Question: Where were the people who are so concerned after Michael Jackson after his death as opposed to be concerned for the singer before he died?  One wonders where all the concern was prior to his death.

According to The Daily Mail, Michael Jackson made a fateful prediction just one week before he died. Which was rather grim prediction seeing that the King of Pop died this past Thursday of an apparent cardiac arrest.

The question at hand is did everyone around Michael Jackson know that the frail singer was not up to the challenge to commit to the grueling 50 concerts in London’s O2 Arena? Whatever  the final autopsy results reveal, it was greed that killed Michael Jackson. Had he not been driven – by a cabal of bankers, agents, doctors and advisers – to commit to the gruelling 50 concerts in London’s O2 Arena, I believe he would still be alive today.

10 Year Old Lindsey Baum Missing in McCleary, WA Since Friday, June 26, 2009

10 year old Lindsey J. Baum has been missing since Friday night, June 26, 2009 in  McCleary, WA. Lindsey J. Baum was last seen Friday night at approximately 9:15 pm walking home on Maple Street from a friend’s house. The distance was only about four blocks, she never arrived home. According to reports, Lindsey has no history of running away.

TV Pitchman Billy Mays for OxiClean Found Dead in FL Home at Age 50

Billy Mays, the TV Pitchman for such products as OxiClean, was found unresponsive by his wife, Deborah Mays, Sunday morning at his Florida home. The fire and rescue crew called to the scene pronounced the 50 year old Billy Mays dead at 7:45 am. An autopsy will be done by Monday afternoon to determine the cause of death.

Tampa police said Mays was found unresponsive by his wife Sunday morning. A fire rescue crew pronounced him dead at 7:45 a.m.

There were no signs of a break-in, and investigators do not suspect foul play, said Lt. Brian Dugan of the Tampa Police Department, who wouldn’t answer any more questions about how Mays’ body was found because of the ongoing investigation. The coroner’s office expects to have an autopsy done by Monday afternoon.

A lesson to all that watch reality TV shows, they are not real! Please let the “reality” TV show Jon and Kate Plus 8 be a reminder to all that there is nothing real about “reality” TV. According to divorce papers filed recently in a Pennsylvania court, Jon and Kate Gosselin have been living apart for two years, despite representing themselves on the TV show as a model family.

Since the family is in court already with the divorce, maybe all the viewers can do a class action lawsuit for the fraud that they watched for the past two seasons … then again, everyone should know better. If some thing is promoted as reality TV, you can rest assured it is not.

The document confirms that, despite the Gosselins’ continual claims that the press was ‘harassing them’ and making up stories about their problems, the true depth of their broken marriage was being hidden from public view. While Kate was appearing for paid speeches where she would talk about being a ‘super mom’, and putting her name to ghostwritten books on parenting, her husband was living over the family garage.

The couple denied vehemently that Jon was dating 23-year-old Deanna Hummel, whom he called a friend of the family, only for that to be shown to be true. They also denied they were living apart, which again was false.

Finally Some Action in Haleigh Cummings Missing Person Case … Police Search Digs Up Grandmothers Home … Animal Remains Found

After being missing for over 4 months, police search the property of 5 year old Haleigh Cumming’s grandmother. For their effort the police found only animal remains after digging up the property and providing searches of the water. Of course one would have to ask the question after all this time and over 4000 tips, why know is the grandmother’s yard searched now? There has been so little movement in this case recently, one does really wonder why do this search now.

“[The search] was initiated because we did a interview with some family members … and during the interview they wanted to make sure we understood that they had buried some animals here during the investigation,” Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Dominick Piscatello said. “With that said, we couldn’t leave any stones unturned.”

Some 40 people, including divers and members Florida’s Department of Law Enforcement, Baker County and Putnam County sheriffs offices, with the help of cadaver dogs, searched the 30-acre Glen St. Mary home of Haleigh’s grandmother, Marie Griffis.

The little girl’s mother, Crystal Sheffield, also lives there.

5 year old Haligh Cummings has been missing since February 10, 2009 when she was reported missing from her home when she was in the care of her then father’s 17 year old girlfrined, now wife, Misty Croslin.

Poetic Justice … Madoff has all possessions taken.

Disgraced financier Bernard Madoff and Ponzi scheme developer extraordinaire has been forced to forfeit all of his interests in all property, including real estate, investments, cars and boats. Bernie Madoff, the mad who has destroyed so many individuals life savings now will have none of his own.

U.S. District Judge Denny Chin entered a preliminary order of forfeiture, and Acting U.S. Attorney Lev Dassin released a copy of the order Friday night. Madoff was ordered to give up his interests in all property, including real estate, investments, cars and boats.

According to earlier court documents, prosecutors reserved the right to pursue more than $170 billion in criminal forfeiture. That represents the total amount of money that could be connected to the fraud, not the amount stolen or lost.

They also don’t trust them to spend the money properly. In a recent Rasmussen poll, 76% of Americans think that the government will waste the $787 billion economic stimulus “pork” plan due to inadequate oversight. What, government waste tax payers dollars? This is a revelation how? It’s really easy to spend others people’s money.

Seventy-six percent (76%) of Americans say it is at least somewhat likely that a large amount of money in the $787-billion economic stimulus plan will be wasted due to inadequate government oversight.

Gov Sarah Palin Responds to Senator Kerry’s “Missing” Joke … Hey John, Why the Long Face

Return of the Jedi … Alaska Senator Sarah Palin gets even with John Kerry and asks the junior Senator from Massachusetts, “John Kerry, why the long face?” Governor Palin, while speaking to servicemen in Kosovo, took the opportunity to respond to the not so funny wise crack that John Kerry made this past week wishing that it was Palin that had gone missing rather than SC Gov. Sanford. Real humor is such sweet revenge.

 Hey John Kerry, Why the Long Face?

 ”He looked quite frustrated and he looked so sad,” she said. “I just wanted to reach out to the TV and say ‘John Kerry, why the long face?’,” she concluded.

Long face? I resemble that remark!

As we have always said, what makes a joke funny are three things, there has to be a little truth related to the joke, the delivery and it actually has to be funny and not mean spirited. Sarah Palin nailed all three and added her usual class as well. As stated by Stop the ACLU, the only thing missing was a “bless his heart”. Unlike Kerry’s joke that bombed big time, Palin’s zinger was an oldy, but goody.
