WTF … Three Teenagers Accused of Using a Human Skull to Smoke Pot

My how times have changes. In the 80’s we had the movie Fast Times at Wtf_dudeRidgemont High where Jeff Spiccoli hits his head with a sneaker while talking on the phone and asks, “What’s that sound”? His reply, “its my skull, I’m so wasted”. In 2008 we have three kids using an actual skull to smoke pot. What has our society come to? Think smoke marijuana is not dangerous? Think again.

Can we just lock these kids up and throw away the key and save our society a lifetime of future crimes, PLEASE!!! Three teenagers have been arrested for digging up a body, decapitating its head and using the skull to smoke pot. The story was so outlandish that the police could hardly believe it was true.

The Kingwood teenager’s story of decapitating a corpse and using the head to smoke marijuana was so outlandish that at first Houston Police Department senior police officer Jim Adkins did not believe it.

Yet, Kevin Wade Jones Jr., 17, appeared almost indifferent as he relayed the bizarre description of his and two friends’ activities at an Humble area graveyard, Adkins said.

Obviously, stuff like this on the net was their inspiration.

“I just doubted it because it’s very morbid, and I couldn’t see anybody doing something like this,” Adkins said Thursday.

Not until police went to the home of another Kingwood 17-year-old, Matthew Richard Gonzalez, did the officer believe the tale.

“He regurgitated in his plate of food when I asked him about it,” Adkins said. “So I knew there was some truth to the story.”

Now, Jones, Gonzalez and a juvenile whose name has not been released are each charged with abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor. All three were arrested Wednesday night.

Police said a fourth suspect is wanted for questioning.

Can anyone explain just how the skull of a dead person is an aid to smoking pot, or anything else?

Methinks this isn’t the whole story ….

    2. richard on May 9th, 2008 5:07 pm

By the way, this story says that this crime (abusing a corpse) is only a misdemeanour … seems a bit odd to me. Next thing you know, more kids will be doing that just to show how “cool” they are.

Too many people use drugs and alcohol as their excuse for doing all kinds of perverted or discusting things. Why not just say “the devil made me do it”?

    4. misskatie on May 9th, 2008 7:49 pm

      how disgusting
it seems pot isnt the only thing they were smoking….
they disturbed somebodys grave to do this..

I concur !! Yes… it’s all of those things…..morbid, bizarre, outlandish and really does make one say :

Sometimes I cannot even believe what I read and have to read it twice to make sure I got it right the first time! Wow.

    6. brie. on May 9th, 2008 10:39 pm

How can you disturb a grave site remove a skull from a dead body and it’s only a misdemeanor… unholy is that…how sick is that…I do think the internet is providing a means of sickness, these kids are exposed to some much evil…maybe it’s a cult of some sort…..!!!!

    7. Lake Erie Princess on May 9th, 2008 10:41 pm

I have it heard it all, now.
Juvenile delinquents rob a grave for
an “item” to make a pipe from ?

I hope this deceased, youngsters parents are not alive to learn about this ! They buried
their child and mourned his death
once in their lives. Once is enough for anyone to
mourn and grieve their child ! Now, they have this to deal with !

    8. Patti on May 9th, 2008 11:15 pm

Kingwood is an affluent area of Houston.

I guess it shows that just when you think

you’ve done all you can and given all you can…

You find that you missed some of the

      BASIC Principals.

I, truly, think we are living in the

      time of the end.

I for one hopes it hurries up and gets here…

I don’t think that I could stand to watch

the human mind defeated in such madness.

And, I agree, there should be stiffer penalties.

Next they’ll be boiling the skulls

of those they kill to make lamp posts.

    9. buster on May 10th, 2008 12:18 am

Well according to urin vanderscum (urin8er) if the kids where high when they did it it’s O.K.

    10. buster on May 10th, 2008 12:21 am

Lil off topic but if some kids made a bong out of my skull, Well Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Getting High in the after life may not be such a bad thing :-)

    11. Steve Holloway on May 10th, 2008 6:41 am

MOVIES. The movies now a days are straight from hell. I tryed 6 months ago to watch a horror show to see how bad they are now. I could not watch it all. I felt dirty and like I had invited evil into my mind. Just think “it will get worst”. Satan is winning the hearts of a lot of people this way. They don’t know that satan is after there soul and mind. And the sad thing is that they don’t know Jesus. That God sent Jesus to save them and loves them with all His heart.

