      I’m not from Missouri but think I will have to be shown how this works. I do know fat will dissolve other fat so perhaps it will, time will tell.

      But meanwhile, not gonna chub up depending on it. But that’s just me. Have long been a fan of fish oil supplements which I do feel tend to give just a bit of the same sort of effect.

      Nothing will ever substitute for a healthy diet and exercise but unfortunately despite our best efforts few of us actually attain this. So perhaps this is the big break we have all been seeking for so long, we’ll see.

      So does this mean a can a Crisco a day keeps the fat away???

      Red, you are too funny. Google the “Shangra-La” diet. As with every diet there are those darn rules. Fat has to be healthy such as olive oil, walnut oil, etc. Interesting.
