FBI: Fabric Found In Crab Trap During Aruba Water Search Not Natalee Holloway’s
The latest news in the Natalee Holloway investigation … According to the FBI, fabric collected from a crab trap found in the waters off of the island of Aruba did not match clothing worn by missing Natalee Holloway.
The question that first comes to mind is what was the FBI using as a clothes sample to compare the cloth fibers found in the crab trap? Do the investigators actually have evidence of Natalee’s clothes from the night that she went missing? Where would they have found such evidence? Could it have come from what an Aruban Park ranger found collecting evidence at Boca Tortuga? Or is there other evidence of Natalee’s clothes?

ORANJESTAD, Aruba (AP) ? An FBI analysis of fabric collected from a crab trap off Aruba showed the material did not match clothing worn by missing American Natalee Holloway, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The fabric was recovered in January by Aruban divers in about 90 feet of water as they searched for the body of the missing teenager, the public prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
The FBI compared the material to a blouse worn by Holloway, who was 18 when she disappeared on the final night of a high school graduation trip to the island in May 2005. The results “showed that the two materials were not a match,” the statement said.

Natalee Holloway: Gang Members Get Arrested in Aruba for Attempted Murder but no Prosecution for Joran Van der Sloot
WHAT MESSAGE IS ARUBA SENDING TO TOURISTS REGARDING JUSTICE?
Even in a gang related attempted murder case in Aruba the judges give light sentences to convicted individuals. The Aruban Public Prosecutor had requested 10 and 6 years of jail time for the attempted murder; however, the judge only gave 8 years and 18 months. More interesting was the statement from the judge regarding sending a message that this type of behavior is not to be accepted or tolerated in Aruba.
The judge is of the opinion that the community must get a clear signal that a shooting between rival gangs on broad daylight, cannot be tolerated.
I guess the judges feel other crimes in Aruba are okay and should be tolerated. Especially, when the suspects are fellow friends of judges.
So what is the message that Aruba is sending tourists in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and lack of investigation and prosecution of Joran Van der Sloot? So by not prosecuting someone like Joran Van der Sloot who is an obvious and admitted suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, does that mean that Aruban justice system is sending a “clear signal” that crimes against tourist are tolerated and will go unpunished. That should be a clear message to tourists.
Eight years jail for Macuarima shooting (Amigoe: 2/25/08)
ORANJESTAD – The two Macuarima-shooting suspects E.J. Lo-A-Njoe and E.J. Thiel are respectively convicted to 8 years and 18 months jail. The Public Prosecutor (OM) demanded 10 and 6 years jail and is considering appealing the verdict.

Oscar’s Dismal Ratings, Academy Awards Movies Show Get Lowest Audience on Record
Say it isn’t so? The Academy Awards telecast received the smallest Oscar audience on record. Wow, that is so hard to believe … NOT!!!
Please, the reason for the low viewership was not the recent Hollywood
writer’s strike, nor the rainy weather in southern California. Maybe it’s because of Hollywood’s recent disconnect with actual Americans. Maybe it’s because regular Americans are growing wearing of actors and their elitists attitudes trying to ram their liberal agenda down their audiences throat. The Oscars have become nothing more than elitists honoring elitists for movies that none of us can stomach to watch.
However, the real reason is quite obvious. No one watched these nominated movies by the Academy Awards when they were in the movie theatres, why would anyone think that people would want to watch an awards show rewarding movies that no one wanted to watch in the first place? DUH!!! Oscar may want to rethink that business model.
Sunday’s audience was down sharply from last year’s 40.17 million and also below the kudocast’s previous low-water mark of 33.04 million in 2003 (a show held just days after the country went to war in Iraq).
This year’s Oscars had its own hurdles to overcome, most notably the four-month writers strike, which cut into preparation time for producers and writers.
The show averaged a 10.7 rating in adults 18-49, down 24% from last year (14.1) and 14% below the previous low of 2003 (12.5).
The top five highest-rated markets were New York (30.6 household rating/44 share), Chicago (29.1/43), San Francisco (27.2/47), West Palm Beach, Fla. (26.1/39), and Los Angeles (25.6/41). A year ago, New York generated a 35.3 rating and Los Angeles a 32.0.
Oscars telecast is the lowest-rated ever

James John Betts, Florida Child Porn Suspect Caught in Thailand
James John Betts, who has been on the run and wanted for child pornography, was caught in Thailand. What a shock that a pedophile be in Thailand. The good news, another one off the streets and out of public circulation. Betts was wanted for 184 counts of child porn in 2004; however, weeks before his trial, Betts disappeared. Let’s just hope this time there is no bail.
A 51-year-old man charged with 184 counts of child pornography was caught in Thailand, ending a four-year search, MyFOXOrlando reported.
In an undercover Internet sting, Vermont police posing as a 14-year-old boy made contact with James John Betts in 2004.
Hillary Clinton Mocks Barack Obama with Sarcastic Comments … Actually, She is Dead on Right
Has it finally happened? Hillary Clinton was actually funny and dead on right about Obama and his message. Everyone knows that in order for something to be considered funny, there has to be truth in it. If not, then it’s just plain ridiculous or mean.
Hillary Clinton Mocks Barack Obama’s simple rhetoric. It’s about time Hillary, but you may have just touched on the entire substantial platform of the Obama campaign … its rhetoric and nothing more.
WATCH THE VIDEO … this is funny. Will Hillary Clinton’s line of attack against Obama help or hurt her campaign? Who cares, it was funny and right to the point. And on point!
“Let’s just get everybody together. Let’s get unified. The sky will open, the light will come down, celestial choirs will be singing and everyone will know we should do the right thing and the world will be perfect. Maybe I’ve just lived a little long, but I have no illusions about how hard this is going to be. You are not going to wave a magic wand and have the special interests disappear.”
