It seems that they have a problem in New Delhi as they do in Aruba. Monkeys are a persistent lot and as Joe Tacopina has stated from time to time its hard to get them off your back.

Maybe this is how the article was really meant to be written.

      one thing wrong with the aruban monkeys, they hear, and see no evil, but they speak a lot of it !
