Band Teacher Heath Miller at H.L. Watkins Middle School Arrested & Charged with Multiple Counts of Sexual Assault & Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Cousin Arrested Also

34 year old Heath Miller, a band teacher at the H.L. Watkins Middle School in Palm Beach Gardens, FL was  arrested by school police Monday and charged with multiple counts of sexual assault and lewd and lascivious behavior. The victims are between the ages of 14 and 16. One of those victims also said that she twice had sex with Miller in the uniform room of the school’s band room. Police said he engaged in sexual behavior with at least four female students.

Heath Miller was also having sex with at least one other teacher at the school. Seems harmless enough as it would be considered consensual among adults. However, “that teacher says Miller asked her to remove the memory card from his band room so police couldn’t find it. Stored on that memory card are photos Miller allegedly took of him raping his victims”.

According to court papers, four victims, all between the ages of 14 and 16, claim Miller touched their buttocks in a private room at school, and one of those victims said she twice had sex with Miller in the uniform room of the school’s band room.

“Our job is to protect children,” investigator Vinny Mintus said. “Anybody that goes out to violate children or have sexual relations, we will go after you. We will prosecute you.”

Miller was jailed last month on charges of having sex with one student and fondling others.

On Thursday, he was slammed with a dozen more charges, including rape, after additional victims came forward, tearing down a small empire the charismatic Miller had built for himself at the Palm Beach Gardens school.

It was a place where, according to a school police investigative report, female teachers spoke openly about his reputation for having “threesomes” with other teachers.

Heath Miller denies any wrongdoing despite an alleged confession, which his attorney said is a mistake in the court papers.

John Szwalla, Is that a Banana in Your Pocket or Are You Just Here to Rob Me?

In the immortal words of Dr. Ruth Westheimer who visited my college campus as a guest speaker back in the day … “Sometimes a banana, is just a banana.”

File this one under the crime shallow end of the gene pool.

17 year old John Szwalla held held up an internet cafe in Winston-Salem, NC saying he had a gun and demanded money. The store owner and a customer jumped the would be robber and wrestled him to the ground until police could arrive.

There is just one problem … Szwalla did not have a gun under his shirt, but a banana instead. It gets better, the teen ate the evidence prior to the police getting to the scene. When police arrived, they took pics of the banana peel.

Szwalla is charged with one felony count of attempted robbery, possession of a deadly banana and using fruit in the commission of a crime. Shouldn’t he be charged with destroying evidence as well? Some one may want to check the local Piggly-Wiggly to see if they can’t get him for shoplifting the potential banana used in the crime.

Szwalla is in the Forsyth County Jail with bond set at $50,000. The bond could have been set at $50, this clown is going no where. Szwalla was charged yesterday with common-law robbery by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office. Is there a charge for complete stupidity as well?

Rumor has it that Szalla will be referred to asfrom now on as “Con-szalla” on cell block D.

Jailhouse Interview with Drew Peterson … Me, Me, Me … The Narcissist says “I’ll probably be found innocent”

Even while in jail, indicted wife murderer Drew Peterson could not stay away from being in the media spotlight as he conducted a jailhouse interview with NBC’s, The Today Show with Matt Lauer. Drew Peterson was arrested and charged with the 2004 murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, while he is also still the prime suspect in his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson’s, disappearance. So what did Drew Peterson have to say in his interview? That he of course is innocent and great while everybody else is evil.

Peterson says, “I’ll probably be found innocent.”  Scared Monkeys says, don’t count on it Drew.  Drew Peterson given some more media attentions, this time via the phone at the Will County Adult Detention Facility in Joliet, IL.

During Peterson’s interview with The Today Show, he was critical of the grand jury who indicted him for the murder of his third wife. Far be it from anyone to confront him or take such a self-important man down a notch or two. In perfect reaction to a narcissist personality, Peterson lashes back at the grand jury, referring to them as “a bunch of lay people, uneducated of the points of law.” Isn’t every grand jury in Illinois like that, yet the system has seemed to work for all except the self-important Drew Peterson.

“Do you have idea what the state’s evidence is against you?” Lauer asked.

“No idea. And the grand jury system seriously needs to be revised,” he replied. “I truly believe that if they wanted to they could have indicted you for this incident. What you have is a bunch of lay people that are in there and they have been sitting there for 18 months, and they are uneducated on the points of law, rules of evidence and things like that.”

