Caylee Anthony Missing: As Casey Anthony Heads off to Grand Jury … Texas Equusearch Finds Child’s Dress Near Orlando Airport
Murder Indictments, Grand Juries and Size Size Dresses, oh my …
It is being reported that a dress was found in the woods by members of Texas Equusearch similar to that of missing Caylee Anthony’s. The dress found was a size six dress in a wooded area near Orlando Regional Airport during a Texas EquuSearch search for the missing 3-year-old. The dress has been sent for forensic testing.
A grand jury could charge Casey Anthony with murder Tuesday as reports surface that searchers found clothing that is “very, very similar” to an article of clothing belonging to missing Caylee. “An article of clothing that is very, very similar to an article of clothing that Caylee was wearing at one time and there is a picture of it,” EquuSearch’s Tim Miller said.

For the grand jury, State Attorney Lawson Lamar and an assistant state’s attorney will be questioning witnesses as part of the closed-door proceeding.Anthony’s father, George Anthony, is expected to be one of the witnesses, a source said. Typically, detectives are called to speak before the grand jury.

Barack Obama, ACORN and Voter Fraud … Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut, Sometimes You Don’t
With Barack Obama when it comes to ACORN, sometimes he feels like a nut when it benefits him and sometimes he doesn’t when Acorn is embroiled in massive voter registration fraud. Once again we are presented with an Obama association that we are not supposed to question him about. I guess we are not supposed to question Obama on this one either.
In a Presidential election year with so much focus on the vote, ask yourself why is it that the Main Stream Media refuses to cover such an important story like voter fraud? I thought every vote mattered. Or does it only matter depending on who the vote is for? One would ask the MSM, if an ACORN committed voter registration fraud in the woods and no one was there to investigate it, would it make a sound?

Is Texas Equusearch Pulling Out of the Caylee Anthony Case?
Say it isn’t so Texas EquuSearch …
Is Tim Miller and Texas EquuSearch pulling out of the search for missing Caylee Anthony? That is the tenor of the interview with Orlando FOX35 over the weekend. Honestly, who would blame TES if this is their ultimate decision with tough economic times, so many other missing person cases open and as the story states, “the fact that the Anthony’s are not cooperating.” However, before I would believe anything from the media with the poetic license they take with people’s words I would rather get it directly from the horses mouth. We will follow up with Tim Miller and report back later.
One could hardly imagine trying to search for a missing child only to have road blocks thrown up by the very family of a missing person. No one should ever put preconditions on the search for a missing person. All we can do is pray for the best, but in the back of our minds prepare for the worst. We can understand the family wanting to believe that their loved one is still alive and will be brought back safe. However, that does not mean denying the facts and the evidence at hand. One should never give up the hope of having a missing loved one return; however, in many cases coming home means just that … coming home.
The fact that Miller says Equusearch has already spent $44,000 on the search for Caylee, only having recouped $5,000 from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and another $7,000 from private donations, and the fact that the Anthonys are not cooperating, is forcing Miller to reconsider continuing the search.
Miller flew into Orlando on Thursday with a few members of the group and a board director. New York Times bestselling author Judith McNaught is helping with the financing and came to support Tim in what she calls “a draining case.”

