Ok, now this is just plane wrong. The NYC Metropolitan Transportation Authority now 
allow men who live as woman can legally use the woman’s rest rooms in New York’s transit system. Yes ladies, the line to the woman’s room just got longer.
Men who live as women can now legally use women’s rest rooms in New York’s transit system under an unprecedented deal revealed yesterday.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority agreed to allow riders to use MTA rest rooms “consistent with their gender expression,” the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced yesterday. (New York Daily News)
File this one under PC gone a muck. One really has to wonder when this utter nonsense is going to stop. What are these people thinking? The law of unintended consequences is certainly in play here. Predictions are in order. How long will it take before some pervert is arrested for dressing like a woman to get into the ladies room? Let me rephrase that, a pervert who is not a transgender. Worse yet, how long will it take before a sexual predator does the same to gain access to the woman’s rest room as well. This is an accident waiting to happen.
I am not really sure how many women really used the rest room facilities at the MTA or for that fact would want to. However, I can imagine their usage will go down in the near future.
Transgender men and women … you’ve come a long way, baby.

This is nothing new…years ago a colleague was going through the process and management decided to dedicate an entire bathroom to his/her use. My coworkers and I had to go to an entirely different floor just to relieve ourselves.
What has this world come to when the WISHES of the individual outweigh the rights of the majority?
That’s gonna be the next question on November ballots.

Sexual predators have been using the method of dressing as woman to access the women’s room for years. NYC has now removed the fear factor of such predators. Way to go NYC. The rest of the country will keep an eye on your increase in sex crimes.
I guess this puts a new meaning to “I’ll hold it till I get home!” They already took over all our salons and spas I guess this will complete their mission!! All I have to say is N A S T Y!!!!!!!!!! If God made you a woman you are a woman! If God made you a man you are a man! I also understand what ever floats your boat! But man do not need to be in a womans private room, nor woman in mens rooms! To me this has PREDATOR wrote all over it!!!! NYC needs to think about it!!!!!!!!!!

I guess nobody on here thinks there are people who are truly transgender, pre or post op. Imagine what would happen to Them if they used the mens room
Of course there are opportunities for abuse, but there is nothing stopping a straight heterosexual man (who is more likely to be a sex offender than a transgender) from sneaking into a public toilet and hiding in the stall to attack women.
What a bunch of haters.
