Barbie Bandits Arrested … 19 Year old Ashley Miller and Heather Johnson Arrested

What were the odds that the two “Barbie bandits” names were Ashley & Heather? Barbie_banditsSounds like the script to a predictable movie.

It turns out that the Barbie Bandit bank robbery was an inside job. Two 19 year old teens, Ashley Miller and Heather Johnson were arrested today along with 22 year old bank teller, Benny Herman Allen III. The three were charged with felony theft and marijuana possession. Their prison future is so bright, they gotta wear shades.

The women, both 19, and the bank teller were stopped by police in Douglas County about 20 miles from where robbery occurred Tuesday afternoon, said sheriff’s Maj. M.O. Harper.

Ashley Miller and Heather Johnson, and bank teller Benny Herman Allen III, 22, were charged with felony theft and marijuana possession, said Cobb County Police spokeswoman Cassie Reece. Another man, Michael Chastang, 27, also was arrested in the case and charged felony theft and drug trafficking.

“It was a conspiracy to take money from the bank,” Reece said. “They were in on it.”

Surveillance video shows the robbers laughing and smiling as they handed a teller a note demanding money. Police initially thought the girls were as young as 16. (AP)

I thought it was Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie doing a road trip for MTV.

      Just Kidding.

It is just sad. These girls had there whole life ahead of them.

19….guess that means prison time huh?

Anyone have any idea what kind of prison time you get for Felony theft?

They should get an extra 5 years just for stupidity.

If, if , if it turns out these two’s or 3′s lives appear half good otherwise and salvageable, this is exactly where I think prison time should be minimal and rehab given. Sunday dinners, love and guidance can do wonders sometimes. Their crime, bad, but at least not violent, does not put grannies of the neighborhood at risk perhaps. Can be the cirrcumstances are indeed they are hard criminals, don’t know yet.

After my war, without a penny, refusing to let the enemy win declining disability, determined to recover, I was one really mean older boy. I was not a thief, I thought then that was all I needed to be better than the bad. Great breaks worked out for me, just exactly the right 4 or 5 people lined up in my life. The first of which was a high officier of IBM, had me coming to dinner when his own kids did. I owe the man much, also for his sharing about business ways, letting me realize I could one day own a business. On his ranch after my own days work, I was free labor extrodinare, a quest, and somewhat near being part of the family. He was not a perfect man, lots of flaws, to me however he is a saint. The others after him may have helped me even more, but I write too long.

Later, there was a nude dancing girl whom as I can see it did far more wrongs, aside to the dancing, than these girls, just not videoed. She became and is lead counsilor for a very large alcohol drug rehab. She thanks me. There is a boy whom ate at our table hundreds of times, now a col in the Army. There is a girl who calls herself my 3rd daughter, and another yet who calls herself my 4th daughter. Both are fine women. One project, DWI’s in the teens, electrical shock treatments to the brain, in prison twice, became general foreman for my construction company and a loyal advisor to me, he is now a millionare. And one super nice looking young boy, I and wife were so close to, was in and out of our house like his own, balls his eyes out when he sees us, resorted back to his old ways and is in prison. But, he knows how to act and what he should do, he was given that opportunity.

I think there not enough trees to climb, Tarzan swings to break, and other opportunities to get through a stupid idea virus. Too many eyes everywhere, too many videos, not enough fair knuckle fights at school…lol. Some cops treat kids too harshly. Some can get hold of themselves. We cannot lock them all up to harden them as lawsuit seekers, idendity thieves, or other learned con skills. Rehab. Draft people to teach them things, not even at their own home, at a community bldg etc…some would serve the draft with pride.

The punishment should fit the crime….whatever the proper sentence is they should get it.

But they will likely get much less then 2 19 year old males would get….is that justice?

Also if they go light on them does that not send the message that if your young and female you can rob banks without punishment?

Here is their problem…they got arrested for a planned out inside job and have 2 male accomplices…they will have to give each an equal sentence most likely.

They probably focused on the teller from the barbies laughing during the robbery and that demeanor told the cops that they were just too comfortable. How come?

I don’t think it sound that predictable… It sounds quite original. Let’s see how it plays out.

a crime is a crime, would you say “the killer cut one of his arms, but at least he didn’t kill him, so it is not too bad”? they should not rob the bank, period. they should be tried as what they are supposed to.

hope they are not going to write a book or be offered to make a movie by Hollywood to cash in, that will be a really good role model for the society.

They’re cute girls…of course they are not going to get a stiff jail term. Remember the cute school teacher who slept with underage students (just probation).

Justice Department statistics show that females only get 1/3 the jail time as males for the same crime. We’ll see what happens in this case. I’m sure we’ll hear how they were just “confused” or under the bad “influence” of the males involved.

They should all face a stiff penalty for robbing a bank, regardless of what they look like or what they were wearing.

Just give them a spanking and let them go. Look at them? CUTE!!!
