Follow the Path, The One Already Might be There … Venezuelan Socialist and Chief Chavez Calls on Obama to Follow the Path of the Dark Side, Socialism

Barack Obama … Hugo Chavez wants you.

Darth_vader_1024

Hugo Chavez, Venezuelan President and socialist dictator is looking for a few good socialists and Barack Obama’s name is on his short list. As reported at The Drudge Report, Hugo Chavez called upon US President Barack Obama to follow the path to socialism. What a sad state of affairs in the United States when a socialist dictator like Chavez openly recruits an American President for his socialist policies. You know it is bad when a socialist dictator recognizes socialist talent in a US President. As recently stated, some of Barack’s polices already appear to look rather similar to Chavez’s.

Chavez_Mahmoud_Ahmadinejad

Barack, join the socialist revolution so I can give you a big man hug like my good friend Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Chavez said that people are calling Obama a “socialist” for the measures of state intervention he is taking to counter the crisis, so it would not be too far-fetched to suggest that he might join the project of “21st century socialism” that the Venezuelan leader is heading.

“Nothing is impossible. Who would have thought in the 1980s that the Soviet Union would disappear? No one,” he said.

“Imagine a socialist revolution in the U.S. Nothing is impossible,” Chavez added. Chavez also went on to say that “capitalism in America has failed” and it would appear that Obama looks to make sure as well.

Chávez Calls on Obama to Join Him in the Socialist Revolution

Why am I reminded of Star Wars … Barack, I am your father … join the Dark Side and we shall rule the universe together. Or would Chavez be a Sith Lord?

“Come on, Obama, align yourself with us on the way to socialism!” said the Venezuelan leader who this week also expropriated plants and lands of Venezuela’s Polar, US firm Cargill, and Irish firm Smurfit. “Come on, it’s the only way!”

Let’s admit it, becoming a high level member of the Obama administration is like becoming an officer at Auschwitz. It’s not for everyone,,,JS

Obama: Time of crisis can be ‘great opportunity’

      By BEN FELLER

He defended his budget proposal, whacked Wall Street “accounting tricks” and sent a message to Congress that it must make some tough choices.

Separately, the president offered advice to people struggling to pay their bills. He told The New York Times that people should be prudent and get back to fundamentals, with an eye on steady savings, reasonable returns and long-term investing.

“What I don’t think people should do is suddenly stuff money in their mattresses and pull back completely from spending,” Obama told the newspaper in an interview posted on its Web site Saturday.

Let us not forget this dis from Obama from the UK Telegraph: Barack Obama ‘too tired’ to give proper welcome to Gordon Brown.

      http://tinyurl.com/b63uam

Barack Obama’s offhand approach to Gordon Brown’s Washington visit last week came about because the president was facing exhaustion over America’s economic crisis and is unable to focus on foreign affairs, the Sunday Telegraph has been told.

Great news: Obama fumbled Brown visit because he’s in over his head
      http://tinyurl.com/b63uam

The Obama White House has now started to recognize the firestorm the new President created with our closest ally, and wants to assure the Brits that he meant no disrespect. Instead, Obama apparently wants to assure them that he’s simply in over his head and floundering

I am a 50 year old, late (Generation X) baby boomer, and I do not know how others feel, but Obama has not said or offered one program in his 50 days in or prior to that, which I can relate to. It is no longer the America that (my father told me) if you work hard, good things will happen. Nor does it seem like the place anymore where there is always someone willing to give you a chance. I feel like every time the chosen one talks, I am being dictated to how it is going to be. Although… didn’t I hear Obama say on the campaign trail that he wanted government to go more grass roots and get the American people more involved? Oh sure… get us involved paying more taxes so he can architect his socialist nation…. You know that Rolling Stones song… Lies, Lies, Lies…. We cannot blame everything going on now on Barrack, yet I for one feel he is not painting a rosy picture for our future.

I would bet my house he will not be reelected in 2012 if the first 50 days is setting the tone for the next few years. I also predict record number of voters in both the mid term and the next presidential election when people will stand up and say no all this.

More to the tune of…. I think it was John Cale of Velvet Underground sang “Rose Garden funeral of sores…. which i always interpreted as a political song

    6. Just Bearly on March 8th, 2009 8:01 am

      correction… Bauhaus did that song…

    7. Just Bearly on March 8th, 2009 8:15 am

both Bauhaus and John Cale is correct… sorry a bit off topic. I still can appreciate the old protest rock and punk songs from the 60′s, 70′s, & early 80′s.

Since Obambi wants to ‘negociate’ with the very enemy that assisted in the 9-11 attacks, why would he not want to take some Spanish lessons from this Venezualen clown?

    10. dennisintn on March 8th, 2009 1:57 pm

#4, obama was speaking to the acorn group when he said he wanted a “grass roots” approach and promised he was going to attend local meetings and such to get advice of what needed to be done. if he actually did this, the meetings must have all been with acorn organized groups and held in secret, because the media never mentioned any such meetings.

eric holder is a complete dumbass and should not be in the position he has.

      ????

dolf, eric holder is the new attorney general who said we were a nation of cowards because we and the africans did not all mingle on the weekends and on our time off.
thus the post i made earlier after surveying some of my black co-workers and different africans i meet during the week. they don’t want to hang around me and i don’t want to hang around them on my time off. it’s a ridiculous statement from a newly elected politician.

    16. Dolf on March 11th, 2009 1:50 am

      so, whats the problem?

I do not hang out with ppl I don’t like either.

well Red, thats 1 of the downsides of democracy.

      everyone can vote.
and politicians are always trying to make us vote with our hearts instead of heads.

    18. Dolf on March 11th, 2009 5:44 am

btw, here voting percentage is about 60% and they dare to call it good.

I mean, its your duty to vote
