WTF… At very few times have I been at a loss for words during the case of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. However, this might just be one of them. Please tell me that this pic has been fauxtoshopped. Joran Van der Sloot has portrayed all the classic signs over the past 3 years of being a sociopath and narcissist. I guess we should not be surprised as this photo spread appears to be no different.
So much for Joran’s trauma in dealing with the Holloway case. I am glad to see that Joran Van der Sloot has gotten over the pain, stress and strain of all the accusations hurled at him and is now able to enjoy himself and carry on his wreckless life.
Too bad Natalee Holloway could not pursue her life …

He “posed” for the photo, drinking from a bucket full oa alchol, and also stark naked. He is anonymously partying with other tourists on the issland of Koh Samet, where tourists shot the photos.
“I am king of the Ocean”, Joran yelled, according to a witness, when he was abandoning the island on a speedboat. Joran supposedly put himself in the care of a psychiatric institution, for therpay destined to people who are stuck in normal life and confront problems of behavior and psychiatric problems.
An internet friend of Joran, Martin Bakx, in the recent past loaned Joran some money to save him from prison after he was caught with marihuana.
According to Bakx, Joran took 6000 Euros form his account.

INMO I find there are three aspects to this case.
One; find Natalee dead or alive.
Two; if dead find her killers.
Third; bring her murderers to justice.
There is a definite reluctance on the part of the Aruban prosecution to place a conviction upon the last three known persons to be with Natalee. Stating that Aruban law is patterned after Dutch law and differs from American law just doesn’t cut it anymore. Describing their law as a law of convenience would be closer to the truth. The main difference is the obfuscated manner in which this case was handled from the beginning. No matter which path you took it was full of lies and obstruction of justice, not only by the suspects but also the law enforcement agency that is suppose to pursue justice and bring closure.
There was more effort in verbal abuse of the victim and the victim’s family then prosecuting the predators. There have been too many contradicting statements by Paulus Van Der Sloot, his son Joran, the other two suspects the Kalpoe brothers and their cousin the Chief of Police Gerold Dompig all the way up to the former Chief of Police Jan van Der Stratten, business owner Willeim Van Croimvoirt and Attorney Joe Tacopina.
Does Aruba think the world is that naïve that we cannot see that the reason Natalee is still missing is because Aruba does not want her found. To continue business as usual and Natalee is still missing does not require as many answers if her body were to be discovered.
So unless the Bauder Students and their colleagues in its investigation find something substantial I find in my humble opinion this case is unsolvable. Even when knowing perhaps where Natalee may be buried will not change Aruba’s reluctance to change this investigation from a search to a recovery; from freedom for the suspects to prosecuting all those responsible.
So again I say in my opinion; unless a death bed confession is given by the lead suspect Joran van der Sloot, this case is closed because Aruba wants it closed.
Our only recourse is to continue on our boycott path as Aruba attempts to go on with business as usual. Also by boycotting Dutch products, this may cause some tongues to be loosened and mouths to be opened.
Just look at how many associated with this case have left Aruba and fled to the Netherlands. Even Joran van der Sloot who as part of his release is to stay on Dutch territory has thumbed his nose at the ALE by going to Thailand in violation of his travel restriction. I don’t believe it was ever lifted. So when I say Aruba law is a law of conveniences, do we need further proof?
BTW I have a feeling that Karen Godessoff is closer to the truth then some realize!!!!!!!

When I was in college (some will know where, by the story) there was this old black guy who was and exhibitionist. He wore this trench coat, and he would walk up to you and open it. Surprise!!!, no underwear or anything.
I had heard stories about the guy since my freshman year, but I really did not believe them. Once a friend and I were in the old part of town walking down a sidewalk, when this big, old, black, man met us head on. I saw him coming, and I was afraid he was going to rob us. All of a sudden, he opens his coat and just held it open, to reveal the tiniest little pp I have ever seen, black or white.
I’ve always had trouble not laughing at inappropriate behavior, but this really struck me as funny. Why would an old black guy with a tiny pp want anyone to see it? You would think he would be ashamed.
I started laughing so hard that I could not stand. The old guy had such a look of bewilderment that it made me laugh harder. I fell to the sidewalk, unable to control my laughter, and my friend fell down too. It was like we had both suddenly become intoxicated. The old guy, thinking he had meet a couple of guys stranger than himself, ran off.

