Missing Haleigh Cummings Connection? Chad Eugene Reynolds, Sex Offender Missing Since February 4, 2009 from Ochlawaha, FL

Coincidence or material to the case of missing 5 year old Haleigh Cummings

25 year old Chad Eugene Reynolds, a registered sex offender is missing in Florida. Chad Eugene Reynolds was last seen on February 1, 2009 when he left his mother’s home at 3 Bay Court Run in Ocklawaha on that Sunday to watch the Super Bowl at a local bar. Reynolds was reported missing on February 4. Ocklawaha is about 2 hours away from Satsuma, FL where Haleigh Cummings went missing. Haleigh Cummings was last seen on the night of February 9 at approximately 10 pm. Could there possibly be a connection?

Scared Monkeys had previously reported that there were 44 sex offenders within a 5 mile radius of the Cummings’ home. However, could what police are leaning towards in an abduction been committed by a sex offender outside that 5 mile radius?

Chad Eugene Reynolds, 25, was last seen Feb. 1 leaving his mother’s home in Ochlawaha, Fla. — about two hours from Haleigh’s home — police said. He was reported missing on Feb. 4.

Reynolds reportedly borrowed a car from a friend and then later called to say the vehicle had broken down near the Marion/Lake County Lines, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The car was located in an undisclosed location south of Marion County, but Reynolds was nowhere to be found.

Chad Eugene Reynolds had been previously sentenced in Putnum County, the same county where Haleigh was reported missing, for armed burglary and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12 that occurred on Sept. 3, 2002. Reynolds was released in November and is on 10 years of community supervision. Chad Reynolds has not been called a suspect officially; however, any common sense thinking person would have to put him in a person of interest category.

IRRESPONSIBLE CHANGE: What Was the Rush to Sign the $787 Billion Stimulus Plan … So Obama’s Could Have Weekend Off?

Change you can believe in … irresponsible rush to judgment in signing away our children’s future.

Why would anyone rush to sign something before actually responsibly reading what they were signing. Are not we always told to read the fine print before signing? Is not part of the sub-prime mortgage problem the fact that individuals had no idea what they were signing and what rates would balloon to? Who can honestly say, whether you be a Republican, Democrat or Independent that a rush to judgment and signing what has never been read is responsible to “We the People”?

Obama used all the finesse of a used car salesman rushing this piece of legislation through Congress. Buyer beware when one makes you try to commit to something before you are ready to responsibly act.

What was Obama’s rush to sign the $787 Billion Stimulus plan? Why the phony rush to sign such an enormous spending bill that will affect generations for years to come? Was it because he was afraid that law makers may actually read the over 1000 pages before they actually signed it? Are you actually afraid that they might actually read it? Was it because Nancy Pelosi had to catch a plane to Rome, Italy on Friday night?

Maybe it was because as the New York Post wrote, it’s Barack and Michelle Obama had to get out of town for Valentine’s Day weekend. Obama plans to spend the Presidents’ Day weekend in Chicago, IL, and is not expected to sign the bill until Tuesday of nest week. So why the rush? I guess we must remember what is important as minions, and it’s not us. Why was it so imperative that Congress not be given ample time to actually read such an important piece of legislation? Was the economy going to collapse over the weekend?

After pushing Congress for weeks to hurry up and pass the massive $787 billion stimulus bill, President Obama promptly took off for a three-day holiday getaway.

Bridges Muslim TV Founder, Muzzammil Hassan, Charged with Decapitating his Wife 37 Year Old Aasiya Zubair

Hmm … so this guy was considered a moderate.

Muzzammil Hassan, the founder of Bridges Muslim TV network in Orchard Park, NY has been charged and arrested in the brutal death of his wife. 37 year old Aasiya Zubair was found decapitated at the Bridge’s Muslim T.V. network Thursday evening. According to police, the couple had trouble getting along … YA THINK!!! As The Jawa Report writes, ‘Prominent Member Of Religion Of Peace Community Ends Marriage In Peaceful Fashion.’

Thursday evening, police converge on the station’s Orchard Park studio and office.

ARUBA: Has The Netherlands Really Done Everything “REASONABLE” to Solve the Natalee Holloway Case?

Define “reasonably”? Can the term reasonable and a crime being investigated in Aruba actually be used in the same sentence?

Why is anyone supposed to believe everything reasonable was done to investigate the disappearance of Natalee Holloway? Many stated from the outset that the fix was in when two black security guards were arrested while the last three people to be with Natalee Holloway, Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe remained free to walk the streets. Dutch official Hero Brinkman is on record as saying that Aruba is “Corrupt as Hell!!!”

What is reasonable when one knows that the very island that the crime took place on is corrupt and that one of the suspects, a Dutch citizen, has connections through his father to obstruct justice?

In the case of the article that appeared in Amigo February 11, 2009, The Netherlands: ‘Done everything to solve the Holloway case;’ “reasonably” as defined by whom, former US President Bill Clinton in that it all depend on what the meaning of is, is. Going through the motions of looking like one is cooperating in an investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway is hardly a sincere effort.

The Netherlands has ‘reasonably’ done everything a country can do to solve the case of the disappeared American teenager Natalee Holloway, says state secretary Ank Bijleveld-Schouten (Kingdom Relations, CDA) in a letter to the Lower House that have asked for more information.

Holloway disappeared in May of 2005 and the case is still not solved.  There are currently two investigations going in the disappearance case: the criminal investigation into the disappearance of the teenager and an investigation by the national detective into the allegations of Justice-minister Rudy Croes in the early stages of the criminal investigation.

It was in December of last year that Croes accused the former chief of police Jan van der Straaten of having blown the investigation in the first ten days.  He did this in consideration of his friendship with Paul van der Sloot, the father of Joran van der Sloot, who is still the prime suspect. The Public Prosecutor doesn’t give any details during this investigation, writes Bijleveld to the Lower House.

