The LEFT could not help them self at the Wellstone Memorial and they could not help them self today at the funeral for Ted Kennedy. Not even a funeral is off limits to try and push down the throats of the American people a socialist agenda of government control health care.

There comes a time and place to put down the politics. One might think that a church and funeral might just be that place. NOPE. However, as Flopping Aces aptly states, far be it from the Democrats to never let a funeral service go to waste. I wanted to believe that they would not do this at a funeral. Once again I am proved wrong by the shameless LEFT.

Let’s understand the stupidity and desparateness of attaching Ted Kennedy’s death to Obamacare that is already dead. If the LEFT changes the name of a government run health care plan that no one wants to Teddy Care, that is supposed to suddenly make people want to vote for it? Are these people insane?

Only 39% Approve of Cash for Clunkers Program for Appliances … What Next Cash for Trash?

49% of Americans oppose a “cash for appliances” program while 39% think its perfectly fine to leach off their neighbors and have them buy their appliances for them. What have we turned into a third world, Banana Republic offering appliances for votes? These types of programs are not stimulating an economy, they are milking tax payers.

How is this a tax payers obligation to buy your neighbor a refrigerator or washing machine? BUY IT YOURSELF!!! What is next, do tax payers need to pay for people’s groceries? Since tax payers had to shill out $’s for clunkers I guess “cash for gas” will be next? Also, a supplemental plan for the cash for appliances will be a tax payers paying others electricity bills.

Thirty-nine percent (39%) of Americans favor a “cash for clunkers”-like government program to give cash rebates to people who buy new, energy-efficient appliances, but 49% think it’s a bad idea, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Twelve percent (12%) aren’t sure what they think of the $300-million plan that will provide cash rebates up to $200 to Americans who buy energy-efficient refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines and the like. Unlike the just-concluded “cash for clunkers” plan to encourage purchase of newer, more energy-efficient cars, no trade-ins are required.

Is it any wonder why 70% of Americans want the government to offer fewer services with lower taxes? People want their own money to spend as they see fit, not having to subsidize others for cars and appliances that they should be buying them self.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey show that 43% of voters nationwide favor the plan working its way through Congress while 53% are opposed. Those figures are virtually identical to results from two weeks ago.

How does one just miss $1.3 million in income? If you are Democrat US Rep. Charlie Rangel, the head of the House Ways and Means committee, it appears to be easy.  Rangel failed to report the profit he made on the sale of a Harlem building. NICE! Imagine how the IRS would treat you if you had done something similar? This week, Rangel filed drastically revised financial disclosure forms reflecting much different numbers than were initially reported to the IRS.

Rep. Charles Rangel failed to report as much as $1.3 million in outside income — including up to $1 million for a Harlem building sale — on financial-disclosure forms he filed between 2002 and 2006, according to newly amended records.

The documents also show the embattled chairman of the Ways and Means Committee — who is being probed by the House Ethics Committee — failed to reveal a staggering $3 million in various business transactions over the same period.

WTF!!! How is this person still the Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, let alone still in Congress let alone not in jail? He is already under an ethics investigation. Exactly how much is needed to boot him out the door?

Michael Jackson’s Death Officially Ruled a Homocide by LA County Coroner … Acute Propofol Intoxication.

It is official … the death of Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, has been officially ruled a homicide by the LA County corners office. Michael Jackson died if acute propofol intoxication.

According to the LA County coroner there were a multitude of drugs that contributed to his death along with propofol.

“The drugs Propofol and Lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson’s death,” the coroner’s office said in a statement Friday. “Other drugs detected were: Midazolam, Diazepam, Lidocaine and Ephedrine.”

The other drugs listed are benzodiazepines typically used to treat anxiety and insomnia.

The full and final autopsy report and the complete toxicology report “will remain on security hold at the request of the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County district attorney,” the release said.

It had been speculated since Michael Jackson had died of a cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009 at the age of 50; however, today it was made official that Jackson’s death was caused by another. According to the LA County coroner, propofol and lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson’s death.

