Joran Van der Sloot a PSYCHO … So Says Foresic Psychologist Corine de Ruiter

Say it isn’t so … Joran Van der Sloot has psychopathic traits!!! He uses people, he has no sense of empathy and he is egocentric … so says forensic psychologist Corine de Ruiter.

“It’s not about Natalee. It’s all about him. He got away with it. He is counting on compensation for being unjustly held in police custody.”
Such a scheming mindset us a risk factor for violence. And since Joran is so narcissistic, he easily feel offended.” (Peter R. De
So easily offended that he is capable of anything. If Joran would throw a glass of wine in the eyes of a person with people around including his parents, what is he capable of doing when no one is there to see his actions?

It’s high time the world finally realized what a vicious, lying socio/psychopath Joran is. He is universally hated across the world, just like OJ. Nobody believes a word he says, and they all know he’s a danger and not to trust their daughters around him. I’m so glad he finally showed the entire world, in high def no less, his true colors!

That is a real news flash… to those who have
been following the case for quite awhile, huh? (sarcasm)

That li’l SOB is gosh friggin awful. He needs
      an attitude adjustment.

      Update: Tues 05-Feb 0940 hrs
Over the past couple nights, the world tuned in along with the search team and watched the mottled confessions of Joran van der Sloot. The confessions filled the search team with resolve, renewing our assurance that if Natalee Holloway can be found in the ocean we will find her.
Yesterday (Tues, 04-Feb), the Persistence was in the deepest portion of the survey area battling 12-14ft with occasional 16ft seas with 35kt winds. The weather built rapidly, spawning a squall and water spout.
Today, we returned to deep water encountering 40kt+ winds and heavier seas than yesterday. A simple task such as taking a shower or walking down a corridor takes gymnastic talent. These seas are too rough to safely work in, let alone function inside the boat. On account of the conditions, we moved to shallow quiescent waters and resumed the search.

Peter R. de Vries crime show. First 8 minutes with Enlish subs. It blows 20/20 away. I can hardly wait for the rest. So far this is the only piece of his show that’s been translated.

Believe it or not there appears to be a difference between OJ and Joran. OJ was angry at Nicole for (what he felt) was good reason. He is probably only a danger to women.

Joran is more like Scott Peterson and Drew Peterson if you ask me. He has no clue how heartless he sounds because de Ruiter is absolute right – it’s all about Joran (same with the two Petersons). Joran wonders why this happened to him, thinks about how it might turn out for him better than he thought, concentrates not on the fact that he might have had a live person dumped in the ocean but rather that he’s going to get away with it, could sleep without problems and is going to get a huge pay-off.

I’ll bet right now Joran is again concentrating on himself, not worried about what he did to Duary, his parents, the two innocent security guards, all of Aruba, but himself.

The question is, is he the only one in the family?

Besides, Daddy is a lawyer … another opprobrius sign.

Maybe he’s hated everywhere in the world … but if so, that includes Aruba too. And if he’s hated there, it’s a very recent change. Remember how people in C&C’s slapped him on the back, when he returned from Holland the first time?

greta is more upset that she was duped than the fact that a young lady was murdered and a country helped in the coverup.
greta is as bad a all of them that covered this up.

      Characteristics of a Psychopath:

      superficial charm
      self-centered & self-important
need for stimulation & prone to boredom
      deceptive behavior & lying
      conning & manipulative
      little remorse or guilt
      shallow emotional response
callous with a lack of empathy
living off others or predatory attitude
      poor self-control
      promiscuous sexual behavior
      early behavioral problems
lack of realistic long term goals
      impulsive lifestyle
      irresponsible behavior
      blaming others for their actions
      short term relationships
      juvenile delinquency
      breaking parole or probation
      varied criminal activity

The above was from a mental health website, the name of which I have forgotten (sorry).

By the way, the new preferred term is ‘sociopath.’ Sounds like a politically correct word substitution to me. I think Psychopath is a better word for these types of potentially dangerous people.

