Caylee Anthony Murder Case: Jose Baez Way to Keep on Top of Things … Files Motion on Friday Regarding Ricardo Morales and MySpace “win her over with chloroform” Pic

What took you so long Baez? WOW, you guys are good. How much are you getting paid and by who? This info has been out there how long? It’s just another pathetic attempt by Baez to throw mud against the wall and hope something sticks. If you want any further information regarding the use of chloroform, ask your client Casey Anthony.

By the way Baez, it says Win her, not KILL HER!!!

Jose Baez and Dream Team have finally figured out that ex-boyfriend Ricardo Morales had a picture on his MySpace account that referenced chloroform and said, “win her over with chloroform.” Jose Baez filed a motion on Friday seeking more information about an ex-boyfriend of his client’s who posted a picture on MySpace that showed a man and woman with the title “win her over with chloroform.” However, Ricardo Morales had previously told police that Casey had access to his computer. Also, Morales’ laptop was already analyzed by LE and detectives noted that “there was nothing incriminating on his computer. What exactly would Baez’s theory be as to how ex-boyfriend was involved in this case? Did Morales kidnap Caylee from Zanny the nanny who kidnapped Caylee from Casey? Or better yet, maybe Morales was secretly dating Zaneida Gonzales and it was one big conspiracy? Or maybe, just maybe … the tight person is behind bars and Casey Anthony is guilty.

Jose Baez wants prosecutors to turn over information about Ricardo Morales, including details about a forensic examination conducted on his computer.

In the more than 3,000 pages of discovery turned over by the state to Anthony’s defense team, it was revealed that detectives questioned Morales at least twice. In the second interview, which occurred in October, Morales said he dated Anthony from January through mid-April, two months before Caylee was last seen alive. Morales told detectives he posted the chloroform picture on his MySpace page around the beginning of 2008. It was sometime after that when someone did a search for the word “chloroform” on the home computer of George and Cindy Anthony, where Casey Anthony lived with Caylee. A short time later, Morales and Casey Anthony broke up. When Morales was asked about the photo, he told detectives it was “kind of funny.” He did not remove the photo from the MySpace page until after Casey Anthony was arrested.

The fact of the matter is that Baez and Casey Anthony will throw anyone under the bus in order to prove the unprovable, that Casey Anthony did not murder her daughter Caylee. Sadly, the defense team for Casey Anthony is trying to ruin other people’s lives in their efforts to defend their client. It was not Ricardo Morales who joked around about drugging Caylee to sleep, that would have been Casey Anthony. You remember her Jose, your client indicted on capital murder charges.

It doesn’t surprise me that Jose Baez will clutch at straws to win this case. This is the only way he’ll get paid. As far as Casey is concerned, she would sell anyone and the includes her family. They are much more faithful to her than she is to them. When she gets desperate, look out family and friends.

      If that don’t beat all!

Sounds like the reason Casey is so Zany
is because she was ‘huffing’ chloroform!

      PA Mom:

I think he’s going to stick with Padilla’s theory about chloroform and point his fickle finger of fate in whatever direction he can.

      I still don’t trust Padilla.

Jose Baez will try to pin Caylee’s murder on Ricardo Morales now :-( It is odd that Morales had that picture on his MySpace account and chloroform is also linked to the case.

Baez will try anything, out of desperation, to save Casey’s a$$! Well, it’s not going to work!

    5. HOPE on January 25th, 2009 7:50 pm

      Interesting, indeed:

The former boyfriend, Ricardo Morales, told investigators that Anthony had joked about giving Caylee baby medicine to put her to sleep, though he said Anthony appeared to have a normal relationship with her daughter, reported.

Fasten your seat belts. The rides gonna get rough. If Baez misses his mark, he may rely on an accidental death as his reasonable doubt.

    6. brie. on January 25th, 2009 8:15 pm

Baez is doing nothing but asking the prosecution for documents and information…go research it Ricardo will probably have to hire an attorney to protect himself…

You’re probably right. We give him, way, too much credit. So after he loses, they get a retrial because he’s incompetent to represent anyone in this type of case. Unless, they keep the death penalty off the table. I’ve heard a lot of people posting about how they’d like to see her not be able to do the loop-di-doop in prison…

You know the LMN movie about Natalee. Buckle up Aruba. It’s gonna be a rough ride. All you good people in Aruba [I know there are many] It’s time to put pressure on your justice system and your officials. Bring those responsible [everyone knows who they are] to justice. The movie will air in April of this year. Aruba , Things do come around.

