i agree with you guys on malvo not deserving life for being brined washed. But what about that 16 year old who is serving 50 years for a home invassion?

Retributive or rehabilitative justice? I am saddened by his situation and do pray him the strength to survive his incarceration, Although he was coerced into doing this brutal act, he must be forgiven, I do hope the authorities that be will deport him when he has served 10 years. Hurting people hurt. Lets stop the cycle

I dont think he should serve life in prison. I mean he knows what he did was wrong. But I think he was brainwashed by Mohammad. I think he learned his lesson being in a adult prison for 7 years and then sentenced life in prison is hard enough. He was young when this situation happend. I think he should be released under adult supervison, and have therapy, or rehabilitized. Life in prison is even harder on the kid. He knows what he did was wrong.

I really do think he was brainwashed as well. He is also very young. I don’t agree with locking this kid up and throwing away the key. He can possibly be rehabilitated.

i dont think he should get life he was basically brain washed he should get a long time in prison released be in constant supervision and have to see a psychiatrist

Strange, isn’t it, how this case ends not with a bang, but with a whimper? Think back to the terrifying days when these two animals were roaming around the country … and now, their final fate (we hope) is mentioned almost as just an afterthought.

Meanwhile, we STILL don’t know who is responsible for the campaign of … God, I can’t remember the name of it now, that white poisonous stuff that was put in the National Enquirer office in Florida, soon after 9/11 (was it ricin?), and then sent to other people by mail.

Breathing it in is supposed to be harmful or fatal.

ANTHRAX. Of course.

Anyway, that seems too to have faded from consciousness. But whoever did it is presumably still out there, and could resume those terror attacks tomorrow.
