There was rather breaking news today in the Caylee/Casey Anthony case today. Unfortunately Caylee was not found; however, there was a document dump of evidence in Casey Anthony case. 400 pages of never before seen documents were released by the State Attorney’s Office to the public in the Casey Anthony investigation. The documents including arrest reports, transcripts of interviews with witnesses, poems on MySpace and pictures of Caylee as part of the Casey Anthony case. Casey’s attorney Jose Baez filed an emergency motion to keep the media from attaining the documents; however, Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland denied Baez’s motion.

Late Monday afternoon, Eyewitness News obtained 400 pages of documents about Central Florida’s heart-breaking missing child case. In them, Casey Anthony says she would have been better off and able to party more if she didn’t have a daughter.
The documents just released Monday show that Casey Anthony’s mother called her a sociopath and warned friends to stay away from her. She also said she was a mooch and a leech.

Pages Of Evidence Against Casey Anthony Released
In the documents there is a lot of finger-pointing between Anthony and her parents, George and Cindy Anthony.
In an interview with detectives, Anthony’s boyfriend, Tony Lazarro, said she moved in with him because she said her parents were having some sort of huge dispute, and she didn’t want Caylee to be in the house while that was happening.
Another friend told detectives that Casey’s mother, Cindy, told him not to believe anything Anthony said, calling Anthony a sociopath.

I would be rather skeptical of a report that Casey handed Caylee off to friends at this point. The case of missing Caylee Anthony has drawn so much media attention, no one in their right mind would become an accomplice to her disappearance and kidnapping. Obviously there was a reason why Casey’s atty did not want this released.
Girl is a whack job! Knew that family had issues…..sounds like the Mother was trying with her…..God, what a mess.
Where is Caylee? That poor child is gone and now we won’t ever get the true story.
Very sad.
An atty, period, wouldn’t want anything negative to come out about their client.
The lady has enough brains to recognize one thing … without a daughter, she would have been able to party more.
I guess she aspires to the status of Paris Hilton and other luminaries who are “famous for being famous.” (And dissolute?)
Maybe she should have thought about having a child. It used to be that parents, or prospective parents, recognized that it was a serious decision.
Thank God we live in the media age of today, where all that matters is being on TV. Moral issues? What do you think we are, back in the age of … oh, I don’t know … Charles Dickens or those kind of guys?

i just finished reading the entire packet of info in those 400 pages. i wanted to find something there of compassion, of a mother worried about her daughter, of some sense of normal reaction from a young mother who has a child missing for 10 weeks. Within the documents a friend of Casey’s reports that Caseys’ Mom told him to stay away formo he rbecause “she is a sociopath”–
her beavior certainly fits the bill. i can’t imagine her family has not been able to badger her an dbreak her down emotionally to get information. Casey seems in everyway capable of harming her child and showing no remorse. i pray for caylee…but i don’t think she will be found alive. –Karen

Ok, I’m a little disturbed by the info that there was a kitchen knife in the car and that Cindy cleaned it along with the pants that smelled like a dead body.
I’m sure Casey’s parents want this to go away and I’m sure they want Caylee back but why cover this stuff up? George was a cop fergodsakes. He should have known not to mess with anything. They even did their own search of the place. I would love to see that little girl alive but too many hands have stirred this pot.