Anthonys: George Regains Will To Live; Police Investigate Lee

Source Says Investigators Want To Know What Lee Anthony Knew

      POSTED: 7:50 pm EST January 25, 2009
      UPDATED: 8:41 pm EST January 25, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. — Investigators credited with saving Caylee Anthony’s grandfather’s life last week said on Sunday that they will be going back to ask members of the family some tough questions.

The investigators said they’ll be focusing on Caylee’s uncle, Lee Anthony.

Anthony family attorney Brad Conway told WESH 2′s Bob Kealing on Sunday that grandfather George Anthony has regained the will to live.

Some of the same investigators credited with saving George Anthony’s life after he disappeared now have to resume their investigation into the death of his granddaughter. That includes asking questions about what Lee Anthony knew about Caylee’s disappearance and when he knew that information.

“We kind of treat him separately,” a source close to the investigation told WESH 2 News of Lee Anthony. “He knows what he has done.”

The lawyer for Lee Anthony said on Sunday that Lee is working out of town and trying to deal with his father’s issues the best he can.

Investigators also said that they are still looking into possible charges against Lee Anthony. However, Conway said Lee Anthony is not asking for immunity from prosecution because the family isn’t sure why he would need it.

Meanwhile, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony said the strain of waiting so long to bury Caylee was a contributing factor to George’s desire to harm himself.

“In our culture, burying your loved on is one of the biggest steps towards healing, and he has not been able to do that,” Conway said.

Conway said the outpouring of love and compassion is bringing George Anthony out of the woods.

“He does have that will to live and survive, and he knows he does have a lot to offer those who will go through it and are going through it,” Conway said.

At Caylee’s memorial, Leona Lieber said she had the same thoughts when her son died after a battle with cancer.

“When I lost my son, I just wanted to be with my son, just like George wants to be with Caylee,” Lieber said.

In reference to post # 13 – Wow, that was really a QUICK recovery for good ol’ Georgie boy, don’t ya think? I agree with those of you who say George should man up and should speak out for Caylee’s sake, for God’s sake!

And, why the f*ck is Lee Anthony working out of town? Lee should be in Orlando! The entire family is a FLIGHT RISK and should have been arrested months ago!!

    15. HOPE on January 25th, 2009 10:01 pm

      Tough questions?

I thought we’d have George and Cindy back on the circuit, again. I mean, as long as he’s able to stand and move his lips, Cindy can fill in…

Another round of Larry King, anyone?

It’s good to hear he’s okay. I hope they keep an eye on him for a while. Do you think that George was kept out of the link? I can’t wait to hear what some of those questions might be…

      Thanks, Susan :)

    16. brie. on January 25th, 2009 10:58 pm

My, My, George, what a quick recovery, I, now don’t think he was suicidal, maybe just needed some help to straighten out his direction…

It seems like the investigators are interested in questioning Lee, maybe George did talk.

    17. Justiceforall on January 25th, 2009 11:31 pm

Someone posted a theory on youtube that Casey gave a clue to where Caylee’s body was… in the interview you hear her say “It is my gut feeling that she is close to hope (which most people thought sounded like home). There is a street with the name Hope in it close to where the body was found.

Also, its just too much coincidence that Zenaida Gonzalez showed up at Sawgrass apartments to put in an application, just as Casey Anthony was visiting her friend. She had talked about Zani many times before to her friends and family, but was able to hide her location of where she was staying. Is it possible that Casey Anthony was into prostitution for drugs and money and that Zanaida Gonzalez was a real friend who was in this underground group. Could Casey have convinced Zenaida Gonzalez to go to Sawgrass that day as a way to make her story make sense? Could she have paid this woman to go over there and put in an application to throw off police?

I haven’t followed this as closey so I may be missing some important information that you can set me straight on.

I find it odd that the parents were not communicating with Casey for 30 days and then contacted her after the car was towed…. Could they have been hiding information about the killing of their granddaughter? Could they have helped cover up all of this…and then tell her that she needed to get missing for a while to let things cool down… so they would have time to figure out a story. He reports the gas cans missing to police. Was this intentionally set up somehow?

I wasn’t thinking the parents were involved until now. Something isn’t right here.

    18. Justiceforall on January 25th, 2009 11:37 pm

Regarding Moralez and them taking another look…. they are doing this because they know this is being tried in the media. They want to focus attention on him in the media to establish doubt. That is their job….. however sleezy… they will do everything within their power to create doubt in the public eye.

    19. brie. on January 26th, 2009 12:16 am

#17….There was a woman by the name of Zenaida that actually filled out an application for an apt at Sawgrass, but it is legitimate, the woman has several children and now she can’t find a job or get an apt because of what Casey did to her name, claiming she kidnapped Caylee. The woman has a pending lawsuit.