Bill Kristol to John McCain … Fire the Campaign, You Have Nothing to Lose
Let McCain be McCain and let the Maverick win or lose on his own terms but please
take the restrictions off and let him talk to the people as a person, not a politician. There should be nothing to hold back and at the end of the day one should never have any regrets.
It has become increasingly obvious in the poles that the John McCain campaign needs a jump start. Due to the drag of GWB, an economic crisis and a media that is forever in the tank for his opponent, McCain needs to do something to shake up his run for the Presidency. Why are they running a conventional campaign when “We the People” are crying out for leadership, accountability and character. Fire the campaign, so says Bill Kristol.
It’s time for John McCain to fire his campaign.
He has nothing to lose. His campaign is totally overmatched by Obama’s. The Obama team is well organized, flush with resources, and the candidate and the campaign are in sync. The McCain campaign, once merely problematic, is now close to being out-and-out dysfunctional. Its combination of strategic incoherence and operational incompetence has become toxic. If the race continues over the next three weeks to be a conventional one, McCain is doomed.
Many of the same assertions that Kristol puts forth in his NY Times Oped I have been wondering myself. Why has the campaign not made John McCain and Sarah Palin more accessible? There is media that McCain and Palin could get their message out to that does not include The View or David Letterman. At the end of McCain’s speech at the Republican National Convention he asked Americans to fight, to fight on with him. I might ask what happened to that person, that vigor and that fight. Is John McCain ready for a comeback?

Maybe the US Government Could Learn Something from Prostitutes with Credit Crisis … Oldest Profession is not Suffering
Hey Congress, White House and Feds it looks like you guys and gals could learn a thing
or two from the oldest profession. They seem to be doing something right. As the Dow Jones plummets followed by the world markets, the business of prostitution is still strong. After all many have said there really is not much of a difference between the two professions these days. Of course these days prostitutes have a higher approval rating than Congress and pretty much do the will of the people, or at least their “Johns”. I bet prostitutes would never extend 100 to 1 debt to asset ratio loans to their customer.
Isn’t this special, according to The Daily News even though the stock market has tanked and investors have lost their collective shirts … the world’s oldest profession keeps chugging along as business is still brisk. Some people have cut back on their services; however, it appears that many need the get away from their 9–5 jobs. I guess it pays to be in a cash business.
The long-haired, long-legged hooker then explained why the red-light district remains a blue-chip commodity: “If men are horny, they’re going to come in here.”
Take that, Ben Bernanke.

US Gas Price Marks Biggest Drop Ever … However, Still Not Low Enough
With fears of a global recession and a declining demand, the price of crude oil was down to $77.70 a barrel on Friday. US travelers have also been conserving, car pooling and traveling less since gas priced previously sky-rocketed to over $4.10 a gallon. Even though gas prices have come down, with prices at $78 a barrel … the cost at the pump should be under $3.00 a gallon. Oil companies still have a ways to go with the price so not to gouge “We the People”.
(Reuters) - The average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States recorded its largest drop ever as consumer demand continued to wane and oil prices slid, a prominent industry analyst said on Sunday.
Sarah Palin Booed at Philadelphia Flyers Hockey Opener … Don’t Worry Sarah, They Booed Santa Claus Too & Injured Football Players
The City of Brotherly Love huh?
The City of Philly has still never learned any lessons from that fateful October day in 1999 when a city lost its collective soul.
The City of Philadelphia shows once again what it is made of. Last night at the Flyers home opener, Sarah Palin, Willow and her 6 year old daughter Piper were resoundingly booed by the Philadelphia Flyer faithful. So much for class and respect. However, what exactly did anyone expect? It’s Philly, as Hot Air states … at least she made it out alive. Any one knows who has attended a sporting event in Philly and rooted for the away team knows they are taking their life in their hands.
Honestly, what would have anyone expected from Philly fans who in the past booed Santa Claus and threw snow balls at him? However, nothing was worse in the history of sports fans than the disgusting behavior shown by Philly fans when Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Irving suffered a neck injury in old Veterans Stadium. The Philly fans actually cheered as Michael Irving lay motionless on Veterans Field.

