Michael Jackson Death … Los Angeles County coroner… It was a Homicide

A Los Angeles County coroner has ruled that the death of pop star Michael Jackson was a homicide. It was a combination of drugs that contributed to Jackson’s death. Now it is just a matter of time as to what criminal charges will be brought and against who. Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician hired to care for Jackson is the obvious target; however, will others be charged as well?

Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson’s death June 25 in his rented Los Angeles mansion, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

Dr. Conrad Murray, a Las Vegas cardiologist who became Jackson’s personal physician weeks before his death, is the target of a manslaughter investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department. A designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed.

A search warrant was unsealed Monday in Houston, TX detailing the accounts that Dr. Murray told investigators.  See the Michael Jackson Search Warrant at The Smoking Gun.

MTV reports that Michael Jackson homicide ruling surprised fans. Why, have they not been paying attention to this story? Newsflash to Jackson-ites, this is what happens when one takes multiple prescription drugs and some one supplies them to you.

However, one thing is for certain … there are no heroes in this story. Who ever takes the fall for Jackson’s death will be deserving. However, there are many that are guilty and responsible including Michael Jackson, himself. Much like the story of Anna Nicole Smith, there was no cowboy wearing a white hat riding in to save the day.

And what about the accusations LaToya Jackson made that a large amount of cash and jewelry was stolen from the house. Maybe this is not ‘just’ a homocide in relation to illegal provision of drugs but a premeditated homocide with the aim to get to valuables.
Remember, the doctor disappeared after the ambulance left the house! Was that to stash away his loot?

Surprise, surprise? Uhmnnnnnn, No. Enablers who use gross negligence practicing medicine finally held accountable?

Same old story in the City of Angels….maybe this time other “Dr’s” to the elite will pay attention. This is involuntary manslaughter at a minimum. Back to Honduras for the good Doctor.

Why would a doctor be giving someone this in their home? It’s to put people out for surgery and while you are on it..your blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing is monitored the entire time. Any kind of reputable doctor would know that. Whether you have money or not, the doctor if he was any kind of doctor would refuse to do it. Heard so much shady stuff about the dr. hard to know what is true and what is made up. Seems he was in for the money. He sure wasn’t looking after Michael Jackson’s best interests. Looks like he was given enough drugs to knock out an elephant.

Robert.. I think charges will be brought, perhaps manslaughter.

#2 what about the family? where were the good family when they knew he was addicted? What about the children, what danger were they in when their Dad was zonked out on drugs? The doc is going down but I say look at the family too, I’m sure they will take any money left and grieve.