    20. cbfore on January 26th, 2009 12:29 am

I just figured maybe George faked it to get Casey to talk, since in his note he stated he still felt she was innocent….maybe if she heard this she would finally talk. I think they will try anything to get this going. I do feel for him, however if this was genuine. I think he has finally come to the realization, that their attempts to help resolve Casey are for nought and this is where they have to start telling what they know….which could very well get them in trouble as well. I think we all know that life for this family will never and can never be the same….how do you move passed all this, when there is so much more yet to come.

At this point there isn’t a damn thing anyone can do, especially to expect that this pathetic excuse for a mother has any remorse whatsoever for what she has done to this/her child. We sit here day after day and say that we hope she is forever reminded of what she has done, expecting that somehow she will feel guilty. Before she can feel guilt, she has to man up to what has been done….but not once has she shown emotion….that is not possible for a loving mother whose child has gone “missing”. That is because she never was “missing”, much less “missed” by her mother.

What makes this story so media worthy, and it will continue to be, is an entire family willing to assist in covering up a heinous crime. Intentional or not, premeditated or not, I would think that in the moment this kind of thing occurs and especially when it is realized that your worst fears are the truth….that the urge to bring justice would overide. I know it would be hard to believe that a loved one especially your daughter, would be capable of such evil, but wouldn’t it be even harder to forgive them?

    21. cbfore on January 26th, 2009 12:49 am

I mean, Casey doesn’t appear to have been a very respectful/grateful daughter, even though her life was being handed to her on a platter. The parents were obviously having troubles with her prior to this happening, and those around her all stated she was a known habitual liar. It seems they all only knew the “casey” that she wanted them each to know….each knowing different stories of just about every aspect of her life. She was stellar at pulling the wool over everyones eyes….and those that knew her best were the first to say that they felt she was capable of having done something to Caylee. Not that they thought she would, but that they felt she could. Which speaks volumes. So why are the parents so adamant about her innocence, is her love really worth it? Do they think she will thank them, ever, for standing by her?….do they think they can change the outcome?….it will only drive them crazy, and in the end, when the truth sets in, their guilt will prevail…they will be forced to live with this for the rest of their lives….and she will still never give them any kind of respect.

Casey cares for nobody but herself….everything in her life is about her, has always been about her…she has never even asked about any investigation when talking with her family. Only when they brought it up, she went along, but very quickly got right back on the subject of herself……pathetic.

    22. brie. on January 26th, 2009 12:51 am

Now after George spoke with investigators at the hospital there is a big interest in Lee Anthony and he may get arrested. I think they suspect Lee is involved and knew what happened to Caylee.

      Justice for All:

Yes, it’s true that she said Hope and the body was found behind an address on Hope Spring Drive. But, what is truly amazing is that she was buried directly behind the border between two properties. The first being listed in the white pages as Zenieda and the second being Gonzales.

She may have known that Z. Gonzales was going to the Sawgrass apartments because someone had stolen her computer from her. Zenieda Gonzales was a person Casey made up in her mind but she picked a fall guy from the University with that name. She may have even tried to kill her and her daughter a week earlier, but nabbed the wrong person.

She had a fight with her parents and Cindy was seen trying to choke Casey as she stormed out the house yelling at her parents that they would NEVER see their grand daughter again. That may be why they waited so long to report. Casey had been telling them that she was going out of town to visit old friends while staying with Tony who could take her or leave her, really. No doubt she ran out of money, out of gas and out of a future.

I don’t think that she was a prostitute, but she had loose morals… she’d rather steal from her parents or her friends than to work. Typical drug addict, maybe. She probably slept with people for drugs. I get the feeling that she was homeless or she saw herself as homeless at the time. But, she killed Caylee and, maybe, had planned to kill her for a while and, finally, cracked.

She had a long time to think about what she was going to tell the Police. She’s very intelligent, but self absorbed. I think Caylee died on June 16th and was buried on June 18th so she had what? A month to think about what she was going to do. I think she thought the police would just believe her about everything. She wanted them to think that Caylee disappeared on June 9, the same day the computer was stolen. But, Cindy spent Father’s Day with Caylee at the nursing home. Anyway… everything she says is a lie.

I’m no expert around here. It’s kinda hard to stay caught up. If you click on the words in the article that are printed in blue, it provides you with a link to the information used to write the article.

If you like you can click on Caylee’s name at the right and see all the articles that were written about her. You can skip the comments or read through them, if you like.

Orlando Sentinel said the Anthony’s are going to try and have Caylee’s burial this week.

George is still in the hospital under psychiatric care, he needs help to begin the healing process. I guess that means he won’t be attending the funeral, even though that would be part of the healing process. Well maybe they allow him to come with supervision from a hospital staff person.

Cindy is probably afraid that George is talking.