Expected 20,000 Protesters this Weekend as Pro-Abortion President Obama Gives Commencement Speech at Notre Dame

Many at Notre Dame are not just “Fighting Irish,” they are fighting mad over the decision for the most prominent Catholic University in the United States to honor the most radical, pro-abortion president in years. Does anyone really not see the sad, pathetic, insulting irony of a Catholic college name Notre Dame, which translates to “Our Lady,” providing an honorary degree to a man who is as pro-abortion as they come? REALLY?

The controversy began a couple months ago when Notre Dame school administrators asked President Barack Obama to speak at their Commencement ceremony. Notre Dame’s choice to have Obama speak and receive an honorary degree was a bit much for many to stomach as a private, Catholic University honor a man who has been the most radical, liberal, pro-Abortion president in years. The White House and Golden Dome Administrators thought this would blow over. Make no mistake, it has not as 20,000 people are expected to protest this weekend.

A protest on a college campus against a liberal, Democratic President? My how times have changed. Protests are not just at Berkeley anymore. President Barack Obama and Notre Dame University President Jenkins really misread the tea leaves on this one. Or was it the Rosary?

It is an outrage and a scandal that “Our Lady’s University,” one of the premier Catholic universities in the United States, would bestow such an honor on President Obama given his clear support for policies and laws that directly contradict fundamental Catholic teachings on life and marriage …

Catholics may have to look in the mirror and ask why they are Catholics if they are ok with what is transpiring at ND. The idea that they would honor Barack Obama with a Honorary degree defies all logic, common sense and Catholic beliefs.

 Maybe Barack will tell the ND grads these perils of wisdom during his speech, “I don’t want them punished with a baby”. Who knew that a baby was a punishment? I hardly think Obama’s parents thought he was. Where so these people acquire such a screwed up value system?

FBI Looks to get a Leg Up on the Limping Bandit Responsible for 19 Bank Robberies

The FBI is looking for leads that will give them a leg up on the man dubbed “the limping bandit” who is responsible for more than 19 bank robberies across the South in the past two years. It appears that robbing banks is a profession that does not discriminate against those with disabilities. Of course one needs to ask the obvious question, why can’t the man be caught after he robs the bank, its not like he is going to get very far very fast on foot.

The FBI is looking for a man dubbed the “limping bandit,” who is believed to be behind more than 19 bank robberies across the South in the past two years.

Investigators say he’s held up banks in Tallahassee, Perry, and Lake City, Florida. He’s also been spotted in Dothan, Alabama, and in the southern part of South Carolina.

First Time Since 1995 More American’s Pro-Life than Pro-Abortion (Oh sorry Pro-Choice) Says Gallup

Can you sense the silent majority and the change they really want?

For the first time since the Gallup Poll has been asking the question in 1995, a majority of Americans call them self “pro-life” on the issue of abortion rather than “pro-choice.” The Gallup poll found that 51% of American consider them self “pro-life” while 42% are pro-abortion.

The new results, obtained from Gallup’s annual Values and Beliefs survey, represent a significant shift from a year ago, when 50% were pro-choice and 44% pro-life. Prior to now, the highest percentage identifying as pro-life was 46%, in both August 2001 and May 2002.

The Gallup poll shows an even greater number of Americans “pro-life” than a FOX News polls this month showing 49 percent of Americans as pro-life and 43 percent as pro-choice on abortion.

Barack Obama really is the Obamamessiah, he is brilliant and all-knowing. Obama can foresee that deficit spending is unsustainable. What an intelligent, brilliant thinking mind. It is yet another Obama Epiphany. We should all just get on our knees in reverence or is it bend over?

Now for the quote of the day, possibly even the week and maybe the year. From the mouth of President Barack Obama comes the following …the current deficit spending “unsustainable,” warned of skyrocketing interest rates for consumers if the U.S. continues to finance government by borrowing from other countries.

“We can’t keep on just borrowing from China,” Obama said at a town-hall meeting in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, outside Albuquerque. “We have to pay interest on that debt, and that means we are mortgaging our children’s future with more and more debt.”

Holders of U.S. debt will eventually “get tired” of buying it, causing interest rates on everything from auto loans to home mortgages to increase, Obama said. “It will have a dampening effect on our economy.”

As discussed by the Gateway Pundit, the President who has brought the US the greatest deficit in its history, borrowing money every inch of the way actually had the audacity to tell ASU students not to take short cuts and live on credit. I guess that job is reserved for Obama, himself.