This case is over. Aruba is sunk, the tourism will suffer a hundred times worse than they ever imagined. That will never be enough for me but its a good start. The sentence they give joran will be minor in camparison to what he did. You have witnessed pure evil right in front of your very eyes. The authorities saw it, a whole bunch of them and tried to whitewash and sugarcoat it.
why dont you go get off your fatasses and arrest Daury – Paulus. He is the one that was behind it all. Go ahead admit it. go get him. it wont help your tourism or your drug business but it is the right thing to do. try it you might might see some value in it and and possibly save your souls at the same time. But i dont care about that. nobody cares about aruba anymore cause you have shown what was really important. you have it backwards. you are backwards evil island
now go back to the bed you made. jerk offs

Hey Richard. Now that Greta seems to freely be talking about the Aruban Police covering up how Natalee died. Any chance on giving us some e-mails to write Washington on getting a travel advisary or something against Aruba going. Time to strike while the iron is hot? People might be willing to listen now that it seems the Police knew all along.

    12. Sherry on February 6th, 2008 10:50 pm

OMG after hearing Jug on Greta there is absolutely no question that this is a coverup by the Aruban Police or Government. NO ONE would randomly ask the family about seizures in the beginning after Natalee had only been gone a few days. It would make NO SENSE!!!! IS there not a higher power that Aruba has to answer to in situations where it is apparent this island is so corrupt???
I have never heard of such SCUM in my life!!!

    13. PAULUS must kill DAURY- (himself) on February 6th, 2008 10:51 pm

joran thinks people will believe him when he says that he lied when he was bagged by patrick ????

yes, joran thinks that because daury and anita let him run wild and never told him no. ever

oh, as far as the sneakers, he carried the sneakers in his hand and that is where he kept Natalee’s underwear and who knows what else he might have stolen from her.

      ask anita she saw them

    14. Saoirse on February 6th, 2008 10:56 pm

To the good people of Aruba.

Now is the time for Revolution! Take to the streets!

Attack the corrupt Polis that knew asked if Natalee has “seizures”. They knew that Shporta had stated this. They covered it up!

Take to the streets! Now is the time for Revolution!

Attack the Palace of Oduber – The Arawak King. His belly is full and your’s is growling from hunger.

He lives with golden fittings in his Palace. You have leaky faucets.

He is brought drugged young tourist girls to rape at his leisure. He has probably done it to some of your own children. Your own children!

He is growing rich from the drug profits. You have less and less tourist dollars because of his crimes. His pockets are ripping from all the gold. Your pockets are empty like your bellies.

Hang Oduber N.V Inc. from the highest Divi Divi tree on the Eiland!

Overthrow your corrupt government that uses the people – just like those drugged and raped young girls.

Overthrow your government and tourism and good fortune will return.

Overthrow the fetid mongrel Arawak King!

Was reading some articles from Diario over at Aruba Get A Grip and I got MAD. Seems like in the last couple of days the Aruban people have finally woken from their drowsy sleep and have questions as to why Paulus van der Sloot is getting preferential treatment. I was so mad, I wrote my heart out in a blog.

While Patrick and DeVries are heroes in my book, there’s a big unsung hero in all this media hype.

It’s you! You the faithful Monkeys who have cussed and discussed, drawn your maps, tracked the time lines, combed the Internet for pictures and information that every blog in the Netherlands is now conveniently stealing from right and left.

You who wrote letters, you who organized informational campaigns at travel shows, you who asked questions. You who stomped and pounded and yelled for a boycott. You who made YouTube videos to inform others. You who held radio shows and brought forth guests to answer questions and get information out that was being covered up by Aruba. You who translated articles. You who prayed. You are heroes.

Here a good article in the dutch AD-newspaper: Arubans are finished with Joran!

      ( )

Googletranslation / some sentences by me.

      Arubans are ready with Joran

PALM BEACH-ARUBA – Arubans have for the first time since the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, almost three years ago, en masse turned against suspect Joran van der Sloot reversed.

