13 Year Old Minnesota Cancer Patient Daniel Hauser and Mother Colleen Hauser Still Missing … Believed to be in Mexico

The case of missing Daniel Hauser has also turned into one of ethics. Is it right for parents to withhold medical treatment from their son because of religious beliefs. Is it right for a state to force medical treatment?

13 year old cancer patient Daniel Hauser and his mother Colleen Hauser continue to be missing as an arrest warrant was issued last Thursday for the mother who fled with her son to avoid chemotherapy treatments. The new warrant for the mother is for deprivation of parental rights. It is thought that the two are on their way to Mexico for alternative cancer treatment. It is widely held that Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a highly curable form of cancer when treated with chemo and radiation.

Colleen Hauser’s son, Daniel, has Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The two from Minnesota were seen in Southern California on Tuesday morning and authorities have said they could be in Mexico.

“Hopefully we’ll find Daniel, for Daniel’s sake,” Brown County Sheriff Rich Hoffmann said Thursday

Stacy Peterson, Lisa Stebic Missing: More Evidence Found from the Des Plaines River Related to Remains Previously Discovered … More Bones Found?

More Evidence Discovered …

It is being reported that more evidence was found Saturday from the Des Plaines River near Channahan, Ill where sources are saying it is related to a body found on the river bank on Wednesday.

CBS 2 has learned that Illinois State Police recovered more evidence from the Des Plaines River that sources say is related to a body found on the river bank on Wednesday.

That body was a human torso missing a head, arms and legs below the knees.

Police would not confirm that the items found Saturday were bones from the skeleton.

The additional evidence was found Saturday afternoon. State police would not confirm what was found Saturday or if the items were related to the remains found earlier. According to media sources, the evidence found might have been a leg bone.

Chemical plant worker Jeff Triplett says he escorted state police and two workers from the Will County Coroner’s office through a brush and back into the woods along the bank of the Des Plaines River…

They had their forensics kit and they all had their laptops and they were bagging it up.

It is being highly speculated that the remains found earlier this week in the Des Plaines River might be those of either missing Stacy Peterson or Lisa Stebic. Both of whom went missing in 2007. Although there are others that have gone missing with less media attention that are not so high-profile in the area as well. 26 year old Bradley Olsen and 45 year old John Spira have also both been missing since 2007.

Amanda Jo Stott-Smith, Mother Accused of Drowning 4 Year Old Son Eldon Jay Rebhan Smith in Portland, OR

The story was first reported yesterday as a search for two children, a 4 year old boy and his 7 year old sister who were feared to have fallen into the Williamette River in Portland, OR. The search began as individuals had heard screaming near the Sellwood Bridge early Saturday morning. One would first think that maybe the two children were playing too close to the river’s edge and fell in, until you realize that the incident took place at 1:00 am pt.  However, the incident turned into a homicide investigation when the 3 year old boy died after he and his sister were pulled from the water.

“Homicide detectives investigate suspicious deaths. Children in the water in the middle of the night is not common, that’s unusual. There’s a child who’s deceased and so that’s why homicide detectives are investigating,” Pashley said.

It is now being reported that the mother of the two children, 31 year old Amanda Jo Stott-Smith, has been arrested and charged with the aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder of her children. The 4 year old boy, Eldon Jay Rebhan Smith, and his 7 year old sister were eventually recovered from the river; however, sadly the boy died when he could not be revived. Detective Sgt. Rich Austria of the Portland Police Bureau stated that the 7 year old girl was okay, “She’s doing well.”

Amanda Jo Stott-Smith was booked into Multnomah County Jail on the charges earlier in the afternoon, police said.

OBAMA: Well, we are out of money now. We are operating in deep deficits, not caused by any decisions we’ve made on health care so far. This is a consequence of the crisis that we’ve seen and in fact our failure to make some good decisions on health care over the last several decades.

The Founding Bloggers truly hit a nerve with CNN with their exclusive footage of their reporter making a fool out of herself. The result, CNN attempting to say that there is a copyright violation. No, they just can’t stand their own reporter’s free speech be broadcast for all to see.

Chinese Man Says Come On Already … Pushes Man Contemplating Suicide Off Bridge in China … Fed Up With “Selfish Activity”

Confucius Say … Do not be desirous of having things done quickly …Desire to have things done quickly prevents their being done thoroughly, unless one is stuck on a bridge in traffic for hours due to a suicidal jumper. Lai Jiansheng say, fish or cut bait.

This is priceless … A man tired of  an individual threatening to commit suicide takes matters into his own hands, literally, and pushes the would be suicidal man off a bridge. You just can’t make this stuff up.

Dateline China: A 66 year old Chinese man, Lai Jiansheng, who was fed up with being backed up in traffic for four to five hours around the Haizhu bridge in the city of Guangzhou, China … walked up to the man contemplating suicide, Chen Fuchao, and pushed him off the bridge. Lai Jiansheng walked up to Chen, shook his hand and then gave him a push.