Something seems odd in the story about the “Internet friend.” It says both that he loaned money to Joran, and then that Joran took 6000 euros from his account. Are we to understand that he gave Joran open access to his money? If so … guess he learned his lesson.
As for this “new American friend,” all that we know is that her photo is on the cover with Joran.
It’s at least possible that she doesn’t know who, or what, Joran is … and she might not even be American.
If she IS American, I hope that we get her name.

I guess my skepticism about Joran’s being in Thailand was misplaced. I lived in Thailand for a year, and unfortunately some of the tourists it gets are the lowest common denominator. Joran is even below that level.

Surinamese brothers sue Dr. Phil for defamation

LOS ANGELES – Two brothers who filed an $800 million defamation suit against Dr. Phil McGraw and CBS over a broadcast concerning the disappearance of Natalee Holloway are already too tarnished to claim libel, according to attorneys for the defendants.
Holloway, of Mountain Brook, Ala., was vacationing with friends on the Caribbean island resort of Aruba when the 18-year-old vanished the night of May 30, 2005. Her body was never found.
A lawsuit filed in December 2006 by Surinamese brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe maintains they were defamed in a Sept. 15, 2005, “Dr. Phil” show, when it was alleged they gave Holloway a date-rape drug and had non- consensual group sex with her. They also contend the episode implied they helped kill Holloway and dispose of her body.
The “Dr. Phil” segment included statements by Deepak Kalpoe that were “significantly manipulated and altered,” the suit alleges. In addition to defamation, the Kalpoes’ suit alleges invasion of privacy, emotional distress, fraud, deceit and civil conspiracy.
But in court papers filed Wednesday, attorneys for CBS, McGraw and Kay Skeeters — widow of Jeremy Skeeters, a private investigator hired by McGraw to interview Deepak Kalpoe — maintain the brothers are “libel-proof.”
They say the brothers’ reputations were irreparably stained by prior published accounts of the Holloway case, meaning they cannot claim to have been damaged by the “Dr. Phil” broadcast.
After the Kalpoes were arrested for the

first time in June 2005, they were in custody for 25 days and became the subject of international media publicity, the defense court papers state.
Joran van der Sloot, who, like the Kalpoes, was arrested and later released, told police in June 2005 that “he thought (Deepak) had raped the girl and thereupon murdered her,” the defense court papers state.
The Kalpoes also adversely affected their own reputations prior to the broadcast by falsely saying they last saw Holloway with two security guards, who were questioned and later released, defense attorneys say.
Deepak Kalpoe later confided to one of the guards that he had lied to the police and apologized for getting him and his fellow guard into “that mess,” according to the defense’s court papers.
The brothers also did not ask for a correction of the “Dr. Phil” broadcast in time and are limited public figures, meaning they have to prove malice by CBS and the other defendants, the defense attorneys argue.
The defense attorneys have a motion pending Aug. 5 to dismiss the case on grounds the plaintiffs’ lawyers disobeyed court orders to turn over information.

Lots of Joran’s “pimp” friends were well to do, and touted as the upcoming leaders of Aruba. And I recall Joran stating something to the effect he “knew stuff” or Paulus “knew stuff” on various people on the island. Could be both Joran and Paulus get favors or paid off to keep things under their hat. Speaking of which, Joran should defintely have kept his “shortcomings” under a hat…what a depraved human being. Re the $6,000 Joran took from Martin’s ATM account, it was reported in Dutch News (I read it there) Joran had asked Martin to borrow a quick $1,000 to pay off a policeman to keep from getting arrested, and when Martin gave him his ATM number, he cleaned out the whole $6,000 account, and Martin called the police on him and it made the news. The whole thing then just disappeared from the news, so perhaps the Vandersloot parents had to make it good? Joran is proving to the world that he will never amount to anything. He doesn’t have to work so hard at it…we already know.