Lets all get over into Casey Anthonys shoes for just a minute, okay ?
1. It has been reported that Casey wanted to give up the baby Caylee for adoption before
the baby was born.
2. This should have been Caseys choice but the grandmother Cindy it is
reported did not want Casey to give up the baby for adoption.
3. Had Casey had her way and rightful choice none of this would be going on and Casey would be single with no children.
4. The want of Cindy the grandmother to have a grandchild is what put
Casey in this situation.
5. It was reported that Casey told her mother “You are the reason
I am in jail”
6. Is it possible that she could have been referring to the adoption that she
could not have?
7. Is it possible that Casey is blaming Cindy for not letting the adoption
happen like Casey wanted?
8. I do feel so very sorry for Casey in this one respect and I hope that some consideration
can be given to this fact that Casey could have adopted out this child if not for Cindy
the grandmother, so it was reported?
When you first began to watch this case unfold on July 15, 08
you think and hope that it is a missing child case and that the
child can be found and returned home in a happy ending.
Now with all the clues, lies from the mother and the report that the mother might have wanted to give up the child for adoption anything is possible in this stalled case?
Clues and findings as reported on the internet
1. Could it be possible that the mother may have wanted to give the child up for adoption because the child was a product of incest by someone in the Anthony
family?
2. Could it be possible that is why Cindy the wife of George Anthony
supposedly filed for divorce in 2005?
3. Could it be possible she found out about sex possibly
going on in the Anthony family.
4. Could it be possible that Caylee Anthony has
that name because of incest in the family?
5. Is it possible Casey the mother could have wanted to be free of a child that
was an incest child of sex within the family and the child reminded her of her sin?
6. Could it be possible that Casey could have wanted to marry her new boyfriend?
7. Could it be possible he wanted a woman with no kids?
8. Could it be possible that Caylee was done away with because Casey wanted to marry her new boyfriend?
9. Could it be possible that the new boyfriend may not have wanted Caylee?
All these are possibles and questions that just might lead to something in solving this stalled case.
Here are things that nobody is looking at!!!
“GRANDPARENTS SPOIL THEIR GRANDCHILDREN”
1. Caylee lived with her grand parents!
2. Is it possible Caylee had most everything she wanted from her grand parents.
3. She had a large doll house in the back yard to play in, a swimming pool, nice clothes and possibly got a wonderful Christmas with lots of toys.
4. Is it possible Caylee could have been spoiled rotten with all the gifts and love from her grand parents?
5. Is it possible Casey could have become jealous of Caylee of all the attention and
spoiling from her mother and father toward Caylee.
6. Is it possible this
jealously from Casey could be the reason that Caylee is missing?
Now take all this, a possible spoiled three year old and put it
into action.
1. Is it possible that Caylee could have been at Casey’s boyfriends
place wanting to go home to grandma and grandpa who possibly spoil
her with love and most anything Caylee wants?
2. Is it possible that Caylee could have
been screaming at Casey to go home to MamMaw her grandmother?
3. Is it possible that Caylee, wanting to go home to MamMaw could have said in anger
to Casey, I don’t love you, I love MamMaw and screaming I want my MamMaw.
4. Is it possible the boyfriend in his own place had gotten enough of the screaming and told Casey to shut her up or you are going to have to leave right now?
5. Is it possible that Caylee was possibly screaming for MamMaw at the top of her voice like a three year old child can do that is possibly spoiled?
6. Is it possible Casey could have lost it and done what many mothers have done to their children and drowned Caylee in the bathtub? This is not an uncommon thing in that
many mothers do away with their children and some do drown
them in the bathtub or beat them to death.
7. Is it possible that this could have happened to Caylee ??
8. Is it possible that if this is what could have happened, then a body would need
to be buried.
9. Is is possible that Caylees body could have been placed in the
trunk of Casey’s car.
10. Is it possible that Casey backed up to the garage to hide what
was being removed from the trunk?
11. Is it possible that Casey could have borrowed a
shovel from a neighbor to bury a body?
12. Is is possible that the ping tones that came
from the woods at the Orlando Airport is where Casey took a shovel?
Keep in mind that in todays world, anything is possible but that does not mean that
is what happened. Only time, more clues, findings and excellent police work will solve
this case and then we might possibly know if all the Is it possibles could fit into this case?
We may never know what really happened and if Caylee is
still alive she may never be found and if Caylee was done away
with and the body buried and re-buried it may never be found,
so all we have to look at is what can really happen in the cases
of the past.
What a sad state that things like this can happen and have
happened in the past. Sometimes we love and spoil our children too much and then the child screams to get what they want and the screaming can cause their death and this is
a reality in life.
As I look at all the clues and findings in this case, my gut feeling is that it MIGHT turn out to be a murder case to be solved by police if possible.
My gut feeling is that this MIGHT turn out to become the case of Caseys jealously of the grand child Caylee??
It MIGHT turn out to become The Murder of Caylee Anthony.
This is only a gut feeling and I certainly hope that my gut feeling is wrong in this and that Caylee will be brought home safe and that this case can have a happy ending.

