Is Texas Equusearch Pulling Out of the Caylee Anthony Case?

Say it isn’t so Texas EquuSearch …

Is Tim Miller and Texas EquuSearch pulling out of the search for missing Caylee Anthony? That is the tenor of the interview with Orlando FOX35 over the weekend. Honestly, who would blame TES if this is their ultimate decision with tough economic times, so many other missing person cases open and as the story states, “the fact that the Anthony’s are not cooperating.”  However, before I would believe anything from the media with the poetic license they take with people’s words I would rather get it directly from the horses mouth. We will follow up with Tim Miller and report back later.

One could hardly imagine trying to search for a missing child only to have road blocks thrown up by the very family of a missing person. No one should ever put preconditions on the search for a missing person. All we can do is pray for the best, but in the back of our minds prepare for the worst. We can understand the family wanting to believe that their loved one is still alive and will be brought back safe. However, that does not mean denying the facts and the evidence at hand. One should never give up the hope of having a missing loved one return; however, in many cases coming home means just that … coming home.

The fact that Miller says Equusearch has already spent $44,000  on the search for Caylee, only having recouped $5,000 from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and another $7,000 from private donations, and the fact that the Anthonys are not cooperating, is forcing Miller to reconsider continuing the search.

Miller flew into Orlando on Thursday with a few members of the group and a board director.   New York Times bestselling author Judith McNaught is helping with the financing and came to support Tim in what she calls “a draining case.”

“I’m out here to write checks, that’s what the Board of Directors does, because we all want it to turn out so well,” said McNaught.  “At the same time, this is the first time I’ve made a public appearance on any case, because he (Tim) is so exhausted,” she said, adding “I’m worried about our main resource.”

The truth of the matter is that Texas Equusearch helps so many families with missing loved ones, cases that the MSM will never cover as they do not generate ratings. TES has never been about ratings, they have been about results and returning missing persons home. They have a remarkable track record to prove it.

Caylee Anthony is NOT a Missing Person’s case.

It is a homicide cover-up. Yes, Caylee’s remains are still missing, but TES’ resources are better spent on true cases of a Missing Person (who is missing against their will and who MIGHT still be found alive).

The Anthonys are not only ungreatful. They are culpable in the cover up on Caylee’s murder.

unfortunately the grandparents seem more interested in saving their ungrateful & deranged daughter than giving poor caylee a proper burial. there’s already enough evidence to convict so the whole search may just be a waste of time. maybe caylee should be allowed to rest in peace where she is? jmo.

Caylee is either a missing person or a victim. Either way, she is not the one who is at fault and she deserves a better deal than she got. I think justice will be served if the search proceeds and the person responsible (Casey or not) is held accountable for their actions. If she IS alive there is still a crime involved. If she is not, there is a crime involved. Caylee will continue to suffer and in the end, either way the grand jury goes, the person responsible will face justice. SOONER OR LATER.

This may seem like a silly question, but, why wouldn’t the search team get the rewards for the missing persons they recover? Is it a tax thing since they are non profit? Doesn’t make sense they couldn’t claim the rewards and use the money for future searches.

      All:

Please help Texas Equusearch! This is a non profit organization and your donation is tax deductible.

If you only send $10.00, it will help! Even if you have to wait until pay day…that’s o.k.

Monkeys, here’s the link…it takes less than a minute to donate.

In memory of Nathalee Holloway, Caylee Anthony and the many others who are missing.

All this money spent because Casey won’t tell the truth and is taking funds that other children could be using…what a selfish family…!!!!

Could the answer simply be that TE has exhausted any and all leads that it had, or thought it had?

There’s quite a lot of room to search in Florida.
And without working leads, TE might have thought that making further efforts would be futile.

This is just speculation on my part, of course.

There was a sound bite of Tim on WBRC 6 in Birmingham’s newscast stating they would probably know by the end of the week if they will be pulling out of the search. He did mention that the economy was sadly part of the reason, as well as so many more searches requiring their help.

    9. Fire Fox on October 13th, 2008 8:38 pm

It sounds like Tim may be ill. I hope that’s not the case and my thoughts and prayers are with him. But, I am wondering and maybe Steve Holloway can answer this question… Are there going to be anymore searches for Natalee?

      .

And, I wanted to make a point that was made by others before me… that being, there are plenty of ways to convict a murderer without a body. It’s just too bad that Aruba and The Netherlands is not up to par when it comes to giving justice to victims of violent crimes like kidnapping, rape, murder, conspiracy to commit murder and the violence that followed.

America is staying away from Aruba for a very long time…

      and for good reason.

      .

      Justice for Natalee!

Word had it on Nancy Grace, they found a toddler size Disney dress in the wooded area near the airport where they wanted to search. The dress was sent in for forensics. I hope this is a solid lead and they are closing in on the find or find something else relevant. NG thought it may well have been a dress that Caylee was said to have worn.

Sadly I think maybe the little girls unclothed body was just left in the woods, and birds of prey or animals quickly disposed of the evidence… this is part of a new theory of Larry Padilla on the NG show, who felt that Casey may have backed the car up and put an unclothed Caylee in the trunk. She may have wanted to try and make it look like a drowning accident but then could not pull it off that way.

The only one who might stop the nonsense is if George A knows more. He is reported to be the only Anthony who will willingly testify against Casey before the GJ. I doubt he will be sleeping at home tomorrow. And as for Casey… I sincerely hope you are sweating and S@%^&*g bricks tonight, and you are on the brink of talking. At some point in these proceedings, perhaps the truth can set you free for the rest of your days that you are dressed in an orange jump suit.

      #1-Cinderella—-Agree 100%. Couldn’t be said any better.

Tim Miller is a true American Hero. We should always trust in his judgement and expertise.

Yes, I wonder if SM can also follow up on whether or not TES will be continuing their own investigation into finding Natalee’s remains….with all that we know about the corruption and cover-up regarding this case…it seems unlikely to me…..we can always pray, though.

Caylee Marie Anthony never had a choice or a voice. I sincerely hope that those responsible for this crime and cover-up are brought to justice!

JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE (RIP Sweet Child)

Equusearch & Tim…you do a GR8 job…sadly the entire ANTHONY family didn’t deserve your assistance nor money!!!!

Bless you for looking for CAYLEE….sadly in this instance JOSE BAEZ LIED to the WORLD…CASEY will probably be one of the youngest THIEVING LIARS to be executed!!!

      I am crying for CAYLEE…not for Casey/Cindy/George nor Lee….WHAT A DESPICABLE FAMILY!!!!

    13. BUN on October 14th, 2008 5:50 am

What kind of robot would leave their daughter in the woods for animals and birds to pick apart????This dress should have DNA on it and has been sent away. I am for the death penality or hanging….whatever it takes to get her off the street and take away her reproducing capability.

    14. Just Bearly on October 14th, 2008 1:32 pm

re 13: instead of hanging, i am in favor of guillotine for her

I am the mother of 2, grandmother of 6 and I can not fathom how this cold-hearted girl can keep her silence. Brother Lee sure has been quiet. Listen to one of the 1st jail tapes between lee and casey…she says in her gut she feels caylee is “close to home”. That has stuck in my mind all this time. I hope Tim of Equusearch is able to come back and able to find little Caylee. She sure was born into a house full of crazies. much as I hate to say it she is probably at peace for the 1st time since she was born, since she was a pawn between her mother and grandmother. God Rest her Little Soul.