Howard Dean Finally Says Something Truthful … Democrats Left Tort Reform Out of Health Care Bill … They Feared ‘Taking On’ Trial Lawyers

Why was there no tort reform in the health care bill if they really wanted to reform health care?

Finally some one in the Democratic party has decided to tell the truth as to why tort reform was left out of the House healthcare bill, otherwise known as Obamacare. Howard Dean stated at a “town hall meeting on Tuesday night that Democrats in Congress did not include tort reform in the health care bill because they were fearful of taking on the trial lawyers”.

The answer from a doctor and a politician, Howard Dean, is that the Democrats were too cowardly to take on the trial lawyers. In 1500 pages of so-called health care reform, Democrats had no problem taking on the American people who’s health care coverage would be affected; however, when it came to their buddies, the trial lawyers, the point was moot.

“This is the answer from a doctor and a politician,” said Dean. “Here is why tort reform is not in the bill. When you go to pass a really enormous bill like that the more stuff you put in, the more enemies you make, right? And the reason why tort reform is not in the bill is because the people who wrote it did not want to take on the trial lawyers in addition to everybody else they were taking on, and that is the plain and simple truth. Now, that’s the truth.”

Only 4% of Israeli Jews Think Barack “Hussein” Obama is Pro-Israel

Only 4% of Israeli Jews believe that Barack Hussien Obama is pro-Israel. Go figure. It’s not just health care, the economy and the federal deficit that Obama is losing ground in the polls. 4% is actually down from his 6% polled in June. What an impressive change as GWB has an 88% approval rating in the same poll when he was President.

Why would Jews possibly think Obama is not pro-Israel?

These Obama approval numbers are hardly that one would want from an ally like Israel.

The number of Israelis who see US President Barack Obama’s policies as pro-Israel has fallen to four percent, according to a Smith Research poll taken this week on behalf of The Jerusalem Post.

Fifty-one percent of Jewish Israelis consider Obama’s administration more pro-Palestinian than pro-Israel, according to the survey, while 35% consider it neutral and 10% declined to express an opinion. The poll of 500 people representing a statistical model of the Jewish Israeli population had a margin of error of 4.5%.

The Gateway Pundit reminds us that Barack Obama garnered 77% of the Jewish vote in the 2008 elections. One might ask what is the disconnect?  American Jews might want to get a clue and text their relatives over in Israel and find out why so few feel that “The One” is really anti The Chosen One’s.

Jaycee Lee Dugard had been missing since June 10, 1991. She was last seen  as she walked to her bus stop in South Lake Tahoe, California. She was reported abducted by two individuals when she was 11 years old.

After 18 years, 29 year old Jaycee Lee Dugard walked into a California police station. A convicted sex offender and his wife were arrested in the kidnapping of Jaycee Lee Dugard. For 18 years Jaycee Lee Dugard had been kept as a sex slave. How many times do we need to say it, there is no such thing as a one time sex offender and they cannot be cured. Paroling sex offenders and unleashing them on an unsuspecting society should never be an option.

Police said she recently walked into a Northern California police station with Phillip Garrido, 58, one of her alleged captors. He and his wife Nancy Garrido, 54, were arrested for investigation of kidnapping and conspiracy on Wednesday, police said.

Phillip Garrido is also being held for investigation of rape by force, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and sexual penetration, said Jimmie Lee, a spokesman for the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department.

According to sources, Jaycee Lee Dugard bore several children for the 58 year old sex offender Phillip Garrido.

The unnamed authorities also told the TV station that the victim, Jaycee Lee Dugard, bore several children for the sex offender, Phillip Garrido, 58, and they said Garrido and his wife, Nancy, 54, held Dugard in a shed or other structure in the backyard.

According to the police press conference there was a back yard within a back yard with sheds where Jaycee Lee Dugard and her two children lived out of sight of the public. The suspects were being held in El Dorado County. Nancy Garrido was being held on $4.195 million bail and Phillip Garrido was not eligible for bail because he is a parolee.