There are even suggestions to keep out the entire family Van der Sloot. Many islanders feel betrayed by the remarks of the suspect. Until recently the population felt itself attacked by the American press and the family Holloway. But for the parents of Natalee is now greater understanding than ever.
After seeing the images with the hidden camera in which Van der Sloot confesses to have dumped the body of Holloway, there are even suggestions to declare the entire family Van der Sloot persona non grata.

Dozens of radio listeners and newspaperreaders by phone and e-mail told how they feel betrayed by the words of Van der Sloot. Especially those that in 2005 have helped in the search of Holloway. The government then gave five thousand civil servants two days off. The 20-year-old Van der Sloot had hitherto always been given the benefit of the doubt. The population has always felt more attacked by the American media and the family Holloway. For the Holloway family there is now more understanding than ever.

,, This guy is a psychopath. He has everybody fooled,”says an angry watersports-businesswoman, who does not her name in the newspaper, to ‘not get bothered’. ,, I feel sympathy for the girl and her mother, but it is as worse for us. We are victims of this where we have done nothing. My colleague, who is from Pennsylvania, gets to hear from his family: are you going back to that murderers-island again? This week someone advised on CNN that tourists better go to Bermuda.”

Managementconsultant Matilda Robles says that she Van der Sloot knew of face. , “He seemed like a nice boy, and I wanted no preconceptions about him, but now I do not doubt that he is behind Natalee’s disappearance. He admits that himself.”

She is shocked about his remark that he could not believe that this all had to happen to him. Robles: “If the judge won’t condemn him now, we will condemn him.”

It hurts the Arubans that Van der Sloot in various interviews has always said the situation was so bad to the Aruban people. Since the disappearance Aruba’s image as the safest island of the Caribbean is thrown into pieces. The affair has cost the island in recent years, tens of millions of dollars damage, says the government. Tourism from America fell in 2006 to 9 percent.

From Alabama, Holloway’s homestate, nobody has come anymore. Aruba for tourism for more than 70 percent is dependent on the United States.

Also Jorans father Paul van der Sloot, has to pay, now junior has admitted that his father smuggled a phone into priso. Furthermore, bad blood is stirred up that the family seems to be eager to money. Previously Van der Sloot senior made a claim, because he would have been wrongly suspected. That claim was rejected.
,, We do not understand that the prosecutor last week has had a conversation with the family Van der Sloot to warn them that the coming video-images of their adult son may have far-reaching consequences. Apparently the family Van der Sloot still enjoys a preferred position,”says the head-editorial comment from el Diario newspaper yesterday.

This article says there is a death-thread on you tube to JvdS called:”wie is hier nou koelbloedig” (= who’s the cold-blodded here now?) ( )

As a psychotherapist, I totally agree. There is a lack of empathy, egocentrism, manipulative behavior, substance abuse, etc. that all point toward anti-social traits. Regardless of whether he killed Natalee (not that I doubt it), he still seems quite pathological.

    22. applecider on February 7th, 2008 3:16 am

EVER WONDERED ABOUT THE SCAR Informer Patrick van Eem has? He himself says he got it in a fight when he was twenty. To his employer and others he earlier stated it was from an accident. The scar starts too neatly in the corner to be a freak accident or ‘normal cut. THIS IS A BOCA GRANDE, according to various sources, ( which a Colombian inmate gave him because VAN EEM HAD SNITCHED to the police about a drug deal gone wrong. It is used as a punishment and a warning sign so that the Columbians can recognise you as a snitch. Boca Grande means ‘Big mouth’ for obvious reasons.

Video of Dave Holloway and Tim Miller…Tim speaks to Dave almost everyday…he said he is returning to Aruba in a few days…last month they found some clues that might lead to finding Natalee…if there is anything the size of quarter at the bottom of the sea they can find it…he said they are far from completing their search…

Dave said what he is really struggling with is what was done to Natalee afterward…throwing her into the ocean. He said how could anyone stoop that low, words cannot describe it.

      Saw this on ABC 13

    24. brie on February 7th, 2008 5:39 am

Maybe now the Kalpoes will have to answer the ?’s to…something bad happened…she hit her head….your own father, unbelievable…

If Natalee had a hard blow to her head that could of caused a seizure.