Amber Alert, Missing 5 year Old Haleigh Cummings, Satsuma Florida … UPDATE

Haleigh Cummings, 5, was abducted from her home in the evening hours of February 10. She was in the care of her Father’s 17 year old girlfriend, Misty Croslin while he was at work at his job as a crane operator in Patalak, FL.  Mr. Cummings has taken a polygraph and has stated he has been cleared of involvement in his daughter’s disappearance. Cummings girlfriend has allegedly taken 2 polygraph tests by her own admission; although the reason she was administered 2 is unknown.  According to Cummings:

“We have all offered to take lie detectors,” Cummings said of his family. He said “there was no reason to believe that he or his girlfriend failed them.”

Misty Croslin’s account of the evening of February 10 has come under intense scrutiny as it has changed several times to include other house guests and where both children were sleeping at the time.

Sheriff Jeff Hardy said Croslin took the test, but he would not discuss outcomes of any polygraphs.  “Misty has been interviewed extensively,” Hardy said.

A review of available court records shows there is prior drug usage by both of Haleigh’s parents and seemed to be a significant factor in Mr. Cummings receiving primary custody of his two children.

There are 44 Registered Sex Offenders within a 5 mile radius of the Cummings mobile home on Green Lane in Satsuma, Putnam County.

PARENTS CALL TO ACTION

Recently, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced it may have to cut it’s Amber Alert and Registered Sex Offender Notification Programs due to requested budget cuts.

“We’ve lost 56 positions in the last year, and we know any additional cuts are going to be in our  key service area,” FDLE spokeswoman Heather Smith told WOKV. “Anything beyond this point is  certainly going to have an effect on public safety.”

It seems in case after case we read how shocked people are when they review the registered sex offender listings in their area. WHY? As parents why don’t you know if your child is at risk?

It is required by law to have an online and searchable registered sex offender for each state.

For our children’s sake, as unpleasant as it is, take the time to search your area, review the pictures of the offenders and register for alert updates for anyone coming out of corrections or moving to your area. It is the best way to protect your children and minimize the risk to them.

The Florida Bar has confirmed with me directly today that it is investigating the most recent complaint inquiry against Jose Baez, attorney for Casey Anthony, contained in this article, ref #09-14647. There will be no further comments from the FBA while it continues it’s investigation into the filing.

I spoke exclusively with Mark Nejame, Previous Attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, currently representing Texas Equusearch for comment:

“Given what has been brought to light about the identity of Todd Black by your investigative  efforts and his representation of Jose Baez,  I am considering filing a complaint with the Florida  Bar.  I have had personal experiences with Mr. Black or whoever he is where he represented  himself as an agent for Jose Baez. I am going to reach out to the bar on the issue as to my ethical  responsibility as a member to do so.”

Not one to dwell on a messy break-up, Jose Baez has hired veteran Media Rep Marti Mackenzie . It is rumored she comes with her own phone that is not registered to anyone in the Baez household.

“It’s time to refocus on legal issues,” Mackenzie said Wednesday. “My role is to free up the  defense lawyers so they can do that.”

Marti Mackenzie, who I can confirm is an actual PR representative and no one’s alter ego, is best known for her representation in former astronaut Lisa Nowak’s case.

TRAGEDY: 49 Killed as Continental Connection Airplane Crash in Clarence Center, NY Home

For every miracle we witness like the “Miracle on the Hudson” where a a plane lands safely an all aboard survive, sadly we also have the tragic stories like that of Continental Connection  Flight 3407 from Newark, NJ to Buffalo, NY that crashed last night around 10:15 pm. According to reports from 2 On Your Side the plane went down on Long Street near the intersection of Goodrich and Clarence Center Roads approximately 10 miles from the Buffalo airport.

The Bombardier Q400, a twin-engine turboprop from Newark to Buffalo went down last night crashing into a home in Clarance Center, NY. All aboard and one on the ground were killed;  44 passengers, 4 crew members and one on the ground were killed. It was the first fatal crash of a commercial plane in the US since August 27, 2006.

The dead included 44 passengers, four crew members and a person on the ground.

A nurse at Erie County Medical Center said the hospital’s second shift had been told to stay late to treat survivors but was sent home before midnight.

“There were no souls to bring in and treat,” she said.

Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority spokesman C. Douglas Hartmayer said there was little communication between the plane, Flight 3407, and the tower before the crash. Crew members aboard the flight from Newark Airport had not reported mechanical problems as they approached Buffalo.

The commuter plane that crashed near Buffalo was on autopilot when it went down in icy weather, indicating that the pilot may have violated federal safety recommendations and the airline’s own policy for flying in such conditions, a federal official said Sunday.

Steve Chealander, a National Transportation Safety Board member, said the company that operated the flight recommends pilots fly manually in icy conditions. Pilots are required to do so in severe ice.

Call it “irresolvable conflicts,” New Hampshire Senator Judd Gregg has abruptly and surprisingly withdrawn as the Commerce Secretary shocking President Obama. Citing irresolvable conflict with the Obama stimulus plan and the Obama hijacking of the 2010 census as the reason. It is about time Republicans stood up for principles. Not only did Gregg stand his ground to the Obama White House, he also has never resigned from his senate seat. Gregg is still the US Senator from New Hampshire.

Saying, “I made a mistake,” Republican Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire abruptly withdrew as commerce secretary nominee on Thursday and drew a testy reaction from the White House, suddenly coping with the third Cabinet withdrawal of Barack Obama’s young presidency.

Gregg cited “irresolvable conflicts” with Obama’s handling of the economic stimulus and 2010 census in a statement released without warning by his Senate office.