    12. richard on May 10th, 2008 7:36 am

One of my questions above was answered … they apparently made this skull into a “bong.”

Left unanswered: why put all of that trouble into doing such a thing? I can’t imagine that it would be easy to do.

    13. brie. on May 10th, 2008 8:49 am

What about the parents of these boys…I wonder what their are like..I hope the judge orders these boys to be put under psychiatric care….this is one of the sickest things I have ever heard of…

    14. Brenda on May 10th, 2008 9:15 am

Growing up in Tampain the 70′s, I’ve saw about everything and anything you can think of made into a pot pipe or bong (I didn’t carry my high school habits into adulthood…thankfully I lost interest very, young)

I’ve seen empty toilet paper roll, gatorade bottles, tin cans, copper pipe pieces, and yes…once a statue of a skeleton…made into something to smoke out of. This doesn’t surprise me in the least, little way. Just a bunch of lost and bored kids doing something for shock value. Even if that shock value was only meant to be amoungst themselves at the beginning.

As far as disturbing a grave, this is a small reason I wish to be creamated or thrown into the ocean, etc. Have talked to my kids (24 & 17)) about doing the same. Who cares what hapoens to a dead piece of flesh? I sure don’t. I;ll care while the person is still living. Once I’m dead, I have no use for the body anyway. Don’t give a crap what happens to it.

    15. misskatie on May 10th, 2008 12:16 pm

    16. misskatie on May 10th, 2008 12:23 pm

      steve any relation to natalee?

my other comment.. I also tried watching horror movies.. I sensed the strong that I . had night mares.. are they made by producers be involved in evil
I just wonder are they into satanism….

    17. misskatie on May 10th, 2008 12:32 pm

nothing shocks me any more … now days you have to drive in broad daylight with all doors locked… one can never be to careful.. look at all the shootings in the malls and schools….sometimes they need no reason to shoot or kill… it could be a mere gang initiation..
but with drugs so rampant and so many with severe addictions.. they dont think clearly their only focus is to get their next fix…

one must pray before going out to stay safe……….

and if you dont believe in prayer I say

the devil has won the souls of many youths… controlling them through drugs…
      when madelyn mariam ohaire
      if I spelled that right…
when she fought so hard to take prayer out of the schools…. she did an injustice… look at all the school shootings begining with columbine…and look at the way she and her daughter and son died.. they died violently….
one can sell their soul to the devil… but only for a season.. nothing you do with the devil is good.. he has a counterfiet for everything….

evil is so widespread that you arent even safe in day light…

they live by the sword they die by the sword….

      steve you said:
They don’t know that satan is after there soul and mind. And the sad thing is that they don’t know Jesus. That God sent Jesus to save them and loves them with all His heart.

      that is it right there….

Thing is, some of these people know about Christ; but either don’t accept him or abuse the sacrifice that he made. The word of the Christ is known throughout the world and still people will seek out what is bad, as if there’s no tommorrow. Knowing the Christ is to love him and all his creation. Playing with the dead, is something detestable to Jehovah. Now, more than ever, there is a testing and we must endure to the end… and we will through the grace of God.

There’s a poem or a lyric that’s called ‘Footsteps in the Sand’. It’s a good illustration of how He delivers us from evil. For, through his love, he carries us during the toughest of times. He protects us, even when our endurance grows weak. But to have that kind of relationship with God, means to humble oneself to his care… relying upon him as a father; and, you, his child. Because, as he says, we know not even how to direct our own steps… but He knows our needs before we even ask. So ask, if you will, because, just like a mother with a whining child, he is patient, slow to anger, loving and kind.

God Bless You and The Holloway Family,

marijuana is good, dogmatic beliefs are bad. digging up a body is pretty weird, but it’s dangerous?

plus there was immorality before movies and internet. stop indoctrinating yourselves and use your mind to understand things fully. The mysterious of this world is unanswered and can be answered by man, ignoring them because you think it’s God’s way is disagreeable to the advancement of human society.