Hmmm could this be the reason Lee thought about ending it all ???

    29. April on January 26th, 2009 11:16 am

I am just wondering if George’s “suicidal behavior” wasn’t just part of their circus show for the media. I mean, if they were in fact involved in a cover up, wouldn’t it make him look much more innocent if all of this was just too hard on him to keep on living? And, if Cindy really did sell the note, perhaps she just wants to be sure that the media can put it out there for them, probably including something about “everyone thinking they did something when they didn’t.” Just a guess.

Something else that makes me think this is the fact that he texted that he didn’t want to go on living… this something that a suicidal person really does? I mean, I would think they would just vanish and do it, but people who SAY ahead of time that they are going to do it are either wanting the attention from it or wanting someone to stop them.

I guess on the flip side, I wonder why they are suddenly investigating Lee? Although I believe he was involved, why now? Was there something said or uncovered by George that started this?

    30. OHC on January 26th, 2009 2:35 pm

Hell, maybe George was suppose to sacrifice himself with suicide, then he gets the blame, Casey gets out of jail, Cindy is free and eveyone lives happily ever after.

maybe they will find out the truth and this will all end…….

kind of suspicious that an old boyfriend thought it comical to put a picture like that on myspace yet with this generation does not surprise me….did the boyfriend ever visit the Anthonys house…….did he ever go on her computor……did she investigate chloroform after seeing his web page………there is alot going on that has alot of holes in it… can you say she is guilty when its possible someone chloroformed her and her daughter and killed the daughter……….need more facts….good luck

    32. Sharon Chicago on January 26th, 2009 4:24 pm

Casey’s attorney will probably say that Casey looked up “chloroform” on the internet because her boyfriend had posted the picture with that word on it and she wanted to look it up to get a clearer meaning of what the word meant on her boyfriends website.

    33. Sharon Chicago on January 26th, 2009 4:26 pm

    35. brie. on January 26th, 2009 7:21 pm

Baez is probably just itching to find out what George has said. He will probably want all documents and information turned over to him, just like he will when the investigators talk with LEE.

I guess George is talking, good for him, it’s about time. Maybe he has wanted to talk but did it under psychiatric evaluation , that way he say it wasn’t his fault to spill the beans.

Maybe Lee has known for a long time what happened but went along with charade of kidnapping and used the money from the Caylee Foundation Fund.

Also maybe they know that Lee is the father from the DNA results. Just speculating!

I’d like to know what the comment means that Lee knows what he did this summer.

I think that the prosecution will make a big deal about the search on Casey’s computer for Chloroform in the trial. It could be that Casey looked up that word and what it was when she saw that on RM’s computer. That is a valid defense move and he would not be doing his job if he ignored it.

      #25 – Linda:

No doubt Casey’s out of her mind, but I don’t think she’ll meet the legal definition of insanity. Personally, I think she was wigged out on chloroform. We have talked alot about the characteristics of a psychopath and sociopath, but look at the side effects of chloroform:

I, still, stand by my belief that Caylee wasn’t drugged with chloroform so Casey could go out. A two year old subjected to that chemical wouldn’t be able to function.

      Psychiatric effects

The psychiatric effects of inhalant abuse include impaired judgment, confusion, fright, hyperactivity, anxiety, acute psychosis, increased violence and aggressive behavior, depression, organic brain syndrome (ie, coarse tremor, staggering gait, speech problems, thought disorder), abuse, tolerance and dependence, hallucinations, decreased intelligence quotient, intoxication, mood disorder, dementia, and withdrawal. Inhalant abuse also affects social, educational, and economic status. In addition, persons who abuse inhalants are more likely to be involved in accidents (eg, falls, burns, frostbite). Importantly, note that the number of planned suicides in persons with inhalant-related psychiatric disorders is equal to the number of planned suicides in persons with other psychiatric illnesses; however, the number of unplanned suicides is dramatically higher in children and adolescents who engage in huffing.

I agree… being in that condition and having your child crying for her momma and poppy after they just kicked you out of their house because you stole money (another sign of an addict) could set you off. Although, being impared can made it worse, it is not a defense because one makes a conscious choice to use, irregardless of being upset… these are, usually, some of the most brutal crimes becauseof the break from reality (acute psychosis) can kick in.

The planning that went into this crime, alone, can prove a jealous rage with the intent to kill. imo.

I, honestly, don’t know. But my guess is that she beat her to death. I wouldn’t be surprised if she broke her neck. Remember that little cartoon Casey had of the little girl hanging from a noose? I don’t think we’re dealing with a full deck, when it comes to Casey. But, I doubt that she ‘wasted’ any of her good high (chloroform)with Caylee… She wanted it all for herself, imo.
