FL Court of Appeals Upholds Judge Seidlin’s Decision, Anna Nicole Smith to be Buried in the Bahamas

A Florida Court of Appeals has upheld Judge Larry Seidlin’s decision to give he body of Anna Nicole Smith to the the court appointed guardian of Dannielynn. This portion of the law suits and appeals really needs to come to an end so that Anna Nicole Smith can just be buried. Although, it is still suspect as to why Anna Nicole and Howard K. Smith fled to the Bahamas, enough is enough. Please bury Anna and let her rest in peace.

A Florida appeals court ruled today and uphold the previous decision of Judge Larry Seidlin giving custody of the body of Anna Nicole Smith to baby Dannielynn’s court-appointed advocate, Richard Milstein. (TMZ)

In other Court action in this case, Florida judge has rejected Larry Birkhead’s lawyer’s request to take a DNA sample from Dannielynn Stern.

Sugar & Spice Bank Robbers (aka The Barbie Bandits): Teen-looking Girl Bandits Hold up Bank in Atlanta

Seems like another example of real life imitating art, Sugar & Spice. Two teen girls sporting sun glasses robbed the Bank of America branch within a Kroger grocer store in Acworth, GA. (Map of area) Their future’s so bright they have to wear shades, NOT. Doesn’t this story have all the makings of over-blown media coverage. I think these two may rue the day that they pulled this stunt.

“It’s extremely unusual to see young female bank robbers”, says Delk. It’s not known if the pair left in a vehicle. But Delk says the photos are so good police are hoping someone will recognize them and turn them in.

The police and school administrators will be combing the high schools for the “girls most likely to rob a bank.” Crime just gets stranger and stranger these days.

Police released photos of the girls. They look to be 15 to 24 years old, police said.

Jay Dillon, Cobb County schools spokesman, said has talked to principals at two nearby high schools this morning – Harrison and North Cobb. He said neither recognize the girls.

He said the youthful bank robbers are the topic of conversation among school staffers. (AJC)

So much for wearing a ski mask or any disguise what so ever. Maybe their disguise was they were wearing a different shade of lipstick than normal?

Political PC Nonsense Run Amuck … Florida Bill would mandate nicer term for illegals

STOP THE INSANITY!!! An illegal activity is just that … illegal.

When is an “illegal alien not an illegal alien”? When Democratic Florida liberal, Frederica Wilson, D-Miami, find the word … “illegal alien” offensive. So then they would be ILLEGAL “immigrants”? Or do you object to the word illegal as well?

She has introduced a bill providing that: “A state agency or official may not use the term ‘illegal alien’ in an official document of the state.” There would be no penalty for using the words.

In Miami-Dade County, Wilson said, “we don’t say ‘alien,’ we say ‘immigrant.’”

That’s OK, we say you a fool for wasting the tax payers time and money. The Right Wing News has some other nicer terms they wish to add as well.

AP Gets SUSPECT Facts Wrong Again … Aruban Kalpoe Brothers Try To Get Wrongful Death Suit Dismissed

AP, once and for all could you please get the facts correct in the disappearance of Aruba 3 suspectsNatalee Holloway? Deepak and Satish Kalpoe are presently suspects in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance, not were once suspects”. How difficult a concept is that for a new wire to comprehend and get correct? THEY ARE STILL CONSIDERED THE PRIMARY SUSPECTS ALONG WITH JORAN VAN DER SLOOT IN HER DISAPPEARANCE!!!

That being said the Kalpoe brothers are looking to get the wrongful death suit filed against them by Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway dismissed. So who is looking to make money of a missing, presumed deceased teenager? Suspects in the murder. Earth to US Court, this is the reason why the Aruban courts did not compensate the suspects for wrongful imprisonment and kept them as suspects in the crime.

By the way Deepak, why so many inconsistencies and contradictions in your statements?

Holloway’s parents sued Deepak and Satish Kalpoe in December in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming the brothers caused fatal injuries to their daughter. The young woman’s body has never been found.

Beth Twitty and Dave Holloway chose the Los Angeles court after the Kalpoes sued the “Dr. Phil” talk show there alleging libel and slander.

In court papers filed last week, an attorney for the Kalpoes argued that the brothers are residents of Aruba and have no ties to California and that the lawsuit against them should be dismissed. (AP)

It is truly amazing that these gold diggers would come to America and willingly Aruba deepaksubject themselves to a California Courts jurisdiction to sue for profit, yet cower when sued themselves for a wrongful death law suit. What brave men they are to knowing go to a bar full of American female tourists on their last night on Aruba one half hour before closing and have a girl in their car obviously intoxicated and possibly drugged for their own agenda, only to sue for money. The Kalpoe’s attorney, Kristina M. Beck, filed court papers on Tuesday to dismiss the lawsuit. Brave souls indeed.

Beck’s court papers state that an important ruling occurred Jan. 24, when another Los Angeles Superior Court judge, Edward A. Ferns, ruled that the wrongful death claim of the teen’s parents against the Kalpoes is substantially different from the siblings’ defamation case against “Dr. Phil” McGraw.

“These actions do not arise from the same or substantially identical transactions, happenings or events…,” Ferns wrote, in ruling that both cases should not be kept before the same judge.

The Kalpoes sued McGraw and CBS Television on Dec. 13, alleging they were defamed in a Sept. 15, 2005, show dealing with the still-unsolved case. Although the Kalpoe brothers had been released from Aruban police custody, the “Dr. Phil” episode suggested they gave Holloway a date rape drug and had non- consensual group sex with her, according to their lawsuit.
