Never has a $208 unpaid fee caused so much commotion. Never has a $2775 investment ever been so lucrative without having paid for a lottery ticket and winning Powerball. Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the contents of Paris Hilton’s storage unit that had a past due balance. According to court documents they sold the contents to Bardia Persa for $10 million. LOS ANGELES - Paris Hilton filed a federal lawsuit Monday, seeking to shut down a Web site that displays personal photos, videos, diaries, and other belongings once kept at a storage facility.
The Web site was launched last week claiming the items were auctioned off after Hilton neglected to pay the Los Angeles-area storage facility. It also promises visitors who pay a fee of $39.97 access to Hilton’s passport, medical records and other legal documents. (Yahoo News, CNN)
The questions that come into play is an expectation of privacy”. Paris, you will lose this one as the storage facility most likely properly sold the items at auction as per a contract you signed if a storage facility bill goes unpaid. Also, how bizarre a situation is it that a millionaire heiress finds herself in a predicament like this because she did not pay a $208.00 storage fee? Unbelievable.
What rocket scientist has in a storage facility documents, pictures and videos that they know that people would steal let alone pay for for their own personal gain? Paris Hilton is that rocket scientist.

Here is the comic relief part of the lawsuit filed by Paris Hilton. The law suit claims “irreparable harm to her reputation”. Hasn’t Paris already caused irreparable harm to herself with past naked tapes gone public, drunk diving, etc? Reputation, hell … hasn’t naked pictures and videos become her reputation? One would say that this is all that Paris Hilton has become but an internet driven PR machine due to her misbehaving. It certainly wasn’t her singing or acting in ‘House of Wax’.
The suit claims that the site could cause irreparable harm to Hilton’s reputation, but also adds that having the more private information available to the public could make it easier for people to “steal Hilton’s identity, or even worse, to talk and even physically harm Hilton.”

Either she wants the publicity, including that of the wronged heiress filing suit, or The Simple Life should be renamed The Simple Mind.
Frankly, I wouldn’t put it past this publicity-loving, worthless, psychotic heiress to make up such a story just so she knows people are rushing to see her naked.
(I haven’t gone; not yet, anyway.)
The whole thing seems just too contrived and implausible to me. On the other hand, it’s impossible to believe half of what happens today.
Saw on Hollywood Heat on Court TV that it costs $40 to view the entire stash of Paris Junk that was in the storage unit she defaulted on. Ya don’t pay your bills, people is gonna get their money somehow. It was only $280 for the rent fee. Is she broke?!

You hear it all the time, and, people have made a valiant effort to get our men who are looked upon as heros, because of their athletic abilities, to project themselves as a good role model for our kids. We expect all the guys that are considered Hollywood’s finest to keep their acts clean, for the benefit of our young ones. Shouldn’t the same be said for our women?

You have all this money to help them. You have all the camera’s rolling in your direction and, yet, you let our girls look upon you as something that they want to be when they grow up… nasty, little air-heads!
You want to make a splash? Do something that will really make a difference… start a charity, promote education and, please, put some clothes on… you are much to pretty to let yourself appear so cheap!
When I said I wanted to see Paris for under 40 dollars a day… this wasn’t quite what I had in mind!

Her parents are actually proud of her or they would insist she change her ways. That girl is very stupid, with such a limited vocabulary. That’s hot and I love it is the extent of her public response. I don’t suppose that she ever finished school.
To me she is a worn out slut that no decent man would have anything to do with or even marry. So sad to have been born with the proverbial silver spoon and not do something positive with her life.

Some of the items that have been “exposed” include medical records. It includes documentation on a miscarriage and some presciptions (one for an STD). I don’t care how famous/annoying/wealthy/spoiled you are, you don’t deserve that. I think it’s horrible. I think she will win the lawsuit. The last time I checked, exposing someone’s medical records is illegal.