Chen fell 26 feet (8 meters) onto a partially inflated emergency air cushion laid out by authorities and survived, suffering spine and elbow injuries, the official Xinhua News Agency said Saturday.

The story get even more bizarre, if that is possible. After pushing Chen off the bridge, Lian Jiansheng greets and salutes the crowd after he pushed off would-be “suicide jumper.” Check out the other pics below of the man being pushed and falling off the bridge.

Talk about ending one’s procrastination and cutting to the chase. The 66 year old Lai Jiansheng said that he was sick of Chen’s “selfish activity”.

“I pushed him off because jumpers like Chen are very selfish. Their action violates a lot of public interest,” Lai was quoted as saying by Xinhua. “They do not really dare to kill themselves. Instead, they just want to raise the relevant government authorities’ attention to their appeals.”

Prosecutors Claim that Drew Peterson Tried to Hire a Hitman to Kill Third Wife Kathleen Savio

During a court hearing regarding the reduction of Drew Peterson’s $20 million bond, an interesting piece of information was presented by the prosecution. Will County prosecutor claims that Drew Peterson tried to hire a hitman in 2003 to kill his third wife Kathleen Savio.

Prosecutors gave a preview of their case today and said Savio’s death was staged to make it look like an accident.

The state also claims Peterson tried to solicit a hit on Savio in 2003, but did not elaborate. Prosecutors indicated they have evidence that would be presented in court.

In addition, the state told the court that Peterson knew fact of the case that only the killer would know.

Prior to his pending divorce from Kathleen Savio, prosecutors claim that Drew Peterson offered someone $25,000 to kill his wife. However, in the end did the act himself. Their theory is, facing “financial ruin”, Peterson attempted to solicit a hitman to kill his wife. It is reported that Drew Peterson told a fellow officer that just a few weeks before Kathleen Savio was found dead in a bathtub that, his life would be easier “if she was just dead.”

Prosecutor James Glasgow said Peterson told a fellow police officer that he would be financially ruined by a pending divorce, and life would be easier if his wife were dead. Three weeks later, Savio’s body was found in her bathtub with a gash on the back of her head, the Will County prosecutor said. Glasgow did not reveal the source of his allegation.

Savio’s death initially was ruled an accidental drowning, but authorities reopened the investigation after Stacy Peterson disappeared. They ruled Savio’s death a homicide after exhuming her body and performing a new autopsy. Peterson was arrested May 7.

For years woman have wanted equality with men. Not so when it comes to sex offenders. Think about it, when a female sex offender have “relationships” with boys, male sex offender are “rapists”. Should not they both be considered the same? There is not only a double standard between men and women, there is a doubly standard between female sex offenders that are HOT or NOT.

Hot for Teacher night? So this is how we reward child sex offenders? So as long as it is a woman having sex with an under age boy, we find it okay in today’s society to market it as a school boy fantasy as long as we show the teacher to be a hot blond in a skirt and thigh high socks. Would it be considered okay if the teacher was not “hot”? Or, what would we think if it were a 29 year old man having sex with a 12 year old girl? What is the reaction when it’s a man, we cheer a mother beating a sex offender with a bat. Obviously there is a double standard when it comes to sex crimes.

Mary Kay Letourneau, the teacher who in became infamous in the 1990’s for having an affair with a sixth grade boy, Vili Fualaau, is now profiting from her fame. Actually the wedded couple are both profiting as both Mary Kay Letourneau, along with her now husband, Vili Fualaau, host “HOT FOR TEACHER” night at a Seatle, WA bar.

Bar owner Mike Morris said Mary Kay Letourneau has served her sentence and it’s OK for the couple to have some fun …

Saturday’s event at Fuel Sports Eats & Beats will be their third “Hot for Teacher” night, Morris said. She greets people and he DJs.

Does anyone really wonder why we see in the courts such lax penalties to sex crimes. Especially when the individual committing the statutory rape is a female.  Mary Kay Letourneau was a 34 year old school teacher when she had an affair, sex and was convicted of the statutory rape of 13 year old Vili Fualaau.  She gave birth to two children by him and later married him after serving several years in prison. HOT FOR TEACHER is hardly an original idea. Coed Magazine did a “Hot for Teacher” article back in February 2008 listing the Top 18 Sexiest Sex Offenders. You will notice going through the list, there is not one male. Even worse, most the comments by individuals are as thoughtless and clueless as one would imagine, making it possible for this crime to continue.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi gets a failing grade from America in her handling of the “harsh interrogation” technique matter, known as waterboarding-gate. According to a recent Gallup Poll, only 31% of those polled approved of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s handling of the waterbaording controversy as to what she knew and when she knew it. 47% disapproved of her handling while 23% were watching the finals of American Idol.

I, ah, um, ah, did not, um, ah, I was not briefed on waterboarding, um ah, not a single time. These allegation are false that I was briefed, um, ah, and I need to go back to the work of the American people.