If this turns out not to be a murder, I will be surprised. All the clues and findings point to this just might be an out and out murder to any intelligent person.
Plain and simple Casey Anthony had numerous reasons, Jealously, freedom, party life, desire to adopt the child out, financial, get back at her mother Cindy Anthony and no husband to help support this child.
The facts and clues are all over this case. If this were New York City, Los Angeles California or Atlanta Georgia it is very possible that Murder
charges would have already been filed.
With a possible murder homicide an arrest for murder should be right around the corner unless
the prosecutor wants to try the child neglect case
like it were a murder case and if that does not
get a confession, then murder charges could be
filed.
All we can do is wait until November 4, 08 for the
child neglect case but it could be put off until
next year, so happy waiting.
Somebody tell the detectives that too many clues
suggest murder for this to be a missing child case.

Where does this go from here? Did any of us really think Caylee was ever with a sitter or kidnapper? Nothing has ever made sense. Her lies never meshed with one another. We have all known this little girl was gone from day one. I will never believe there was an accident. When someone has an accident, they freak. Casey reamined very cool through it all, which suggests she had planned this or thought about it for a long time. She somehow has the ability to detach herself from the fact that her daughter is gone. There are more Caseys around than we realize. Grounded people just don’t do this. Look how many moms have killed their kids. Is it a sign of the times? Selfish, irresponsible, vain, immature? Shouldn’t we be raising our children to be INDEPENDENT and not DEPENDENT? Very Sad-
i do not believe that caylees body is where they are searching..i think the pings was to throw police off…some says she is crazy but she could just be mean as the devil..she is a maniplator and very good at it…she might as well hold her head up high from the pictures she hung everything else high..i sure hope this case is solved and somebody has to pay..this was a helpless child

Kayla- The girl on Rock Of Love is NOT Casey. Her name was Kristy Jo and really did not look that much like Casey. Kristy Jo was married when she went on the show and actually left early to figure out her life. At the reunion show, Kristy Jo said she was back together with her husband. So, no, it wasn’t Casey on Rock Of Love. Although I am surprised that she didn’t try out for a show like that!
Psychic Information.
I meditated on Caylee weeks ago and that night she came into me from the spirit world to say she is dead.
She was with a grandfather type and safe there.
I believe someone other than Casey killed Caylee but I believe Casey had her in the car and helped a man bury her as I saw in the Psychic message.
I don’t know the exact spot she is buried but I heard east, east of her home I suppose.
I heard the Name Seminole.
The Words I heard is they abused the child and the mother didn’t stop them, so it could be she left the little girl with acquaintenances and they killed her.
Casey from Jail said she can’t talk because her family could be in danger and I believe that could be true, but I don’t see how she could know that beautiful little girl is dead and not have broken down by now to confess what she knows.
I have sent my information to authorities but many times they don’t pay attention to Psychics but I hope they solve the case soon, but in order to do that I believe they will have to find a way to have Casey confess her part in the crime.
I believe if they charge her with murder without a body she will not go down alone and will no doubt bring the others into the case.

Casey is a crazy vindictive animal—only an animal kills their young—no doubt a human could not be capeable of causing so much pain to their own loved ones—but she cannot be compared to a human being. My heart just breaks for little Caylee’s loved ones her animalistic mother is surely not capable of any love. My adult German Sheppard shows more love to my grandchilder than the animal that gave birth to Caylee Anthony.
It is so sad that Cindy & George Anthony didn’t realize at the birth of their beautiful grandchild Caylee, and adopt or keep her away from that animal.

I have been reading up on this case for some time now… and my persona beliefs are of course the mother did it… and i believe the parents might know somoething else that they havent shared yet… it is very suspicious that they would just take the pants and knife and wash them…

I have watched this case from day one I prayed with the world to come home safe. Well tot mom put the world on a sick roll on looking for tht beautiful brown eyerd little girl. I think brother Lee has help Casey in many was. He needs to be in jail away from his sister at all times. i wish I could have helped out on the houndreds of people looking for Caley. oe
