Did you link the wrong video? Just curious because nowhere in the video linked in the article does Biden say that the stimulus plan failed. In fact, he emphatically states multiple times that it had a positive effect.

“Everyone” didn’t get it wrong – many of us said exactly what would happen (increased deficit, no measurable difference in the economy) if Pork = U Less was passed. We were right; O and Gaffe a Minute were wrong.

Consumers and businesses have a hard time spending when the Government is in there stuffing debt and new taxes down our throats (and yes, there are new taxes and no tax break even for those making less than $250,000.)

#2 has either failed to read Atlas Shrugged or simply didn’t understand it. You can’t “go Galt” involuntarily. Going Galt is all about refusing to be productive when the government will be the only beneficiary of your production.

When an administration appoints 21 Czars (and still counting) to control everything involved with business, business isn’t making choices, the government is deciding what you can make, how it is to be made and what you can pay your workers. Sound familiar yet?

The left has run out of kool-aid and they are now simply punch drunk. They haven’t caught on that “Global warming” has been changed to “climate change” because global warming was disproved by far too many sources and yet the government still wants to sell “cap and trade” in order to further tax the people and control their actions.

You who loved freedom so much when Bush was listening into a few foreign phone calls should be screaming from the top of the roofs that the government now overturns rules of bankruptcy and secured creditors, decides who will be CEO, appoints 21 czars unanswerable to congress or anyone but O, is going to break into private Internet networks to snoop, going to review your medical records, require you to submit to questions about your health care insurance and any other question they might decide to ask, review how your doctor treats your medical conditions, take away the right of a secret ballot for unions, decide what kind of car you need to drive, reveals top secret documents about US nuclear sites…………..I could go on and on but you are so punch drunk you don’t understand or care. Your hatred for Bush has gotten in the way of you actually seeing what is really going on.
