You have a valid point..They haven’t brought in PVDS for obstruction of a investigation or Joran for the crimes he already admitted to in regards to what he did to Natalee. Nor the girls that came forward and said they were drugged and raped by Joran. Why don’t they at least bring them in for these other offences?
You have the chief prosecuter in her own words saying PVDS called Natalee a body or a corpse the first day she was missing and we know the court said he had two contacts with Natalee that day. What is gonna take to bring them back in for questioning?

According to Arlene Ellis-Schipper … Paulus and Anita Van der Sloot are considered members of the family in “the first degree” which implies … they are given a free pass to obstruct a murder investigation if the main suspect happens to be their son. Unbelieveable!!!

ARLENE ELLIS-SCHIPPER, ARUBAN ATTORNEY: Well basically obstruction of justice is a criminal offense in our criminal code. However, there is an exoneration for family members in the first degree. So in the case of Mr. Van der Sloot it would not apply.

BTW, these statements from Deepak are what cause me to believe (no better thoughts than anyone else since it’s just a personal belief) that Joran killed Natalee and Paulus was only in on it afterward to get rid of the body. I believe that Joran did break down and confess but by the time the police got there – the body had been moved by Paulus. They then used the “interrogated after hours” to disclaim the whole thing.
The only thing that blows my theory is Paulus at the casino.

Justice is getting impatient and wants to be served. If you were to read all this in a book, you would think it was fictious. In reality, how many statements of guilt does it take?. Natalee is missing and Joran and Paulus are guilty.There protecting each other, of course. Many questions were never asked to Paulus and because of that he even made money off of Natalee’s disappearance. Deceitful, dishonest, corrupt and a stinking, filthy scumbag. Six feet under isn’t good enough.
Paulus wanted to be a judge, he couldn’t have this happening and hanging over his head. Anita, a schoolteacher didn’t want to jeopardize her job.
Van der Straaten, was their way out.
Remember that Aruba Tourism Authority will be appearing in New Orleans on June 27 – July 1. My understanding is that five or six people have already decided to confront them there and bear our message:
No justice for Aruba … no tourists for Natalee.
We will never give Aruba a free pass. Aruba wants our money; it won’t get it.

I think in writting this book, URINE was confessing. Who would put these statements in a book? I think the quilt is over ridden him and he wants to come clean..he said it was a healing process.He feels that Natalee was nothing to him, while HE has his whole life ahead of him.
