Shutting down NYC by Sharpton will be a fatal blow to Obama. People will draw the parallel – fanantic black person harming a big city over a racial issue. Race will really be front and center in the campaign. Many whites that may now favor Obama will brand blacks as trying once again to influence the political, as well as, the justice system. I am not saying that I agree with the judicial ruling. I do not have an opinion on it. I wasn’t in that court room and did not hear or read about all the evidence. Rev. Sharpton needs to be treated just like Rev. White – both are killing Obama’s chances with their radical threats and rants. Unfortunately, many people have already made the parallel association just because of race.

What I find interesting is that the press over and over again that Bell was “unarmed”. Well yes, he apparently did not have a gun even though the police officer say they thought he did because of the conversation he had with his friends.

BUT, Bell WAS armed – with a car, which can be a very lethal weapon: “Bell accelerated the Nissan Altima forward, hitting Isnora’s leg and then a police van. After the car backed up, Isnora said he started shooting, claiming he thought he saw Guzman reaching for a gun. There was none.

If the media would simply ignore Sharpton, he would have no impact whatever. (I mean the New York media.)

Why is it that he gets all of this attention, being just another rabble-rouser?

You know I think many people are missing the point about the Sean Bell case. I am not here to say who was right and who was wrong, my point is THER IS NO REASON TO USE 50 BULLETS TO STOP ANYONE, NOT EVEN A ANIMAL. What I do not understand is how do trained officers, need 50 bullets to stop one person? Everyone remembers the tiger that was in the apartment building? I’m sure how can you forget it. Can anyone tell me how many times was the tiger shot, I know it wasn’t 50 times. And he was given something to put him to sleep temporarly and not for good.

Sharpton, don’t let the door hit you in the ass when you turn off the light. You’re getting a reputation as much as gloria alred. Lighten up.