So, the Kalpoes are pursing the law suit with Dr. Phil, more information will be presented, for instance, there is a witness that saw you cleaning your car at 3:00am. You taxi driver boys have a lot of explaining to do.

Joran says he never lost any sleep over it….I wonder if he’s sleeping now.

    25. AJS on February 7th, 2008 7:45 am

As long as more and more people start calling Joran a psycho, he is being played in the cards (if that is a correct english saying). Cause if eventually court takes up on this too, he will never be pubished for what he did. He cannot be held responsible is court also thinks he is a psycho.
Needless to say that I think it is all just a cunning plan to disturb justice. If you keep lying all the time there is no way any confession you make will be taken serious.
Isn’t it rediculous how many times a suspect can change his confessions. Suspects are always better treated than the victims.

    26. daury is married to anita on February 7th, 2008 7:53 am

      kalpoes still sueing ?? HAHAHAHHAH

for what ? they purposely tried to derail the investigation. good night k2. you wont receive a dime. losers

    27. J O on February 7th, 2008 8:01 am

#18 EURobert- good article, but the Aruban people still don’t get it. In the article they blame Joran for their loss of tourist. He is only half their tourist issue. Their CORRUPT government is their BIGGEST problem. When will the Aruban people see the cover up? When will the Aruban people stand up to their corrupt government? Hopefully it is not to late!

    28. J O on February 7th, 2008 8:25 am

DeVries shoot 20 hours of Joran video. Wondering when “The Confession – Part II” comes out!

    29. K.Jeanne on February 7th, 2008 10:29 am

How could he think it was ok to just dispose of her even if he did have something to hide? Why don’t people see this as murder? Then to feel he should be compensated…how absolutely unconsciouable! I have never known for sure how I felt about traveling to Aruba since N disappeared. Since hearing there is perhaps a cover up by their LE because of questioning her parents about seziures in the early days of investigation and then Joran saying on tapes that she was shaking and appeared to be having seziure does suggest the LE knew something about her disappearence in early investigation. I will NEVER again travel to Aruba. I want NO part of their Paradise Island!!!!! To me this is VERY damaging for Aruba.

    30. Richard on February 7th, 2008 10:50 am

Meeeeee (#11): Stay tuned. I’m working now on stuff for the upcoming protests to be held in Boston and New York at the end of the month (yep, Aruba Tourism Authority is still trying to lure people there; certainly don’t envy the lot of their agents, who are likely to get all kinds of verbal abuse … hopefully only that).

But I think some letters are in the offing … until Aruba begins its review of the case (not that it’s anywhere near finished yet), how about a travel advisory to Aruba?

I think this is where we have to go. Nobody wants more victims on Aruba … because it’s plain that we’re all at risk there.

    31. Richard on February 7th, 2008 10:56 am

EURobert (#18) … This article was posted on another thread too. Note this quote by an Aruban:

“I feel sympathy for the girl and her mother, but it is as worse for us. We are victims of this where we have done nothing.”

Sickening … not only the van der Sloots, but seemingly all of Aruba, is in the self-pity mode.
I don’t think Natalee did anything, either, and look at the price she paid.

Come on, Monkeys, let’s support the protesters in Boston and New York at the end of the month … let’s give Aruba something to REALLY feel sorry about. Like the exposure of what really goes on there, at least in the government and law enforcement, and the awareness that Aruba has broken the ‘social contract’ of tourism.

There’s a price for that. Let’s make sure that Aruba pays the price. Stand up for Natalee, and prevent future victims.

Also, in that article it says that PvdS “admits” smuggling a cell phone into the prison. Has Aruba begun thinking about revoking his license to practice law there? If not, why not?

    32. EURobert on February 7th, 2008 11:12 am

      Richard #31

I think many Arubans took the stream of American tourist for granted; it clearly hit them very hard that all of a suddenit stopped!
In a report on dutch tv about the Aruban carnival last monday there was a girl who talked about going out almost every day but…. it had become a lot quieter the last years…