“I couldn’t believe they cheered when Michael Irvin got hurt,” said Donovan McNabb, the team’s No. 1 pick who was nearly booed off the stage by Eagles fans attending the draft. “You don’t know what to expect from them.”
Many fans in the crowd of 66,669 cheered when they realized Irvin was hurt, and again when paramedics wheeled a stretcher onto the field. Many also cheered respectfully when he was placed in an ambulance, but the damage was done.
“Some people need to grow up and find some inner peace, because there is no peace in watching somebody suffer,” said Irvin’s teammate, Emmitt Smith.
“This, in terms of bad taste, was as bad as it gets,” said Mayor Edward Rendell, an avid sports fan.
We are reminded by The Gateway Pundit that all week we have heard liberals and the MSM talk about how mean Republican campaign stops have been.
The New York Times wishes to make excuses for the rude or boorish behavior of Philly by stating that the appearance was not appropriate. Funny, politicians go to sporting events all the time and the fans whether they support the candidate or not at least act with some class. I do not remember the NASCAR crowd acting with such ill-mannered behavior. If NASCAR fans had ever booed Obama and his children the MSM would have called them racists and a modern day lynching.
While Philadelphia fans are known for not being shy about voicing disapproval, the question has been raised — including by me in an earlier version of this post — whether the appearance was appropriate at a sports event like this.
I do have to take exception and question the McCain/Palin campaign as to what the hell they were thinking in having Sarah Palin with her two daughters go into Navy Blue Democratic territory like Philly where their fans have always been nothing short of rudely insane. Did they think Sarah was gong to be cheered?
MSNBC: PALIN DROPS PUCK TO BOOS, CHEERS
NYT Pulls Misleading Account of Palin Puck Dropping Ceremony
The boos may have been exagerated; however, there were still boos.
In her original post Zinser exaggerated the boos by the crowd, attacked Flyers owner Ed Snider for inviting Palin to the event and appears to have fabricated the discomfort felt by NHL players Scott Gomez and Mike Richards.
That account has since been changed. Somewhere along the line Zinser gutted the original article and replaced it with a new one that came a bit closer to reality.

Caylee Anthony Missing: Casey Anthony Wins Legal Battle But on the Verge of Losing Indictment War … George Anthony to Testify Against Casey
The judges decisions yesterday was no big deal … its called discovery. An indictment is imminent … this is just a legal defense dog and pony show.
JOEY JACKSON, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: No, I understand that. But Midwin is absolutely right on point here. The reality is, Jane, is that an indictment is imminent. And what you have to do is you have to really, if you`re the judge, determine whether or not it makes sense to turn this information over now. The defense is entitled to examine the evidence, evaluate the evidence, and having done so, to put up the best defense they possibly can.
Casey Anthony’s attorney may have won a couple of legal battles yesterday; however, come Tuesday of next week when the grand jury convenes, she will lose the Caylee homicide indictment war. Play all the legal games you want this week because next week you will pay the piper.

The walls are closing in on Casey Anthony
The judge considered 11 motions, tabled 3 of them and granted 8 of them including access to forensic evidence. However, is this really any big deal? The defense would have had access to this after Tuesday when the grand jury indicts Casey Anthony on homicide charges which they most certainly will. The prosecutors office has to share the evidence with the defense … that happens in every case. The Nancy Grace Show is making too much of this. Next week begins Justice for Caylee …
From the Nancy Grace Show; October 10, 2008 Transcripts.
LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER: Well, let me see if I can put this in perspective. What the eight victories that she got are called Pyrrhic victories, OK? What she did was get a 10-day limit, which — when the grand jury comes in with the indictment, and I`m sure they will on Tuesday or Wednesday, it`s still within the 10 days that they had to release that information under discovery rules, anyhow.
As far as the safety issue, I can tell you this. I raised that the day after the results from Tennessee came in and the DNA from the FBI lab came in. I raised that as a strong issue with Jose Baez. And I says, We have a safety issue with your client. We have to do something.
NANCY GRACE SHOW
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A judge has granted several motions requested by Casey Anthony`s attorney. Her defense was granted access to forensic tests, DNA samples and hair strands within 10 days. But a special request to let Anthony travel in secrecy to search for her missing daughter has been tabled until at least Monday. In another major development in this case, her father, George, will testify against her during a grand jury hearing next week.
