Specter’s sentencing included 15 years to life for the second degree murder conviction and an additional 4 years for the use of a gun in the commission of a crime.

      This should have happened six years ago. Of course the crazy justice system of California could find a way to help a celebrity to delay justice as long a possible. Our courts have become theatre instead of places that dispense justice in a timely manner, shame on them.
