters and Republican critics for becoming “so fixated on this that they forget everything else” — a dig at some liberals in his own party who have made the public option the main rallying cry of the health reform debate.

More from CNN, State of the Union below of the President claiming that the public option was not the entirety of the issue. Obama once referred to this as critical that the public option compete with private insurance. Obama has done a 180 now that it is a loser! According to Senator Kent Conrad of North Dakota, the public health insurance option is dead.

One thing is for certain, just like VP Joe Biden previously stated that the Obama Administration misread the economy, they also misread what their mandate was with regards to health care reform. Town hall after town hall has been witness that the American people are demanding answers and are not in favor of Obamacare. National polls say the same.

The result of Obama’s socialistic, government run health care plan is a –9% in the Daily Presidential tracking poll and a 52% disapproval rate in his job approval. Obama’s efforts to try and do a Presidential Obama Election Campaign Part II known as the three town hall meetings this past week have failed to provide any answers or comfort to the American people. Obama’s efforts were much too late and much too like campaign promises vs. Obamacare details.

Americans do not want Obamacare!!!

A recent Rasmussen poll showed that 54% of voters say that say “no health care reform passed by Congress this year would be the better option”. Americans simply want nothing to do with health care reform as prescribed in the House bill. This generally means that there will not even be compromise. Americans want it scraped and start again.

The Clunker program is truly a CLUNKER!

The lesson learned when dealing with any government run program … use at your own risk. The Cash for Clunkers program was a $1 billion, now $3 trillion government program. It was bean nothing short of a cluster, in premise and in practice. Imagine, just imagine when a $1.5 trillion health care program is run by the government?

The Cash for Clunkers program has been nothing short of an administrative nightmare. This program has been nothing short of a processing joke as it began late, crashed computers, web site was difficult to follow and ran out of money before the program started.

Now we learn that dealerships are not being paid by the government. Imagine that. A government run program that was first under funded and now appears to be under staffed to process the paper work for the Clunkers program. Who’s left holding the bag? The dealerships. As Blue Crab Boulevard calls it, “Nothing for Clunkers”.

A growing number of auto dealers say the process of getting paid under the government’s “cash for clunkers” plan increasingly resembles some of the wrecks accumulating on their lots as part of the program.

The slow payments coming from the federal government are reinforcing the paradoxical nature of the program for dealers: It has generated the most showroom traffic they have had in months while at the same time heaping unease, frustration and worry onto the industry’s worst-ever downturn.

Obama’s Approval Ratings Heading Down as GOP Now Leads in Health Care Debate … Obamacare meets its Vietnam, Now the One Blames the Media

Democrats so love to make references to Vietnam. Well Barack Obama and the Democrats have just met his own political Vietnam called Obamacare. How does “The One” feel that his socialized Obamacare has hit a quagmire and protests from the American people?

President Obama continues to live in a world of denial and cannot comprehend or admit that his health care plan for socialized, government control is a failure. In Obamaland everything is all Obama all the time and no one dare say no to Barack. Welcome to a place I like to call Earth Mr. President, where the will of the people and their right to dissent and freedom of speech is guaranteed under that little document that you seem to have little regard to called the US Constitution.

A desperate President now lashes out at the media for the coverage of Town Hall meetings as to the reason why what, people are against his plan? The very institution who got Obama elected by carrying his water and refusing to vet the candidate is now responsible for America being against Obamacare? Obama cannot sell his plan, because it is unsellable.

How bad a concept is Obamacare? It has systematically in less than two months transformed the entire political landscape in the United States. Think that is not the case, look at the polling numbers of Democrats across the board and specifically PA Senator Arlen Specter.

The once though of invincible Obamamessiah has been transformed into a defensive and partisan President hiding from his past comments of supporting a single government payer system and hiding behind planted questions at town hall meeting by 11 year old children of Obama supporters.

The end result is Barack Obama’s Daily Presidential Tracking index is at -8 according to a most recent Rasmussen poll. The trend is remarkable since Obama’s inauguration on January 21, 2009 when Obama was a rating of +28. More to the point the Rasmussen polls have shown that the Presidents overall approval rating is down to 47% & 48% while his disapproval rate is at an all time high of 52%.
