Troy Smith hits an Airport Security No No … Knives, Liquids and Heisman Trophy’s
Who knew, Heisman Trophy’s are not allowed as carry on items on airplanes. Obviously not Troy Smith. Ohio State’s quarterback and most recent recipient of the award had no idea. Obviously, putting the Heisman in your checked luggage may not be the answer either.
Troy Smith’s Heisman Trophy was shipped home because airport security would not allow the Ohio State quarterback to take it on the plane Tuesday. Smith wore a black leather jacket with the Heisman insignia on back when he arrived at the airport from New York, where he was presented college football’s most coveted trophy. (Breitbart)
The next time any of you win the Heisman Trophy, unless you drive to NYC, make sure you stop off at UPS or FEDEX before flying home.

It’s A real shame just how many of our rights are slowly eroding away!
Wonder if they would let the Stanley Cup on board?
Don’s see Air Canada stopping that at the gate.

Air Canada would have given the cup it’s own seat and served it a CC and water before the plane took off!
Must have been a Michigan fan screening him. The good news is if he does The Tonight Show he can swing over to USC’s Heritage Hall and grab one of the 6 that are there – the 7th is in Garrett’s office
